What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps me structure my sentences so that I am better understood by my American colleagues. It gives me the confidence to engage knowing that I am able to convey my thoughts properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the way the reviews are coming out in the bubbles. Sometimes it is difficult navigating to the grammarly checks. Just difficult. Am I the only one having issues with this?

Communicating my thoughts with American colleagues.
An extension I couldn't work without
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business fits seamlessly into my workload, picking up any spelling mistakes or recommending changes to remove redundancies. As a content designer, writing is a key part of my role so being able to see edits at a glance saves me time and effort. I love the Chrome extension and use it when writing anything in a Google doc or CMS. I have also used the double-click feature for years which suggests a synonym. They're always improving and bringing out new features. It's made my role easier and continues to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all AI tools, there are glitches (for example, sometimes I have to double-click a word three times before it will show a synonym) and some suggestions, while providing more clarity, don't always sound good out loud. So you can't rely on it 100% but that's the same with all AI - they're tools to help maximise our time and still need that human touch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly was always the disrupter in the AI space until recently with the emergence of ChatGPT. I personally still think Grammarly is an essential tool, plus they are bringing out more features to compete with these other engines. It continues to benefit me by autocorrecting any spelling mistakes, highlighting phrases that need attention, and showing phrasal predictions (a new beta feature).

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me find small errors, like extra spaces, switched letters, or a lack of an oxford comma. These are things that I might skip over when proofreading my own work, so it's a very useful feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the bubble gets in the way when I'm writing something on Canva. The snippet feature is also really glitchy most of the time. Sometimes I can't get it to work at all, and most of the time, it only works if I have my mouse in the perfect spot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure what problems Grammarly is solving, but it helps me personally by finding errors in my writing. I have a very public facing role at work, so I need to have perfect grammar and spelling.

It helps me improve with my writing, especially when I make email to the clients

I don't see anything wrong with Grammarly, as it helps me improve my writing.

In terms of composing a letter to our benefactors, donors and others, Grammarly has been helpful. Even when we are doing our manuals, Grammarly always helps us.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has been incredibly helpful in assisting my team with their copywriting and editing skills. Not only has this tool saved valuable time that was spent editing other's work, but it's also ensured our writing is true to our brand tone guidelines and style.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really fault it. It has saved my team a lot of time and helped improve their writing skills and professionalism in the copy/emails they produce. I wish we had it company-wide!

Grammarly Business has made proofreading a breeze and has stopped little mistakes in their tracks. It's improved the teams writing capabilities and saved valuable editing time.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammerly has been an asset to us since pushing it out company wide. Our correspondence is error free, clear, concise and precise. Eliminate extra words from your text, sound fluent, communicate effectively and efficiently with this great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am yet to find something I dislike. I have a whole load of things I love though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective and efficient communication is a vital asset to any company. We had a few challenges with that, given different writing styles and skills. Grammerly has helped level that and enables us to communicate clearly and send error free messages that are precise and concise.

What do you like best about the product?
An efficient way of checking grammar, spelling etc. Highly useful in a business context. I enjoy the Gmail integration and the ability to choose Australian English.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Google Chrome extension is not compatible with all the applications I would like to use it for. E.g. Would really like to see the automatic integration supporting Google Sheets, Slides, Documents etc. instead of just Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An efficient way of proofreading to check grammar and spelling. It helps point out errors without a full read-through of the text and eliminates the need for a second person to check through lengthy work. Also used for Gmail to ensure consistency in tone across communications with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful to have Grammarly pick up my grammar errors and provide suggestions on writing better and reducing the wording.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really any downsides, I always run into the passive sentences and there aren't any suggestions on how to write it another way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My boss sends me content in his words. I then need to turn his words into content for a manual, so Grammarly saves me a ton of time and helping me write our training content professionally.

What do you like best about the product?
English is not my first language and my work requires a lot of high level writing. I love the spell check and the suggestions on sentence structure.
For emails I appreciate the tone suggestions that help me make my messgaes more direct and assertive.

In a long document the suggestions take a while to upload and it can get confusing when you navigate down.
Also I wish you could set the tone that you wish to achieve in each email message and Grammarly could make suggestions accordingly to the desired tone.

Editing and proofreading documents I write and also google docs written in collaboration with other colleagues many of whom are bilingual and more fluent in other languages.
I wish there was a Spanish setting as we ften have to translate our documents.

Very Happy with Grammarly for our Business
What do you like best about the product?
Once you have set up your settings to your preferred style of language (such as English, Australian etc) then you are learning as you make mistakes, so your grammar improves over time and it's like learning another language as there is so much more to grammar than one thinks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Obviously, it's not cheap, this adds another significant cost to the business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly correcting the flow of writing, particularly on reducing the complexity of a sentence to be less confusing, along with a more accurate spell check.
