Consistent Communications
What do you like best about the product?
My weakness is punctuation, especially commas and semi-colons. Grammarly helps me maintain a professional appearance with my written communications by ensuring my punctuation is spot on as well as offering suggestions to maintain a professional tone in my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a bit of a perfectionist, and while I appreciate most suggestions that Grammarly offers, I am not always sure how to apply the notification that I'm using a past-tense. I often don't modify my written communication to correct or alter this, because I'm not sure there is anything wrong with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly ensures that my communication has a professional tone despite how I may be "feeling" when I write; this has been especially beneficial in responding to emails. It also ensures that my written communication is concise and to the point.
Timely, precise, and reasonable communication support that is built in all software platform
What do you like best about the product?
it's one software for all platforms. no matter if for a document or outlook email, Grammarly is there for me and my team. We've been using Grammarly business for years and will continuous invest in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the loading and responses can be a little slow. Not sure if that is related to my computer specifications or internet speed. It's only a small glitch and does not stop me from loving Grammarly Business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency, accuracy of communication, and business-like communication. It improves the quality of report and briefing notes I prepare for my supervisor and reduces the defect rate.
It helps with everything.

I love how it corrects and puts punctuations in the right place.

What I think about Grammarly
What do you like best about the product?
I like Grammarly, I do like how it suggests better ways to phrase sentences but sometimes it is confusing to clearly see the changes it is suggesting. Or sometimes I just want to correct a misspelled word and I get the whole phrase suggestion rather than fixing the one word that is mispelled. It is funny that Gammarly isn't working on this web page and catching my errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The G is super annoying. I never use it and don't know why it is there. And is it common to always put a coma before and? Like salad, rice, and beans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is actually helping me improve my grammar so I rely in it less and less. Sorry, that is probably bad for you to hear :-) It makes me look more professional.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate having an editor in real-time to check over my writing. This helps me prevent careless errors when composing or revising drafts. It's particularly helpful when I'm writing quick emails and may be multitasking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The aspect I like least about Grammarly Business is, oddly enough, the icon that sits by my writing. Often it covers my writing as I'm typing (this particularly happens in Canva and Word), so I am constantly having to drag it away so I can see what I'm doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This service is helping my email writing appear more polished, and it takes less time to create a stronger outcome. It saves me time and keeps my correspondences professional.
Grammarly make us look good!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business allows us to set up writing preferences and style tools, which gives us consistency in our publications, no matter who writes them.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have yet to find a downside to Grammarly Business. Each team member has shared their accolades about how much they see their writing improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business ensures that our writing is well understood while not being too wordy. Also, it has reduced the need for another team member to proofread content for basic grammar and punctuation checks. The business-wide writing preferences also improve our consistency!

It helps you write confidently and adequately, which is very helpful.

Sometimes even though I dismissed the changes, it insist on showing me the suggestion. Example: dates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writing valid emails and business-related issues makes me look more professional and knowledgeable. English is my second language, and Grammarly helps me to learn and reassures me that I am writing correctly. AI is not of my interest. I think it prevents people from thinking and creating, one thing is helping you to look for errors, and the other to be offering to do the job for you and creating lazy and ignorant people.

What do you like best about the product?
The suggestions about grammar, typos, tone as well as brevity is sentences is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The obsession over passive voice is irritating. Also, sometimes ut keeps changing its recommendation. There are times when the suggestion doesn't make any sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in keeping email communication short and effective. Also, it is quote useful in writing reports, proposals, and other documents. It can also be quite useful to stay within word limits.
Grammarly helped me create concise emails
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using grammarly's option to save the plug-in to my browser and download the app to use on my phone. I not only use it for emails, but grammarly also helps me with spelling errors, punctuation, and synonyms when texting or composing social media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have no complains about grammarly business. Everything has gone smoothly and it's very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me personally, grammarly solved my problem of not using the right punctuations. Sometimes, my emails could also use a bit more professionalism so it helps me find synonyms.

What do you like best about the product?
I thought I was a good writer before signing up, but I quickly discovered I needed a lot of improvement. My accuracy scores increased in no time, and now I'm asked to proofread for my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI is a slow learner. I've marked suggestions as incorrect, but it continues suggesting those things. I also think the tone detector is too harsh or inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write a lot of content that is shared with a diverse audience of teachers, students, board members, and community stakeholders. Most of my content is instructional or promotional, which is tricky to communicate without sounding flat or aggressive.
