Small but powerful helper.
What do you like best about the product?
The tone rating for what you have written. I like I can set options for the overall tone of my writing. I like that I can see the tone of the current writing and then determine if that is the tone I want. Not everything I write needs to be in the tone I have set as my target, so having both is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly integration for Front and Freshdesk can be very glitchy. I have lost whole bodies of writing because Grammarly glitched and removed the paragraph as I tried to use the integration toperson to whichd the who the sentence was erring to. The other is when Grammarly can't decide which way the sentence should go the suggestions switch it back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It catches many small and large mistakes regarding word choice or misspellings.
In addition, the tone checker helps us ensure we are not being too technical for our clients but also being informative.

A gift for Non-Profit
What do you like best about the product?
The kindness and generosity of providing this program to non-profits is off the charts. It allows are team to all share the same style of writing!
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a tab that stopped corrections inside quotation marks. I quote a lot of Scripture in my writing and must be careful not to accept these changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammerly helps with keeping my writings within the word count limits that are placed on some of our work. This is extremely beneficial

Good Solution With Mostly Accurate Recommendations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly can catch simple mistakes when I am typing fast. In addition, the recommendations made by Grammarly can be really good to avoid various issues - such as repetition, incorrect word usage, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I do not agree with the comma suggestions from Grammarly or the overtly pushy suggestions for word usage and changes. While the ideas are not invalid (except for MAYBE the commas), they are sometimes less important than finding other errors that someone could catch right away when reviewing what is being written.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps to maximize my writing efficiency by allowing me to type fast and keep up with any errors that I am making while working through the documents, emails, or other materials.
Great product to make proofing easier
What do you like best about the product?
Very good wood suggestions, and reading age is useful when creating documents to a variety of audiences

Sometimes a suggested change is made but then Grammarly suggests you change it back to the original

It is helping us adjust our marketing materials by providing a better understanding of the reading age of documents and also suggested word changes

Sometimes, the commas are correctly erroneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is now technically accurate, and conversations about grammar and syntax are encouraged. All in all, it makes us more efficient and effective whilteaching teaching us something.
Seamless and work well with Nonprofit
What do you like best about the product?
The real-time grammar correction feature and ease of use is the selling point for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints, but it would be a great addition if the program could include French language support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time grammar correction and the fact that I no longer need to launch a separate tool to proofread anything I'm working on, whether it's an email, a Word document, or just a message on a website, is a game changer.
The Perfect Product
What do you like best about the product?
I love the snippets function-- it is my favorite part of the software. I like that I have a proofreader watching my every key stroke-- it gives me a great deal of confidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get poor or incorrect recommendations. It doesn't happen often, and I understand nothing is perfect. I'd like to see a tab to send this feedback in real-time so the software can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My written communications are more professional and polished. I like that there is a tone check to ensure what I'm expressing is simple for the reader to interpret.
Great for someone who sends things as fast as they talk
What do you like best about the product?
I tend to press send before I've reviewed my work thoroughly. Grammarly has helped to fill the gap of my going to fast and has encouraged me to slow down a bit to review the things found that I can correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Grammarly helper bubble often moves to a place that is in the way. I would love to make it be in the small icons on my taskbar. When I'm in OneNote the replace functionality doesn't work well and often places text in a different location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I truly appreciate the time that I save from not having to read back through my text. Often I will skim over since I know what I'm trying to say and subsequently miss errors. It is great to have an unbiased "reader" helping to catch my errors.
Grammarly is SUPERB
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is my daily driver. It helps me respond to better emails, sounds professional and clearer sentences especially when dealing with multi-lingual clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the translation is not accurate. Sometimes it changes the message you are portraying in a paragraph. Also I hope there is auto apply all button so that I can easily change it all in one click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business was able to help me with my day-to-day communication with people all around the globe. I can easily switch to UK english or US english to sound better for my audience.
