What I like about Grammerly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it suggests sentence rewrites to make each statement more clear. I also like that it catches punctuation that I may have forgotten.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that it suggests repeated alternate words - the context is lost, but I can ignore the suggestions. I also do not like the gender-neutral suggestions Grammerly has been making recently, but I can ignore those too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me communicate more clearly
Very helpful for spelling and basic grammar.
What do you like best about the product?
I never make a spelling error anymore, and it helps me with basic grammar. I also appreciate that it marks commonly used words to help me use more correlative language.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I want to override the suggestions like what the dismiss button allows. However, when I refresh the page the same suggestions pop up. I feel as though sometimes the more complicated grammar suggestions are inaccurate or are not applicable. I would love to see a built in synonym generator similar to "word hippo," for helping generate creative word use. I always use the two tools together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with spelling, basic grammar, and creative word use.
Grammarly and Technical Writing
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has helped me write crip and concise content. The way it recogonizes the tone of the sentence is super helpful. 10/10 recommend Grammarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it cannot judge the tone of the sentence and the clarity of the sentence. Active to passive voice is one example
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly has helped me in write precise comtent for emails and all of my work stuff. It makes my work really easy and keeps me productive.
It helps me figure out ways to convey an idea with more appropriate words.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the spell-check function on my emails and the way that it helps me find better ways to phrase things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the way it keeps telling me to only put on space after a period. There should be a way to opt in to using single space verses double space after a period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is solving problems of wording and simple overlooked mistakes.

What do you like best about the product?
The options that we have, specially when we are trying to be more friendly or direct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things that we dismiss are still repeating on different emails. So if I dismiss s suggestion I would not like to see the same suggestion again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to lose the fear of writing wrong, as English is not my native language
Makes my job easier!
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive, easy to work with, and makes my work easier. I don't have to worry about being incorrect; I know Grammarly will take care of it eventually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't accept the edits that need to be done for the complete sentence. I occasionally get repeat edit request which can be a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making my content articulation sharp and impactful.
Great helper
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has improved my email writing, along with finding my own voice. Grammarly has been a great tool to improve my writing skills but also, to put my ideas in a great sentence
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly can still improve some suggestions, and sometimes, after several corrections, it keeps suggesting the same word, even when word has been saved or dismiss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly always correct word usage and sentence that doesn't make any sense.
Unifying our team's copy
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has been incredibly helpful in detecting typos and punctuation errors and unifying our copy team's writing to sound more like one corporate voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to push through suggestions that, while grammatically correct, don't align with our company's style guide and AP style. I know that it's possible to save style/spelling preferences, but I'd like a little more guidance on how to do that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps detect misspelled words, punctuation errors, and other writing conundrums. It's also an easy tool to give to others in our organization who aren't copywriters but still create content (we still review it all, but it saves us editing time!)
Grammarly just make my day-to-day at work more efficient
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates with all the tools that I'm using daily. I can use it on Slack, emails, G-suite, you name it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not well integrated with docs or spreadsheets. Also, in rare cases, the tooltip will stop me from seeing the text box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not an English native, but I work with communities. Sometimes I just need to sound more confident, sometimes more straight to the point, and Grammarly makes these changes very easy. I can use it any time of the day; in fact, I'm using it right now to right this review.
Grammarly does a great job cleaning up my work
What do you like best about the product?
Whether it's a simple e-mail or a long review, Grammarly does an excellent job of cleaning up all the little grammatical errors that I miss. I haven't tried any other software, but I don't feel like I need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only con about Grammarly is that it can get a little annoying to use. It seems to double and triple-check its work and find different corrections over and over. Sometimes, the corrections are incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is solving a lot of my minor mistakes when writing. It's not perfect, though. But I'm still appreciative of its assistance. I do feel like my performance has increased.
