What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly as an extension in all my browsers to avoid spelling mistakes. I like the sentence-based suggestions it provides if I make any grammatical errors. When I'm creating a draft, especially for a client proposal, it helps with tone adjustment. If the tone is too friendly, it suggests making it more professional. The initial setup was so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are too many suggestions, and it kind of gives the wrong output, not all the time, but sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly as an extension in all my browsers to avoid spelling mistakes. It autocorrects errors on my PC or laptop. I like its sentence-based suggestions for grammar and tone, which help make my writing more professional.
