What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration with all programs that I use daily and the fact that I don't need to start up Grammarly or even care about that. It seems a native aplication.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could stop pointing out "mistakes" that we usually dismiss. There are very typical things that we do everyday and Gramarly keeps pointing as issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoiding mistakes. Transforming the speech into a more straightforward communication and ensuring a clear message.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is EASY to use and works on all of your platforms seamlessly. You don't have to use all of their suggestions but they are a great way to think about how you write. Also, their recap reports are a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are (rare) some times that the suggestion is not accurate and for those who do not know grammar rules they may be led to make an inaccurate change. It just means people have to use good judgment when accepting suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accuracy in writing and ensuring quality products from our staff.

What do you like best about the product?
The tone insights feature provides helpful feedback on how to tailor the writing to appeal to specific audiences.
Grammarly integrates seamlessly into all my applications, like office applications, web-browser, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup was a challenge. It kept signing in and out; I think this was because I had a Grammarly personal account before. The IT team sorted this out, and everything else was a breeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping me achieve clarity in my writing. I can adjust the tone of written communications to appeal to specific audiences.

What do you like best about the product?
I used to struggle with being concise in my emails and would often tip-toe around difficult topics, making my writing sound too passive. However, with Grammarly Business, I love getting feedback on communicating more confidently, re-writing for clarity, and keeping things "short and sweet" yet professional. I also love the weekly emails showing me what kinds of mistakes I typically make, with lessons on improving those areas! I've really seen a lot of growth over time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, they will suggest edits that don't seem to communicate the intensity of my feelings or don't sound like "my voice." It's easy enough to dismiss suggestions I don't plan on using, but it can still be a little frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is helping me to communicate more effectively with clients and coworkers and keeps me looking and sounding very professional.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has been a valuable tool for ensuring clear and polished communication within our team. It greatly assists in maintaining a high level of writing quality across the board, which is essential to our business. The platform is easy to use and integrates well with various applications, making it a convenient solution for our team's diverse writing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Grammarly has many upsides, there are a few drawbacks related to its accessibility and inclusivity features, which ironically are very exclusionary and inaccessible. The default "inclusive language" settings inadvertently lead to an increased focus on our team members' differences rather than promoting unity and understanding. These settings are also heavily influenced by US-centric political correctness, which does not align with the values and cultural norms of teams located outside the United States.

Also, Grammarly's frequent changes to logos and favicons can be confusing, particularly for users with learning difficulties - and there is no way to override this as a business user. It would be beneficial if the company focused on providing more genuine inclusion and accessibility options, rather than superficial gestures. For those considering Grammarly Business, it is crucial to review and adjust the "inclusivity" settings before deployment to ensure a more seamless and inclusive user experience - note that they are "on" by default.

Streamlined communication with Snippets: The Snippets feature enables our team to create and save frequently used phrases, sentences, or paragraphs, making it easy to access and insert them into our writing. This not only saves time but also ensures consistent messaging across the team.

Tailored brand voice: The Brand Tone of Voice feature allows us to define and customise our company's unique tone and style preferences. This helps us maintain a consistent brand voice across all communications, creating a cohesive image and reinforcing our brand identity.

What do you like best about the product?
We create a lot of content like emails, social media post, newsletters, parent informational, etc. Grammarly is amazing at keep to tone of the conversation with our Branding. We love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some websites like Google does not work with Grammarly. As a result we have to type in a separate document then pasta into Google. This is a pain because it's time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General grammar and tone of the conversation. As we deal with parents and studnets it's important to make sure our tone promotes our Brand. Being kind and patient in emails and text communication is essential.

What do you like best about the product?
Catches all the errors, big and small. gives fantastic suggestions. As a writer what's in my head sometimes doesn't transfer as easily as I'd like to the page. this solves that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mean if I had to pick something it would be that sometimes I don't want them correcting what I wrote, but that is really reaching and quite frankly unrealistic expectations that it would know when Im using native language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes my writing more clear and understandable. has saved me hours of going back and sweeping through edits.

What do you like best about the product?
I purchased this app for our sales team to ensure that written communications with customers and vendors were consistent and accurate. It is both an effective editor and training app. Grammarly has helped me become more efficient in my own writing and to overcome bad writing habits.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some applications where Grammarly is not helpful; however, the widget is easily moved on the screen and can be set to inactive in applications where it is not needed.
