Great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The plugins for Outlook, chrome, and Microsoft 365 are great. It makes my life so much easy when I need to write emails or documents. Grammarly is helping me right now while I write this review. :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't work well when I have multiple monitors connected. The experience with multiple monitors could be better as this is a typical setup in a work environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not a native English speaker, but Grammarly helps me avoid mistakes when writing, especially work-related emails and documents. I always use it to double-check if my grammar is correct.
Great automatic review system for emails and content
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps with ensuring I'm saying what I want to say in the best possible way, without grammatical errors, and in a manner that can be best received by the end viewer the content is intended for. I like having an extra set of eyes on my writing to make sure I'm saying things right. Great nuanced approach with sentence constructs, suggestions and error-fixes.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes as such, the tool does what it sets out to do. One must not confuse this with the relatively newer AI software in the industry, it's not meant to be that. It's meant to be specific to spell-checks, grammar checks and ensuring what's being intended is being said right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write a lot - emails, process documents, workflows, and Grammarly is my extra pair of eyes, ensuring I'm saying things right. I love how it automatically proof-reads things for me and I'm able to proceed with confidence with what I write. I also like the analytics and the summary emails I receive on the errors I'm making, my general overall tone et al.
Great Help For Emails/Internal Comms
What do you like best about the product?
The live checking of my grammar and spelling. Tone suggestions are interesting and provide some context and the new AI additions keep making it a more powerful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit of clutter at times when i dont necessarily care about the prompts it's giving me, and also doesn't react particularly well to things I do often (typing a lower-case i instead of I, for example).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my emails grammatically correct and ensuring proper spelling/tense in all emails. It helps some people adapt their tone to a better and more appropriate note, as well.
A Necessary tool
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is most helpful because it tells me how clear I am. I think there is a difference in just spell correcting versus functionality that helps rewrite sentences to be more clear and more concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the UI could improve a bit in Outlook. Where the recommendations could be grouped together- i.e. i could rewrite the entire sentence like xyz, OR if I don't do that here are the ABC changes I can make. So perhaps a better flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conversing over email in a more clear way. Grammarly is making all of my emails more clear and more concise. Grammarly also spells correctly, which is a given with most tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is quite amazing, the suggestion provided by Grammarly is perfect and it's rephrasing techniques are a very valuable asset. It's quite more supportive and user-friendly than Quillbot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed of getting suggestions can be improved and a well-organized sector of providing suggestions can be driven, to improve the data space of the backup data so it could be done better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is used by me for plagiarism check and as a trainer I am using this to create n number of modules and making the content more realistic and user friendly one.
A Delight and A Resource for Every Day
What do you like best about the product?
I work in a private school and interact with many of our parents and volunteers. As my position is very forward facing, it's been helpful to have Grammarly double checking my grammar, especially the errant comma! I feel my confidence in my writing is elevated and I've even learned a few things about writing.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered an issue with Grammarly. Sometimes but rarely, it doesn't understand what I'm trying to say but accepts my adjustment. It's become a great tool for me and others in my organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a forward-facing employee of a private school that highlights excellence in writing and grammar, it is essential that our work be error-free and easily understandable. Excited about the writing assistant and plagiarism checker!!
Grammarly saves my writing daily
What do you like best about the product?
I work in marketing, specifically curating public-facing marketing campaigns (emails, ads, social promo), and I use Grammarly to craft all of the campaigns. It's easy to use. It makes my writing 10x better. It teaches me how to write better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a lot to say about what I dislike. Overall, my experience has been great. Well worth the investment, in my opinion!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me write more precise, compelling marketing copy. This helps my team provide value to our prospects and customers. Ultimately, making the company money.
One of my every tool
What do you like best about the product?
One of the features that I find most helpful is the tone detector. It analyzes my writing and suggests the appropriate tone based on the context and audience. This has been particularly useful when writing emails to different stakeholders or presenting to different groups of people.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are instances wherein the suggestions are too aggressive and sometimes change the meaning or intent of the message I am trying to convey.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Grammarly Business is the ease of use! The icon is always at the top of the screen and you can correct as you go. I love how efficient the system is and how it improves more complicated Passive Voice and Mechanics that basic spell check systems don't catch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Grammarly Business. I think that it is easy to use, catches errors that I don't see immediately and improves my clarity, even with emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me with being more clear and professional in my emails. I have realized that I benefit from Gtammarly because it helps me with correct tone and language when writing professional emails. I can't imagine writing emails and papers without it.
