I'm more competent with this tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Since I've added the Chrome extension, Grammarly has helped me understand and improve aspects of my emails and documents to sound more confident and make sure that my tone is coming across correctly. Being a run-on sentence queen, this tool has helped me greatly reduce that. It's now turned into a game to see how many unique words I can use weekly along with trying to compose things without edits.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a first-world problem- sometimes Grammarly doesn't recognize the sentence structure correctly, so it will get stuck in a loop of trying to suggest edits or rewrites, and it's only competing with itself. The other small dislike is the suggestion icon at the end of sentences sometimes will get in the way and I can't see what I'm typing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps ensure that my emails and documents are concise and well-written. It also helps me be more productive because I worry less about if my grammar is correct and am more focused on the actual content.

What do you like best about the product?
My native language is spanish, but where I work everything is in English, so Grammarly helps me a lot in work, an communication with other team members, is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes when I am writing on some page, the logo of Grammarly appears in a corner where I need to click, but I cant because the logo is there and is very difficult

helps me writing in English, because is not my native language, helps me for emails, documents, and chat with my team workers, works in any website so is great

What do you like best about the product?
Grammerly quickly calls out grammar errors and better ways to present my sentences, making content sound more professional. It also gives me support when others do not agree with grammar corrections.
What do you dislike about the product?
The little icon hovers in my way quite often. Sometimes when working on content it underlines things in red that are not true spelling errors. At times, when I click on the grammerly suggestion, it inserts into the middle of a word,making more for me to have to correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly spotting grammmar, spelling and structure errors, leading to better content in less time.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company went through a rebrand and the updated brand voice/tone was critical to making our brand really sing. I love that I am able to put in guides so everyone can feel empowered to write on-brand. It's also helped our marketing team share 'marketing' copy with the snippets feature so we can share how to talk about our product and every team has access to that as they are writing brand copy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to have more insights across users. I can see if a user is active and if they used a snippet, but it seems like there could be even more analytics there that would help us improve. It would also be nice to capture the language other users are writing so that could be turned into a snippet.

Assists me in remembering all the Grammar rules from English Class!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I don't have to think as hard about all the grammar rules that I may not remember from high school English class! Grammarly does this for me and so much more! It truly helps in making my emails sounds better, more fluent, and more professional! I couldn't imagine not having Grammarly in writing emails and documents for work anymore!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly gives me suggestions that don't make sense in the context of what I am writing, but this sometimes annoyance is a small price to pay for the help it gives me! There are times I disregard what it suggests because it simply isn't what I am trying to say. Again, this is a small annoyance to deal with for all the help it gives me each and every day!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't want to send emails to donors, committee members, students, etc. that sounds like I don't know how to write so the suggestions that pop up and the amount of punctuation that is corrected is priceless! I very much enjoy having this product on my work computer.

Sometimes, the pop-ups get in the way of what is typed, making it inconvenient.

We have an office of various people that respond to customers right away; sometimes, this creates a rushed reply with certain typos or broken sentences.

Best and easy for non english speakers
What do you like best about the product?
As a Spanish speaker, it is difficult to create sentences like you do in English. Especially when you are working with clients that are native English speakers. Then Grammarly helps a lot! Even in live sessions, in using correct and professional grammar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, some pages don't allow the automatic correction that Grammarly proposes, so it must be manual. But it is because of the website itself and not Grammarly; anyway, it highlights EVERWHERE the grammar corrections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of going to a different website to check grammar and writing, including Chat GPT, It happens automatically and on the same site using Grammarly, allowing more confident and faster typing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love grammarly for emails, documents, and anything I'm writing anywhere. I love the corrections it gives me in real time on things I'm writing. It also helps me with marketing and other content writing such as blogs and direct mail.

Sometimes the grammarly icon won't pop up after I've hightlighted a sentence for it to ie me suggestions for how to rewrite it.

I write tons of emails, some explaining complitaed matters and others to provide instruction. GRammarly helps me format those emails in a more logocal and less wordy way.
