Really great product
What do you like best about the product?
As a person with dyslexia Grammarly Business is a vital tool in everyday writing from emails, reports and even team messages
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good it if integrated with software tools such as adobe and other specialist software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned before having dyslexia, the tool helps ensure I don't have spelling on grammar errors in my work. It also save me time proofreading colleagues work.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly saves me from so many spelling/punctuation mistakes. I love seeing the reporting as well. I feel like I'm more talented than I truly am with my words.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that sometimes I see a pop-up for something spelled incorrectly or a mispunctuation. It's a little silly but it makes me second guess myself and normally I'll fully rewrite a sentence to save myself from the hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am terrible with punctuation and Grammarly is always on top of it. Also, I type very quickly and it saves me from multiple spelling errors per hour.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the Grammarly report and the corrections that it shows. I am able to see what mistakes I am making while it explains why they are incorrect. Competitors do not even compare to the improvements that a Grammarly has given to my writings!
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not care for the copy and paste feature. It does not format back to the original source. My Google doc feature doesn't not always work accurately. I would like to see improvements in these areas!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help with mistakes, punctuation, and other writing errors. When a sentence does not make sense, Grammarly will show an option for improvement and re-wording.
A great assistant for instant proof-reading
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Grammarly Business is assisting in my tone throughout my emails and chats. This helps ensure that my grammar is proper when sending important emails, but also helps me check my tone. Grammarly offers insight into how I may sound to other individuals in my messages, but also assists in making messages more concise for easier digestion by the reader.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite part is that when I use shorthand or industry lingo, the app is not smart enough to recognize that I use these terms often, even when I dismiss them. I hope there will be a setting in the future that allows me to insert my own terms so that I do not keep getting flagged for incorrectness in my messages. Outside of that, though, it is a very helpful tool that I am grateful to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me understand my overuse of commas and assists me in keeping my messages concise, because I tend to get a bit wordy in my text. It is the most beneficial part in my opinion.

Consistency is key, and Grammarly never stops encouraging you to become a better writer. Whether it's through writing challenges or personalized insights, it acts as your constant companion, always ready to support your writing journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
The browser extension might need more work, it stops working on certain websites until they are reloaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with setting up the right tone to reach out to others, whether publicly or privately. Also, having software continually check for plagiarism and spelling mistakes in the background does not hurt.
Consistent and accurate voice
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps me stick to the company's business tone, and helps me review mistakes as I go through documents. It helps me become consistent on this, while helping me get the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there's no downside to it. Only that you need to keep using the product to "train" it to remember that some words are not meant to be replaced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with the consistency of tone usage while dealing with a lot of documents at once. Where human error can be prone to repeatedly going through several documents, Grammarly Business comes in handy as an assistant and does it fairly well. It also provides positive encouragement, in form of achievements, so this may be small, but a meaningful pat in the back as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it gives you a review on your weekly reports. I like how it checks for spelling it has different word suggestions and helps with punctuation. This is for sure I great tool to use for work .
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it doesn't have a category like customer service, quality, computer. filtering by category would be better when the option rewrite the sentence would be more appropriate based on the filter used
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped with my punction sounding more professional and re-writing my sentence for clarity. I also feel more confident when typing my responses since using Grammarly. I have feedback that my writing has been more transparent for the reader.

Grammarly Business understands the context of what you are writing and makes suggestions based on that. It even understands the tone of the writing and will let you know how you are coming across in your text.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly Business does not work well if you have a multiple-screen setup. Since a lot of professions use multiple screens, the product should incorporate support for such systems.

While writing emails you may sometimes make some errors or might come across as informal or rude. Grammarly Business helps me make sure that my emails sound professional and are free of any grammatical mistakes.

What do you like best about the product?
Write clear, error and plagiarism-free content with confidence. Help stay on brand and ensure your tone of voice is consistent and resonates with your target audience. Super fast and robust, and the add-ons for gmail and Chrome make it a seamless experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that I find that I get automatically signed out very frequently. And also, sometimes the tool will show suggestions, but glitches when I try to accept it. The latter is much more rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me deliver proofed copy in much less time, helps me get my V1 draft to a V2 and V3 in far less time than it normally would. It also helps me submit content for approvals with more confidence knowing it's been reviewed for typos already.
