Cannot imagine life without it
What do you like best about the product?
I rely on Grammarly Business to quickly and professionally respond to work emails. I love how it improves my writing to match the desired tone of the conversation, and I value how much it improves the overall content of my message to be more succinct, clear, and direct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the word swap recommendations are not totally right, but I would say that happens only rarely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly and succinctly responding to emails, improving written copy and drafts, editing material for other team members, etc.
Good tool for business communications
What do you like best about the product?
I can see the history of my employees' work, allows me to better standardize client-by-client writing styles and tones when I see mis-steps
What do you dislike about the product?
The Google Chrome extension can be quite meddlesome in how prominent the overlay can be, often causing me to uninstall it for long periods of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardizing client-by-client communications, standardizing tones.
Makes Emailing a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to correct my sentence structure. Helps me formulate my opinions my effectively and concisely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of highlights that can be annoying at times when doing something quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me write my emails to clients and make sure that I sound professional and competent.
Excellent Software, Slightly Too Expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is great, it has helped us transform the writing of our employees. The implementation is great and the support was excellent in helping with issues that we found. We use Grammarly daily and all our employees love the amount of features and how easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly is a little overpriced for us to role out to all our employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us write better emails with customers and write product descrtipions.
Works great with social media copywriting
What do you like best about the product?
Grammar was never my strong suit so I love leaning into Grammarly to help protect me against looking stupid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions can be a little too formal and doesn't pick up on certain style of voice.

Grammatical issues with copywriting.
Awesome Product
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly just saves you time. Easy as that. You don't need to go have a co-worker proofread anything, Grammarly will do that for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment! Everything has worked smoothly and has helped tremendously!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me time which translates to so much! It benefits me by helping me stay on track, and not sweat grammar errors.

Sometimes, it's not active, and you have to restart your PC/laptop.

It's not cheap, cost is a consideration.

Sometimes it corrects me, but it doesn't sound like how I would normally sound.
