One of the Best Writing Tools to Boost Professionalism
What do you like best about the product?
Like spellcheck, Grammarly catches many simple errors I may otherwise skim past. But it doesn't stop there. Grammarly also improves the tone, clarity of thought, and legibility of the overall message of our team's emails, written documents, and phone scripts. Even the weakest writer on my team can be trusted to send professional emails when they utilize the Grammarly Pro prompts and suggestions. Our organization also has the Style Guide feature implemented, which catches improper capitalization and offers suggestions to swap in the correct terms (i.e., "partner" rather than using "donor") when someone drafts a document using the incorrect term.
What do you dislike about the product?
To improve upon the already great tool, I wish that Grammarly could catch issues such as poorly formatted paragraphs or incomplete thoughts. It would also be helpful if non-admins could "suggest adding a word or phrase" for the style guide admin to implement for the team or office. This feature would help streamline our workflow and add regularly used terms specific to the organization and our specialized department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We draft many emails and written content daily, including donation acknowledgment letters, canned responses, and print materials for our ministry staff and external partners. This tool helps our office improve our professionalism while staying aware of and improving our tone.
Reliable and Essential for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the consistency that Grammarly gives my team, I also appreciate the information that each suggestion carries, this gives my writers a chance to dive deep into why the correction is happening in the first place. The automatic spelling correct has saved me hours of work in the last year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not dislike but I hope that Grammarly can learn our style more. We use variable words in our templates for email campaigns and unfortunately, Grammarly does not detect them as Variable names despite scanning our work daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our tone, I have between 3-5 writers at a time, and Grammarly keeps us uniform and professional. Another problem it solves is spelling. We target different areas, and it's great that Grammarly can guide the writers in the correct spellings of words based don the region.
An absolute life saver.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and how it can work for multiple systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The floating icon that shows that Grammerly is available is ALWAYS in the way of something. I wish it could be stationary.

It makes my message clearer and has made me a better writer.

What do you like best about the product?
As a non-native English learner, we are limited by the number of words and grammar expressions. Grammar software can help us to correct obvious mistakes and give positive suggestions on the meaning of the expressions and help us to abbreviate what we need to write. This works very well and also gives different suggestions for different genres of content. For example, whether it is business, general, email, academic writing, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are logical irrationalities, such as grammatical errors, even though it is more streamlined. This is very distracting and needs to be repeatedly worked out and revised. On the other hand, there is a lack of content on the types of literature used in academic writing, such as the use of Harvard and IEEE, and citation patterns, which are currently lacking.

Check grammar and refine expressions.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business is extremely easy to use. I love that we can also incorporate our own branded terms, capitalizations, word uses, etc. into our database. Although we typically follow AP style, there are some instances where we don't. Grammarly allows us to account for that so we don't constantly see "errors" in our documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it only detects parts of a word instead of a whole word. For example, "excited" is only detected as "cited," and it recommends using a different word
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps me to make sure things are written concisely, clearly, and with an appropriate tone. It makes it easy to check to see that all grammar and spelling is correct.
My Grammarly Experience and How it helped me
What do you like best about the product?
I love how grammarly makes my work super easy. In email support - there is no excuse for incorrect spelling and grammatical errors that is why Grammarly is such a life-saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only challenge is that I can't use it on older PCs since it requires a specific windows OS. Therefore making it hard for me to maximize it's use if I will be on an older PC or laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me deliver a well-composed and effective email to my customers therefore creating a better customer experience! It also helps us create a better macro for effective communications.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it works not only on emails, but on Google Docs as well. It helps me maintain a consistent voice in communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the green arrow circle can get in the way, which can be a bit annoying. But, that's an easy enough fix on my end.

Effective and Confidence Boosting!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how confident I've become since using Grammarly Business. The platform has allowed me to develop grammatical skills that I would have otherwise not refined.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't necessarily dislike anything about Grammarly Business, but at times, I find the suggestions to be a bit too informal to utilize. This doesn't occur often, but enough to the point that I know when not to use the suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business solves the guessing game of whether or not my email is polished, professional, and direct enough. I tend to beat around the bush when it comes to sending emails, but now I know that my colleagues understand my ask when they read my emails.
Great tool but a becoming irrelevant with AI
What do you like best about the product?
Product and integrations work very well on my Mac.

Its a great tool but becoming increasingly irrelevant with AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me always put my best foot forward when communicating with customers. Also helps me write faster and with confidence - drastically reduces the need to second guess everything I write.
Excellent writing assistant
What do you like best about the product?
I have the opportunity to review not only grammar and spelling but also tone and sentence structure. This helps me to put out the best piece of writing. I have used other comparable AI tools, but Grammarly is well integrated into my entire company's system so everyone benefits from its use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I write in two distinct environments, using both American and British English. Even when I switch the language, it automatically defaults to American English. I would really like to be able to switch languages easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It improves the organization's writing products, whether it is emails, promotional materials, or meeting notes. Editing is easier and faster and consequently, we have saved a lot of time and money on editing.
