Incredibly useful and easy to use since it is literally at your finger tips (pun intended)!
What do you like best about the product?
There is good integration with browsers, MS Office apps, survey forms, Google Docs, and some other systems, etc. The feature to add certain words in the repository or the dictionary is cool too. It is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
As you start making some suggested corrections, you have to keep returning to the beginning of the suggested edits and scroll down through them. You lose sight of where you were, and it becomes time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with grammar checks, punctuation, tone, redundant words, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I just love it! There is no way for me to move as fast as I need to move and keep my writing to a high level - I need support and Grammarly Business is a partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major downsides. The only thing I would like is if it learned a little from me. There are certain terms I use that I don't need corrected, my phrasing can be specific, etc. etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It not only keeps my writing clean and succinct but also helps me be proactive about catching consistent errors. I am learning how to be a better writer using Grammarly. I also love that it follows me around on whatever site I visit.

The most helpful is the way it suggests corrections. There are options that are easy to navigate and understand. It gives you the right tone of message you wanted to convey.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost could be a major downside for me. Another is it lacks creativity in writing due to standardization. I think the AI should be taught more on learning creative stuff in writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my problem in plagiarism checking and proofreading very long papers for my study. It helps me become more productive because i can manage my time well.

Grammarly really helps create a certain voice when speaking with my clients. Whether I want to sound formal, casual, professional, etc, Grammarly has me covered

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Grammarly Business is its compatibility with HubSpot and WordPress. It enables us to catch errors right away and shortens the review process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions are incorrect. For instance, today Grammarly suggested I change the word link to connect when referring to a URL link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business catches grammatical errors from the get-go and helps reduce the time I spend proofreading marketing assets.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has improved my writing and my speaking. I never realized how many additional words and awkward verb tenses I write with until Grammarly pointed them out. Now, I understand active versus passive voice. I write and speak more concisely and clearly. For example, I normally would say, "I have been writing inefficiently". With Grammarly, I say "I write inefficiently".
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bug in the PC Outlook app. Whenever I compose a new email, the Grammarly plugin redirects me to my browser and takes me out of the app. I notified Grammarly already of this issue!

Grammarly Business is reducing communication barriers. I am more effective in my work and better understood by my customers.

Grammarly Business helps to ensure we stay on brand with the company style guide, recommends replacements to deter repetition, identifies sentences that might be too wordy, and allows you to dismiss suggestions if you need to use something particular.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I'm using it on my phone in text messages, it gets in the way of autocorrect, and I have to turn it off. Otherwise, I end up with misspellings and incorrect words.

Grammarly reduces proofreading time and the number of people needed to review. It streamlines the writing and proofing process, which increases our team's productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammerly helps in professional communication in all applications! When typing fast to get your sentences out of your mind, it helps you correct spelling, grammar, and even sentence structure to assist with clarity. The feature of detecting your message's tone is great when sending a professional email. The newest feature of GrammerlyGo is an amazing AI tool to assist with identifying gaps in your message and giving ideas for improvement to make your communication concise and informative.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't LOVE about Grammarly. You didn't know you needed it, but now you can't live without it!

This helps us use professional and concise language when composing communications. Grammarly allows me to be more productive because I don't have to think about, or look up, grammar rules.

One of the upsides of using Grammarly Business is being able to use Grammarly with our team and being able to have guidelines for consistency throughout the company.

What I dislike about Grammarly Business is the fact that I'm not always sure if I'm using it to the fullest. I know I use Grammarly everyday, but I'm sure I could be using it even better and more efficiently.

It's solving the problem of sounding professional and coming across as my best self whenever I'm writing. This applies for my emails, direct messages, presentations, and blog posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the real-time rephrasing suggestions. They help keep an active voice front and center and supercharge my stale words into words that display originality, which helps me become a better writer!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can not think of any within the tools we can access. As a user of the non-profit version, we don't have access to the plagiarism tool. Having access would help review papers received through our not-for-profit online Bible school.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My writing has improved dramatically thanks to the assistance provided. I appreciate how it identifies grammatical errors and automatically corrects them. Whenever I notice an error highlighted, I feel eager to investigate it further, as it often presents an opportunity for me to learn something new.
