Grammarly has really sped up my document reviews exponentially
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly is so simple in that you can just scan through a paragraph to find suggested updated. It's very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pop-up that floats around the screen can be annoying at times, particularly when I'm doing a screen share to edit a document with peers. Fortunately, it can be disabled for a short time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly catches missing words. It catches areas of missing punctuation or the wrong punctuation. It's been amazing for my emails, so I don't send out something that looks like I didn't review or read what I typed.
Grammarly Saves Me So Much Time!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me cut down time on edits and reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Grammarly doesn't understand my local language nuances and corrects things I want to keep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have many writing requirements for me, as well as editing and reviewing with our team. Grammarly saves us time for reviews and edits and makes our process faster and more accurate.
Grammarly is great!
What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful in catching my mistakes when I need it to. It provides data and insights into my writing each week. I enjoy the popup emoji's of how my message comes off to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The little popup suggestion number can block out parts of my emails when I use it on Google Gmail. It gets in the way when I use the small popup window to write an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving my grammatical errors and therefore allows me to sound better to my customers and coworkers. It's also solving tone confusion that can occur when everyone is mostly virtual.
It keeps me mistake free and improves my writing experience.
What do you like best about the product?
Our team recently moved to Grammarly Business and it has helped us stay consistent across multiple writers. From start to finish, we use Grammarly to keep our writing moving without worrying about the finer details at the moment. When we're done writing, we follow up with Grammarly to make sure our mistakes are fixed and our language is on par with everything else.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Grammarly doesn't quite understand what or why we are trying to say something a certain way. However, the more we use it, the smarter it becomes. It starts to learn how we write and recommends fixes that work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our work typo-free and grammatically correct is the biggest problem it helped solve. It saves us many additional hours of proofing our work and, in many instances, it improves our copy.
Pretty Accurate and I love the features
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me set the tone for my writing, and appear more professional I love the weekly progress reports so I can see things like how many errors I've had in a week and how my vocabulary comes off
What do you dislike about the product?
The little suggestion icon floats in the most inconvenient parts of my screen at times. That's about it though. I've been using Grammarly for years
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I type pretty fast and rush through things so having something to pay attention to details allows me to get through things quicker.
Pretty nice tool for writing teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love how we can add in our own style guide, specify weird spellings and the like. The voice and tone tool is pretty cool, but it's not as advanced as I'd like it to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using both apps and browser-based software makes it a bit challenging to manage the Grammarly desktop, Microsoft plugins, Chrome extension, etc. Seems like they're competing sometimes and it slows my system down. I've seen some bugginess too, wherein changes revert instantly, over and over, while I'm working. Plus, the dismiss function would be nicer if I could dismiss the same prompt for the entire session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping enforce our brand guidelines and style guide, as well as keeping us on track with voice and tone. Catching the little mistakes makes me feel more confident, and the revision suggestions for stronger writing have been helpful.
Quality control over tone of Customer Service team emails
What do you like best about the product?
Running a small customer service team, Grammarly Business has improved our team's overall cohesion when composing and sending out emails to our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times everything is "dumbed" down enough that our clients have assumed we are AI, not real customer service representatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business has eliminated a lot of "grammar" mistakes for our customer service representatives.
Write LIke an Expert - No Matter Your Ability
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly allows me to create straightforward, succinct emails, presentations, and documents - without spending hours researching and revising. Competitors do not come close to the usability I get with Grammarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
With some of our programs, OneNote in particular, the suggestions from Grammarly are often not in my current writing style. Also, when I accept a recommendation many times, the punctuation/spelling corrections fall in the middle of words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to write professional emails and documentation - and adjust the tone to fit my audience is invaluable. I can communicate with executive-level leadership with documentation they can take to their key stakeholders. I can also communicate to every member of the organization in a way that gets the message across correctly.
No bad corrections
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly Business provides me with Statistics on my usage. It spurs me on. I also like that it gives me choices when it finds an issue with my writing. I like the summary emails listing the tones Grammarly finds in my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when it makes nonsensical suggestions. Occasionally, I accept the wrong correction if I don't look closely enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps tighten up my prose and keeps me from being too wordy.
I'm a grant writer, and Grammarly helps me write concisely and correctly.
What do you like best about the product?
I especially like using "rewrite for clarity" and suggestions for synonyms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of one thing I would change. I use it daily and find it is easy to use to wordsmith just a few lines or a large project.

I write grants for a nonprofit, and Grammarly Business helps me write more clearly and succinctly.
