A must-have for business!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has been a huge asset for our company. I like knowing my team is communicating professionally with our customers. It's also been nice to focus on company tones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about Grammarly Business. Perhaps it would be nice to break down statistics by person. Also, sometimes the Grammarly "bug" disappears. I usually have to search for the app on my computer for it to reappear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps enhance my writing and ensures I communicate to the best of my abilities. For my team, it allows us to sound educated and professional when dealing with internal and external customers.
Grammarly is a must-have program for any business!
What do you like best about the product?
I don't know what we would do without Grammarly! We are constantly writing social media posts and creating graphics that require lots of writing, and Grammarly is always helping and improving the way we sound. It makes our brand look and say professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't one thing we dislike about Grammarly. It's a program that almost every employee uses in the company. It helps with emails and reports, a big part of our work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we have is sounding professional in our emails and social media posts, and marketing material. Grammarly helps us in all those areas and makes our company sound and more successful.
Does a great job at catching lots of small and common errors.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business is really helpful for catching all those little errors that you make when you're writing so much copy every day, and our team understands the reasoning behind all these edits as we have the same program.
What do you dislike about the product?
We operate using both British English and American English, so sometimes, it can be frustrating to see continual corrections that don't easily get dismissed. Also, the Grammarly icon can sometimes block things, but not a huge deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We write a large volume of copy with a strong brand voice in a creative industry, and Grammarly really helps us all sync up on the same tone and consistent grammar/spelling catches.
Grammarly is helpful in the workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the desktop app adjusts and follows you and provides suggestions anywhere you type, whether it's an email, a google doc or a "note." It also allows me to still communicate in my own style, but in a more grammatical way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the editor won't adjust and automatically start editing and I have to refresh it, but luckily I usually notice it (since i don't see any mark ups)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write a lot throughout the day, and I write in a professional setting, representing large healthcare and biotech corporations, so making sure my emails, press releases are correct is important.

Grammarly helps me find the correct grammar, especially punctuation which allows me to focus on what I want to say without worrying about the rules of proper grammar
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when Grammarly suggestions are not the right solution to my needs, it is easy to regect those suggestions, but the program can be a bit stubborn to accept my rejections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing myself and my team to present our selves and organization in a professional and intelligent light to the public and each other. It is also helping all of us to better communicate with less time proofreading.
Grammarly makes brand consistency easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Great for supporting teams with brand and tone consistency. I love having the ability to customize writing preferences and the style guide. It's made writing and proofing easier and more accurate for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having a space for team collaboration on documents in Grammarly would be helpful. I'd also like to see the ability to get more granular in some of the brand tone settings. Otherwise, it's been great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps our team with brand tone and style consistency. In an industry with many acronyms and interesting spellings, Grammarly makes it easier to write accurately and keep styling on brand. Its integrations mean that you don't have to leave Outlook or Chrome for Grammarly to check your work.
It's been a life saver when writing important emails an reports
What do you like best about the product?
I never worry about misspelling a word (mostly when I'm in a rush and don't have time to proofread) or wordy text; Grammarly will always correct me and simplify what I do daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've seen that Grammarly gets activated in contact form fields, which sometimes isn't needed. This becomes annoying as we work with different partners worldwide, and their business addresses won't always be in US format. Still, Grammarly identifies them as invalid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I indicated before, it helps me write amazing emails and reports. I used to spend time on online Grammarly checker to look for grammar mistakes wich would take lots of extra time.

What do you like best about the product?
English is not my primary language, so I find this tool really valuable for my job
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of bugs, When you try Grammarly, most of the time asks you to make changes, but when accepting them, they never change, and the grammar suggestion disappears it can be really frustrating, especially when working outside the google docs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
checking my grammar, giving me ideas of ways to say the same but sounding better, and making me sound more formal, being more productive obviously
Grammarly is Great!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business gives me the confidence to move faster and helps trim down my sentences. I liked the free version, but the business version has clear advantages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, in a small window, the pop-up can be distracting. However, it's a minor issue. I believe Grammarly Business is making me a better writer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business saves me a tremendous amount of time by proofreading my writing. I don't write professionally, but it's important that my writing is professional. I write contracts and proposals daily, and I can't have mistakes distracting my audience.
