Grammarly Business keeps my emails professional - even when I'm uncaffeinated!
What do you like best about the product?
I start work at 7 am, and my brain and fingers don't always communicate the best at that time. With Grammarly Business, I don't have to worry that I will send an email I will regret later.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always recognize acronyms. For example, it keeps trying to make me use "a RESEA" instead of "an RESEA," but since it's actually R. E. S. E. A., "an" is correct. I shouldn't have to place periods between the letters for it to recognize that it is an acronym - the capital letters should be enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It prevents me from sounding unprofessional by catching silly mistakes. I can also be a tad wordy sometimes, and it helps with that too. Additionally, it can speed up the time it takes me to write an email or letter.
Grammarly is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
It gives me the confidence and reassurance I need when drafting communication to our agents in the field. I feel like I have my own personal assistant that is proofing my items for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not dislike anything about Grammarly Business. I love the fact that all of my co-workers can experience this product with me, and it all gives us peace of mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping me draft quick and fast communication with my co-workers and agency force. I feel like I am way more productive with Grammarly business account because I do not dread or put off writing items.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who is constantly sending emails and written communication to clients and stakeholders, Grammarly is exactly what I need to get support on the tone of my messages and grammar issues that I might have missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I became too dependent on it! Other than that, there's not much I can say in a negative note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is wonderful for business communication and messages shared with stakeholders. As someone who's actively engaged in Customer Experience, the support I've been getting from the AI features is awesome.
Has saved me hours of time in correcting edits
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite things about Grammarly business is the ability to use shortcuts to type out long phrases with just a few keystrokes. Additionally, being able to see the tone of my writing saves me a lot of trouble in trying to figure out how I might sound.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found that the inability to disable the little Grammarly icon on my screen and it being locked to specific places is annoying. It often blocks important functions of apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps me to identify what kind of tone I'm coming across with when communicating with other teams, which is especially important when working remotely and not being able to see people face to face.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammar check, tones and the new copilote grammarly go which help me add more content to my existing document for someone English language isn't his native language I can't live without it
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm using mac and the add in for word is just amazing but lacks update and I don't know why it removed from the windows version of word since the desktop version interfere with titles and figures unlike the add on

Grammar check mostly to ensure that my content is correct and with right formality and tone I used plagism checker for some time and I'm willing to return using it to make sure my content is authentic
Great for everyday business use
What do you like best about the product?
What I like bests about Grammarly is that it will correct my grammar and spelling before sending emails or messages to colleagues. It also helps me when writing documents or creating training manuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration between screens can sometime through off the corrections in Grammarly, when I have multiple monitors connected, and they have different resolution it will throw off the corrections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves sending clear and concise messages to colleagues and external clients. It helps me look professional when writing to users, it also helps me grab the readers attention. I also like the tone detection.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly suggests rephrasing sentences. The main important thing is grammar. As a Senior content architect, the most important feature is catching plagiarism.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly does not understand the context and suggests positive sentences, which is problematic. Also, it does not have knowledge of industry-specific keywords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me catch plagiarism. Check grammatical mistakes and help rephrase sentences and content. As a content person it helps a lot in checking and writing new content.
Amazing work environment with Grammarly
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is the best tool to save time and if you use, like me, a lot of scrips on your work, then it is a must to save time and scheduling your daily tasks

I think grammarly should improve some of the recommendations and also some times it is not showing me if there's a grammar issue o my sentences and the I realized there was

Grammarly is helping me to have a better business language and to help customersin a friedly way as well as using a language that is easy and friendly-user, Improving my customer service skills and making sure our tone is the corect one based on empathy and profesionalism

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is the ability to see your grammar mistakes and the most missed punctuation so you can work on it. This allows me to take my grammar to another level.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Grammarly is not applicable to more places. If this was applicable then the whole roundedness of the product would be a whole lot better. Also, I would like to see improvement on how accessible it is to see how the text sounds to other people.

My grammar is a whole lot better now that I have the Grammarly Business and it's benefiting me because now there are fewer mistakes and I sound a lot better to other people because of it.
Grammarly for Use in Education
What do you like best about the product?
I have found that Grammarly is excellent as an editing and revision tool and helps spark the conversation about writing improvement as it targets mechanical errors, tone, and types of writing, which makes it ideal for reviewing a text with regard to improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few things that I dislike about Grammarly, in fact, the only one that stands out is that in some instances, removing articles ("a," "an," and "the) and writing shortened sentences seems to get overly dinged, even though that is part of the writing style. Sometimes it is wrong about its corrections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to broach the initial conversation regarding writing improvement with students. By reviewing the report together, we can target common errors that recur between assignments as well as look to new areas of improvement as writing proficiency develops.
