Grammerly Catches Everything
What do you like best about the product?
Reminding me about minor errors that I often make. I also like suggestions about how to reword/rewrite sentences or phrases. The weekly feedback is also helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A I like it! There isn't anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It catches little grammatical errors. What I like too is that you can set it up to reflect your company's style. For example, use a comma or not after "and". I use many of the wording suggestions, but not all. I like that you can "dismiss" what you don't want. The AI is useful for improving texts that I write and giving suggestions.
Emails are a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Makes emailing and worrying about mistakes a thing of the past. I can easily get my thoughts out and it easily and quickly suggests edits and makes correction suggestions to ensure my emails work for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is not a ton to say on the dislike column. It's a great product truthfully!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any writing woes and grammar issues are things of the past. Helps make my voice stronger and more eloquent.
Grammarly has made my communication more professional and unified.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it has taken my preferences for how I want to write and given me suggestions based on this. It has been crucial in helping me to be more direct and clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the edits that are suggested are mot always helpful and the widget acts strange sometimes -- it will automatically do something that I don't click and suggest things in the wrong tenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped in being more direct in my communication. I can't stress enough the importance of this. My writing is clearer, to the point and helps to alleviate confusion across multiple departments in how things are said.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has been super capable in handling content writing for me. Be it getting the tone right, spell checks on the fly, Grammarly has been great to use tool since the start.

What do you dislike about the product?
A helpful but annoying feature is the suggestion sometimes deviates from the point you are trying to to get through with your content. Another scope for improvement is more add-ins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly has been super helpful in getting the language of my content right and giving it more depth and effect. In terms of productivity, it definitely helped me spending less time on language checks.
Can be frustrating but can also catch mistakes that make me look unprofessional.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it catches my punctuation mistakes the most. I am a good writer, but I often miss important punctuation marks in my haste to get things done. Grammarly makes sure that I always look professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it will sometimes make completely wrong suggestions. I understand that the program can only do so much and has no way of understanding all of my company jargon; however, occasionally, it is common phrasing that it suggests is wrong. Overall, it is more helpful than frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My writing is more concise, with clearer intention, and I can write without having to proofread as much as I go. It makes my boss happy and therefore makes me happy. :)
Communicating on Brand
What do you like best about the product?
The business account helps keep our communications on target and on brand in a consistent voice. I love the rewrite suggestions and the new Grammarly Go beta is a great incorporation of AI suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any issues yet using Grammarly Business. They are continuing to improve the product and release new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep my writing professional, gives me an awareness of the tone of writing, and keeps the messaging on brand. It also saves time in doing the proofreading work for me!

In my business, we use words Grammarly doesn't always like.

I always thought my punctuations were good until Grammarly checks me. Now it's a solid document when I am done.

The best feature of Grammarly is the rewording feature. I can be extremely wordy, and Grammarly is super helpful in making things short and concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ummm, I've run into an issue where there are clearly issues, but they don't populate in Grammarly. It still reads 0 at times.

Grammarly is helping make writing short and concise. Grammarly is also helping make sure all writing across the organization is gramatically correct!
Great product for all sizes of business!
What do you like best about the product?
Useful for both personal and business purposes, including social media, grantwriting, all emails, and everything in between. Integrates well with all the other apps we use and is easy to turn off if you don't need it. I used it right now to write this review!
What do you dislike about the product?
On certain websites like Canva, it does get in the way, and there is not really a great way to turn it Canva as a whole without doing it for each individual page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me primarily with writing social media posts and grants. Sounding professionally or casually in different environments is key to successful non-profit writing. Without Grammarly, the number of errors I make and don't notice is embarrassing, and Grammarly helps me avoid that embarrassment.
Most used and useful software I have ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
I do like the improve it feature. Sometimes it is hard to find the right thing to say, even though the grammar may be correct, but changing the actual words to make it sound better has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be able to load documents into a Grammarly chat and, with some prompts, produce something that sounds like my own writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said, I write a lot of correspondence to our customers as the Executive voice of the organization and having every piece of correspondance go out grammaticaly perfect has increased our credibility signifigantly. The fact that tone is consistent is also very important. We don't have a giant marketing department so we rely on Grammarly to be our editor.
