Has Helped Me Write More Clearly and Better
What do you like best about the product?
I write a lot in my job (Educ/Admin Pastor). I like that Grammarly doesn't just point out mistakes or areas of concern but offers alternatives. It's unobtrusive — while it marks (red underline) areas of concern, it doesn't interrupt my train of thought while I'm writing. At any point, I can click the Grammarly icon and review its suggestions to correct grammar errors, misspellings, potentially confusing sentence structure, and to suggest alternate words that might be more appropriate.
I also like the weekly e-mail that reviews my writing and lets me know how I'm doing.
Grammarly, for me, is almost indispensable — it beats the built-in grammar checkers in any app that I've used. Even with the things that I wish were different, I **HIGHLY** recommend Grammarly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the placement of the Grammarly icon is obtrusive. While there are alternative spots where I can move the icon, I wish I could move it wherever I want.
I'm not sure what style guide Grammarly uses (maybe there's a way to change that), but I have trouble understanding its use of commas. I wish it would at least give me either a hint about why my placement or lack of a comma is incorrect or a link to an explanation.
Grammarly doesn't like "own" as an adjective — e.g., His own experience was…
Probably 1/3 of the suggested corrections for me are in material that has been quoted verbatim (copy-and-paste). I don't think there's a way to fix that.
Even with those few things, I still highly recommend Grammarly Business.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with incorrect grammar and unclear writing. I am able to send out communications without worrying that someone will be distracted by my writing.
An excellent tool for growing in professionalism
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly focuses on so many elements of written communication. From tone to grammar, it has become clear how these things can make or break your communication style. I love that it is easily accessible on all devices and keeps you consistent across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike, but I would love it if there were "batch fixes" for addressing things like a lower-case "i" or other elements that could be auto corrected or batch corrected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is creating consistency across our platforms. It allows us to maintain a clarity in our communication that allows those we are communicating with to feel comforted or familiar with us, making it easier to engage regularly.
Grammarly Business is a great tool for those who do professional writing
What do you like best about the product?
I work in a nonprofit and we write a lot of grants. Grammarly Business ensures that we are clear and consistent in our writing style. I love the real-time feedback and the tone detection feature. We write to many different audiences and it helps me to communicate effectively with each one. We love the free nonprofit program!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that sometimes I will click on the Grammarly suggestion and for some reason it won't be applied. For example, if it recommends I add a hyphen and I click the recommendation to apply it, sometimes the hyphen will not appear but the red underline will disappear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps with clarity and bein concise. Sometimes I ramble when I write or add superfluous words. Grammarly helps me be clear and direct in my writing style. I've also improved my writing skills, as I take note of what Grammarly corrects and I try to catch my mistakes before Grammarly does.
When you think you know.
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use. Very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
How often I receive emails with offers or discussions about grammar I am using?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly punctuation and phrasing.
Great tool to ensure accuracy.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that with Grammarly business, and we can have multiple accounts as an organization for all staff members. It is a handy tool to use, especially while typing emails to colleagues and industry professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed that there was an update in Outlook that removed the ability to have Grammarly on, and I had to log back in. It has happened a few times now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that with Grammarly business, we can assign a "tone" in which we would like to send emails, and Grammarly will make adjustments live as we type. Even while I am typing this review, it makes corrections and suggestions as I type, and I can accept the changes when I am done.
Makes You Think
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is the email update showing what areas you have grown in your writing, good or bad. There are plenty of times I will be looking at those insights and either think about how it actually reflects the way I have been feeling, or it will reveal something to work on in my communication with others, or just gives me a little boost, knowing that my writing is being perceived a "friendly" way or whatever it may be.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I am writing, and I'll have a suggestion pop up, and I'll look at what it says, but the suggested correction just doesn't match what I am trying to say. So I don't hold too tightly to making it grammatically correct ALL of the time, but it does help! In fact, it's helped me clean up what I am trying to say in this review, so I can't complain!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me improve my writing. Whether that is through small corrections with punctuation or removing certain words to sound more confident, it keeps me thinking about what I am trying to say.
I am so happy with Grammarly!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has been so helpful with cleaning up my sentences for emails and papers. It tends to improve my writing for the better every time and I can't live without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how on some platforms I can't use Grammarly such as Google slides or PowerPoint. Sometimes the Grammarly button gets in my way as well. When I'm trying to click on certain areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly improves my writing with their suggestions because I often need clarification about the correct sentence wording. Grammarly fixes it and makes my life easier.
Grammarly usage at the office.
What do you like best about the product?
The options of accepting or not accepting the options for corrections .Quick and precise correction . Reviews and shows the corrections made and how many and what type. A learning experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the options suggested do not make sense when writing an email response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Misspellings, incorrect words, better ways to say what I need to say in a professional manner.
Mostly great tool
What do you like best about the product?
It helps with both typical things a spelling/grammar checker would, as well as the tone of what is being written. Tone is especially helpful for writing business messages, as it can be difficult to tell what your tone is like in text.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly seems to bug out or get confused and offer completely incorrect advice. This is far less common than the times it is correct, but it's still enough to get frustrating and bring the positivity of my scoring down some. I'd also suggest that it possibly have an update that takes certain businesses like ones that often deal with mail into account, as telling customers that something will arrive to them CONSTANTLY insists that I correct to at them instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue of understanding how my tone comes off. This is important since I am writing customer service emails. It also helps me with more common things like spelling and grammar errors.
Ensures professional writing & common brand tone
What do you like best about the product?
It helps our team write professionally and more efficiently. It helps me have confidence we are putting our best foot forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have brand norms set up, it can get annoying to dismiss them continually. There should be some built-in triggers that tell the space admin 35% of the time, X suggestion is ignored. This will enable better conversations and decisions with the team. For example, we don't like to refer to our customers as "users." If this correction is ignored repeatedly, I want to be alerted and have a conversation with my team member.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring consistent and professional writing from my team.
