Catching mistakes quickly
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that it's integrated into my email and Google docs so that I can catch grammar mistakes quickly. When I do social media posts I'm grateful that it helps me to be more succinct.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd appreciate more feedback about how I can structure my sentences to be clearer, or have a setting the helps me to get the message across in fewer words. Those pieces of advice don't come up frequently, so maybe I'm already doing well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is solving grammatical errors and redundancies with fewer clicks. It allows me to work more quickly so that I can send out more emails in the amount of time.
Easy to use, with great corrections
What do you like best about the product?
Because the corrections are fast response, and I can improve my grammar and sentences constructions

I don't have any problem mentioning about Grammarly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
English is not my forts language, and I have to send a lot of emails, so this is a important tool for my daily use.
It was worth upgrading from Grammarly Premium
What do you like best about the product?
I used to use Grammarly Premium in my organization but took advantage of Grammarly Business so we could get our entire team on the same page. I love that we can set company-wide suggestions, have a company dictionary, and each person has their own account with their own settings. I also find the AI function interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found setting up Grammarly Business to be a trial-and-error process. In setting up the company styles and tone suggestions, I had to repeatedly go back into the main account to make changes. However, I think this was just the learning curve of a new product. The biggest frustration? Grammarly Business doesn't recognize the organization's name with "Inc." at the end as being the full company name, which may be fixed by adjusting settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps ensure the communications our organization puts out are professional, easy to read, and well-written. It also helps our organization stay consistent in language between employees.

- Makes silly mistakes, as it does not understand contexts like a human would
- Makes some suggestions that don't make sense
- Messes up text when using it in Notepad (Windows 11)
- Tones are not always right (beta feature, only for paying users)
- You don't have a middle-level tone choice, so it's either casual or formal (beta feature, only for paying users)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me write in English as a foreigner more confidently, as it helps me avoid many mistakes and gives many helpful improvement suggestions. I definitely think it makes my work easier.

I find that Grammarly Business can be overly aggressive in its suggestions and corrections, which can be frustrating or feel like it's changing my writing style. Additionally, the pricing is a bit on the higher side, particularly for larger teams or organizations.

Grammarly Business solves some common writing challenges, such as identifying and correcting grammar and spelling errors, improving writing style and consistency, and detecting instances of plagiarism. By solving these problems, Grammarly Business benefits me by improving my written communication, saving them time and effort, boosting productivity, and ensuring accuracy and consistency. Overall, Grammarly Business helps individuals and teams to communicate more effectively, work more efficiently, and produce higher-quality written content.

The customizable Grammarly style guide is a time saver, keeping us all on target. Plus, it's easy for newer employees to keep track of our organization's voice.

Professional Sounding Communications
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business provides tools that help make our communications much more professional - beyond simple spelling errors. You can check your tone to see how the communication might sound to others - very helpful sometimes when communicating new or challenging information. Grammarly also suggests potentially better wording in some areas - this can help keep communications clear and concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is that Grammarly & I sometimes disagree on where/when a comma is needed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping us to provide much more professional-sounding communications and training materials. Since the checks are done & shown automatically, we can immediately see the recommendations.
Best for those who can't spell or or proofread
What do you like best about the product?
I could improve on grammar and spelling, and Grammarly fixes that for me. I can't tell you how many emails and messages I have fixed by using Grammarly. Honestly, it is fixing this review as I type, its brilliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a dislike. Grammarly integrates with Word, Outlook, the web, and pretty much everything you use to type and helps you sound more confident, friendly, or various other tones. If I were to fix anything, it would be the constant battle between Grammarly and the other spell-check features in other programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I stink at being confident and professional, it's not in my nature, but Grammarly allows me to draw that confidence out with their tone checker and the proofreading.

Nothing yet. Most things that I would change have been addressed; I need to change them. In other words, user error.

As Grant Management Administrator of a dozen grant writers, proofing, editing, and redundancies are our main concerns. Grammarly is not just about fixing grammatical errors; it's a comprehensive writing tool that offers insightful suggestions for improving clarity, tone, and style. The real-time feedback is a game-changer, providing instant suggestions that empower me to make my writing more concise, engaging, and professional. It's like having a writing mentor by your side, guiding you toward perfection.
Small but powerful helper.
What do you like best about the product?
The tone rating for what you have written. I like I can set options for the overall tone of my writing. I like that I can see the tone of the current writing and then determine if that is the tone I want. Not everything I write needs to be in the tone I have set as my target, so having both is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly integration for Front and Freshdesk can be very glitchy. I have lost whole bodies of writing because Grammarly glitched and removed the paragraph as I tried to use the integration toperson to whichd the who the sentence was erring to. The other is when Grammarly can't decide which way the sentence should go the suggestions switch it back and forth.

It catches many small and large mistakes regarding word choice or misspellings.
