Grammarly takes my writing to the next level
What do you like best about the product?
It is nice to have Grammarly watching my back in today's laid-back world. As we grow more and more informal in our communication, it's easy to slip up and miss a comma occasionally. Grammarly helps kick your writing up a notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've all heard "no one is perfect," right? It can be a bit more challenging to accept when regularly suggests your favorite writing style may not be up to snuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a board member of a newer and smaller non-profit charity, it is challenging to be solely responsible for all our copywrite. I get the inspiration to put into words; Grammarly helps polish and edit where otherwise I would not have anyone.
Game changer for Sales and CSM
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the little widget that follows me everywhere! It's so easy to use. It also makes me feel more comfortable when speaking with clients or leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it gives suggestions with a different tone than I want, but it's mostly accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me communicate in the right tone without any grammar mistakes. It optimizes the time it takes to write emails and reply to customers. I love it.
Grammarly picks up the typos and small errors to tidy up my work.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly provides tips for rephrasing and editing my work, making it more concise. As I am often writing, I find it helpful when I make typos and other spelling and grammatical errors that I would not have picked up. Thank you, Grammarly!
What do you dislike about the product?
G Icon placement is often inconvenient. I find it will sit on top of where I am writing. Much of my work is making documents that use lists. Grammarly often suggests using full stops when this is not necessary. I would like to know if there is a way to bypass this without dismissing it every time. Otherwise, a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am learning how to become more concise in my writing. The use of previous suggestions assists me in planning my future writing and makes me more aware of how I write.
The best spelling and grammar checker
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly daily at work. I write more confidently because Grammarly always makes super helpful recommendations that convey precisely what I want to say. Grammarly is intuitive and easy to use. I like the tool where I can adjust the tone of my text. I also find it very useful to use it in my email and Google docs
What do you dislike about the product?
When I use the platform to proofread my academic texts, I notice it loses formatting. In google docs, the app also crashes sometimes. I wish the tool would offer more options integrated to google drive (docs, sheets, slides...), for example, plagiarism checking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Custom "rules" to fix common issues and a constant rollout of new and updated/expanded features. Very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I would still add, and some things I would implement differently for my professional purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customized inputs allows me to maintain a very specific style and save a lot of time with fixing super common "errors" with a single click. The interface makes it handy to do.

Work Smarter, Not Harder
What do you like best about the product?
As a non-profit, our team is strapped for time. Grammarly has helped us streamline our proofing process, preventing our eyes from glazing over, so we can catch the nitty gritty mistakes that Grammarly is unable to find (example: a class time is incorrect). It's beyond valuable that Grammarly offers non-profits their Business platform for free -- anything that saves us time AND money is a win!
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly does not account for AP Style, which my team is unfamiliar with using. This is one area where I have to comb through Grammarly-proofed copy and ensure it's accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to overcome bandwidth constraints within our non-profit team. We can accurately proof our written content in a quick and (mostly) consistent way. Our content looks more professional to our audiences.
