What do you like best about the product?
The tool has been a practical aid for improving the clarity and professionalism of everyday communication. Much of our work involves writing emails, drafting technical explanations, preparing internal documentation, and responding to support tickets, and Grammarly helps ensure that this communication is clear and error-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly occasionally suggests changes that do not align well with technical terminology, code references, or product names, so its recommendations need to be reviewed carefully. In some cases, it may overcorrect structured or concise technical writing. Users need to balance Grammarly’s suggestions with their own judgment and domain knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a user, the most noticeable benefit is the real-time feedback while writing. Grammarly quickly flags grammar issues, typos, and unclear sentences, which is especially helpful when writing quickly or switching between technical language and non-technical explanations. This helps reduce misunderstandings and follow-up questions, which is important in IT support and coordination work.

I appreciate that there's no need for extra steps or switching tabs, allowing me to get the same level of support whether I'm replying to a customer, drafting a doc, or sending a quick message.

The tone detection is not always spot on, and sometimes it overly autocorrects or suggests changes. Some advanced features are behind the premium paywall.

I use Grammarly for writing essays and letters, and it solves grammar, spelling, tone, and formality issues for me. I like the way it improved my skills; ever since I've been using Grammarly, I've seen a lot of changes in my life, particularly with my vocabulary when I was in 11th Grade. The initial setup was super easy, and I think it's the easiest app I've ever used. I use it with Safari and Firefox sometimes.

I just have issues with the subscription.

There are a few things I liked less about Grammarly. Firstly, I feel a bit limited due to its word limits. Additionally, it is very expensive and does not provide all services for free, only as a trial period. The setup was a bit difficult, requiring some thought.

Technical/jargon handling: May flag industry-specific terms unnecessarily. false positives: Occasionally flags correct usage as errors.
