Excellent tool for writers
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and very accurate. Works fast and has a lot of personalization features depending on company style or guidelines. Great tool for writers or marketers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emojis sometimes are not as clear as they could be, sometimes im unsure if I have any errors. I wish it gave a few options to rephrase or re-word certain things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It speeds up work-related tasks and makes me feel more secure about the work that am i doing. Saves a lot of time in the long run which is invaluable. Very useful as it works on a lot of different apps and sites.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent plugin tool that checks for spelling, and grammar. It also helps to better structure sentences to be more precise. It is a beneficial professional tool. It is like having someone look over your shoulder and review your emails and correspondence as you write them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not work seamlessly with all of the applications that we use. Unfortunately, it is not easy to turn Grammarly on when it does not auto-launch for a program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me to be more professional in my written communication by proofing what I type. This helps me achieve my goal of being a better communicator professionally.

What do you like best about the product?
Is easy to use, and their recommendations are always on the point of what you are trying to say but give more clarity and a good tone to your message.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the desktop app is bugged in some systems (However this has improved a lot) Grammarly doesn't work in some sites (Specially in forms)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For non-English speakers, we can lack confidence when writing an e-mail, an article, or any other business-related content; with Grammarly, this is not a problem as they ensure to make it readable, clear to everyone, and give the best recommendation about the tone that you want to sound.
Grammarly has greatly improved the quality of my communication with our customers.

Once installed, it is always available, and once you have written the content with your heart, Grammarly helps you to transform the text in a way that looks a whole lot nicer to read in the end.

What do you dislike about the product?
My major browser in use is Microsft Edge, and I don't know if this is an issue with my browser or overall, but sometimes the suggestions do not work correctly. We must return to the original text and use the Grammarly suggestions again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just simply write whatever I want to write without thinking of the grammar or even spellings, and then user Grammarly to proofread my text for me, and once done, it looks much much better as compared to what I had written.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool was already useful as it is, but with the new features added and the fluidity of the concept woth regards to work flow and interconnectivity with your work peers, it is impressive
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, as all AI tools are nowadays, it is still on its early days that the tool is still learning and needs refinement. The UI is also a bit bland for my taste, otherwise everything seems ok
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving mainly the need to retype/ resend emails that have incorrect thoughts and typographical errors. It creates more interconnectivity with the applications that you already use.

Sometimes, it doesn't work as expected.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Particularly the sentence framing and the look and feel of the paragraphs. It auto-corrects the incorrect words we type and the punctuations. Also, it shows how does it sounds whatever we write.

What do you like best about the product?
I usually used to type long documents and Grammarly greatly helps to correct the commas and other simple errors where I was spending much time but now Grammarly saves my time by more than half.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of time it takes to read the sentence and correct it can be better. Sometimes for short sentences, Grammarly gives inappropriate suggestions where it doesn't know the actual context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helpful in correcting the simple errors like capitalisation, missing punctuations are in handy for me as I mostly work on creating longer documents.
Completely Changes My Writing, for the Better
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly completely changes the way my writing looks and sounds. I can match a set tone and use the preferred terminology set by management. I use it everywhere and always. I would be upset to have this program removed from my toolbox. Grammarly is an essential piece of kit for my daily communications with other team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to Grammarly is that writing takes longer. I am not an excellent writer by default, and Grammarly clearly shows that. I have to do a lot of rewrites on most of my work. It's a small price to pay, but it is a cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps with my terrible typing skills by correcting my typos quickly. It aids in my poor grammar by removing my extra words and correcting my tenses, which I cannot think of because I only know to think of it after Grammarly has recommended I fix it.

What do you like best about the product?
As a CSR who needs to meet certain daily goals, having Grammarly Business helped me reach my goals and be more productive. Simple mistakes (e.g., typographical errors) are considered, and recommendations for better statements are presented.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aside from the constant logouts (I'm pretty not sure if I'm the only one experiencing this), everything with Grammarly Business has been phenomenal. Sometimes there are recommendations not really appropriate with the business I'm currently in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helped me with my problems, such as typographical errors (as mentioned before) and proofreading my emails and responses. It benefitted me in a way that helped me reach my goals and advance my WPM.
