Useful, easy to implement
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has very accurate suggestions that can help improve the quality of writing/work that I produce. I work for an education website so this definitely helps reduce mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't pop up on certain websites unless I remember to click the circle in the corner. It would be nice to have it pop up when I'm inputting my writing so that I can tell in real time without having to go through it all at the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping to reduce small mistakes and grammar errors. In addition, it helps make sure that the content I'm producing is quality-checked and sounds professional.
Big fan of Grammarly Business
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly Business is available wherever I write, on my computer and Android phone. And if I need the power of Grammarly Business and the GrammarlyGO function (Grammarly’s on-demand AI text generator) in a place where I can’t let Grammarly check my writing, I can copy and paste with the Grammarly Editor.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Grammarly Business is how it sometimes loses its place in my text, and as I approve corrections, I notice grammar marks, spaces, and words chopping up my text inappropriately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps me more clearly get my point across. I have to repeat myself less often.
It's very satisfying and it helps me out a lot!
What do you like best about the product?
It is great for non-native speakers, because it can easily help you with grammatical and especially punctual mistakes. With Grammarly Business you get more advice than with the usual version.
What do you dislike about the product?
There not many downsides, at least in my experience. But, first of all, it is very convenient when a company starts using Grammarly Business - you can set a tone or enter some company-specific words you would like to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly really helps me out with my texts, essays, and emails. Sometimes, I don't have enough experience or knowledge in order to write a sentence in the correct tone or make it easier to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Grammarly Business is its advanced grammar and spelling checks, style suggestions, and plagiarism detection. Additionally, the platform is user-friendly and easy to use, with various integrations and customization options. Finally, the team management and analytics features make it easy for my organization to track our progress and identify areas for improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly needs some improvements including the cost of the subscription, limited support for non-English languages, and occasional glitches or errors in the software.

Grammarly business is helping me to ensure professional communication, saving time and resources, and enhancing my organization's credibility.
Decent Writing Assistance, but AI Features Need Polishing
What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to highlight spelling and grammar errors, suggest better phrasing, and provide contextual synonym suggestions. The software’s suggestions are usually spot-on and can significantly improve the clarity and effectiveness of the written content.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI features of Grammarly Business are still a bit unpolished. At times, the software can flag correct sentences as incorrect and provide incorrect suggestions for corrections. Moreover, the software does not always account for industry-specific jargon or technical terms, which can be a significant limitation for businesses operating in highly specialized fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a lawyer who writes a lot of emails, Grammarly Business is a helpful tool that solves several problems for me. 1. Ensures that my emails are written with proper grammar and spelling, which is important in conveying a professional image. 2. Helps me to save time by suggesting corrections and improvements to my writing, allowing me to focus on other important tasks in my job.
Constant editor over my shoulder-which is welcome!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly acts as a constant editor without the hassle of having to get a friend to check my work for me. I feel confident about my work when using Grammarly because I know it catches my errors every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, Grammarly will offer an editorial suggestion, and when I accept the suggestion, it tries to correct it back to the original text I had to begin with –this can be a bit frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is solving my hiccups with word usage, sentence structure, and other errors that I make in my writing. I use Grammarly for accurate and professional emails and articles.
Great tool for perfect grammar
What do you like best about the product?
It helps you proofread and tells you about your tone. It works across all documents and online platforms when you have the extension on Chrome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Grammarly Business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
English is my second language so it helps with proofreading my spelling and grammar. I am definitely more productive and come off more professional as a result of my Grammarly extension.
Quick and easy way to improve writing
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to integrate this into my everyday writing, from emails, Slack, to actual copywriting on websites and collateral. Makes it really simple to utilitize regularly without having to adjust my processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found any major downsides yet. Sometimes it's not accurate or the suggestions don't make sense, but overall it's pretty good at finding things and I can simply disregard if it's not applicable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to improve my writing while ensuring things are grammatically correct and spelled accurately. I am able to increase my productivity and give me some peace of mind that things are well-written.
Its a great tool for writers

Grammarly has this super plugin that checks my writing everywhere I go online, I am more productive because of this.
A Terrific User-Friendly Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Account management on the admin side is terrific - billing and user setup are straightforward. On the user side, all setup can be done essentially from one page to install any of the apps they need and set up their account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly sometimes has issues remembering it's UI settings (there's a floating bubble that doesn't always appear when it's expected to, or appears in the wrong place/wrong monitor. I also wish there were a way to send a user a one-click deployment installer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintains professionalism in all our business communication, with the added benefit of customization allowing our internally used words/lingo to not be flagged as incorrect.
