Very Useful tool for academic writings
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is a very simple and user-friendly interface that makes it easy to use Grammarly without any technical knowledge. It also offers high accuracy in detecting and correcting spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors. It also provides suggestions for improving sentence structure and clarity. It can be easily customized to suit my technical writing needs and preferences
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be an option to click all changes. this is very useful if we were aware that all the corrections are reasonable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business improving my writing skills by offering suggestions for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors, as well as offering recommendations for better word choice and sentence structure. It also ensure that all written communication across is consistent. Mainly it saves so much time and gives a professional look of the letter writing or project reports

Though not very significant, the GB at times, completely changes the meaning of the sentence if one follows the recommendations without remorse.

What do you like best about the product?
Building on what I mentioned before, I've really come to appreciate how Grammarly adapts to different writing contexts - it suggests casual language for emails but formal tone for proposals. The plagiarism checker in the premium version has saved me from accidentally using phrases too similar to my research sources. The browser extension works seamlessly across all platforms, and the real-time suggestions don't interrupt my writing flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Beyond the occasional over-correction and limited free version I mentioned earlier, the suggestions can feel repetitive - I wish it would better learn my preferences when I dismiss certain corrections multiple times. It also flags industry-specific terminology as errors even when appropriate for my audience. The mobile app could be smoother with faster suggestion loading, and I'd like better integration with tools like Notion and Slack threads.
Despite these minor issues, I still recommend it to anyone serious about improving their writing quality.

Grammarly Business is the best writing application. Grammarly reviews spelling, grammar, and punctuation. It is beneficial for personal and professional written communications. I love it a lot.

I don't remember anything which I should not like about Grammarly. It helps us to improve our email writing and instant messaging. It is an excellent application for spelling check, grammar check, and punctuation.

The best part about grammarly business is that I can set the tone for my employees and help them feel more confident in their writing. It helps correct their emails in real timeM as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the pop ups for granmarlygo are a little distracting, especially when you are trying to finish something. The pop up should not occur again for a certain amount of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly with grammar usage and the use of too many words. My employees are not native English speakers, and sometimes they have a hard time getting an idea across. Grammarly helps simplify and set the tone.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to check the grammar and writing content quite easily. Especially when I was training in the TOEFL Writing session, this tool was quite helpful for improving my skill.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it does not reflect the nuance of the sentence. It tends to modify the sentence because of the indirectivity of the sentence. And also, I want a more specific explanation of changing sentences.

What do you like best about the product?
I edit B2B magazines with writers based in four or five different countries. Grammarly Business has helped us standardize our writing to company style -- while allowing us each to retain our own voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to figure out how to customize the style sheets, and I'm not sure I've ever gotten them quite how I'd like. I'd like a totally customizable style sheet that allows me to mix UK and US English, since that actually is our style.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
English is not the first language of several of our writers. Grammarly saves me copy editing time, which allows me to be more productive elsewhere. It also ensures that I, too, am following grammar rules!

It gives timely updates about our content, helps us write better and much more professional looking sentences for Client and other needs. It's features are really nice where it can also catch the tonality or voice of the text.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really; only thing is that sometimes even for Informal communication, Grammarly keeps popping up to fix my chats or other text. It surely is helpful but for informal conversations, I don't care much and hence don't need Grammarly to help correct sentences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's reducing the time we would be spending, otherwise, on Proofreading and sentence correction. It makes us more productive and efficient with our Content and textual needs.
Great tool for business writing and be more confident
What do you like best about the product?
For someone like me who is terrible with spelling and often commits typos, Grammarly has helped me a lot to ensure that I am sending and writing emails, chats, and communications error-free. It automatically detects wrong grammar, spelling, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some glitches at times when the recommended corrections go back and forth to the original one but still would show errors. For example, it will ask you to change A to B; when you follow it, it will show another error and recommend changing it back to A. If that makes sense

It recommends the best words to achieve the tone that I want. The phrasal predictions also helped a lot in writing faster. As a chat support, this definitely made my job more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
It is free for nonprofits, which is perfect for our small team. It helps us draft messages, emails, and outreach content for our community outreach and support. It helps ensure we don't have spelling errors and easy-to-miss omissions and helps younger team members write more professionally. It coaches students on how to write better emails and materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is literally nothing to dislike. I do think that its AI could get smarter and better learn how each individual writes, but I have no dislikes and enjoy using Grammarly at work all the time!

It provides our teen volunteers with the skills needed to write effective and professional emails and outreach materials and provides our executive team and me with the resources and materials assistance and drafting plans.
