Helpful, professional, need-to-have asset
What do you like best about the product?
I love having Grammarly business on my computer. Not only does it help with spell checking, but it helps shorten sentences keeping things concise and to the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have no complaints. There are occasions where I feel as if it makes unnecessary word removals, but other than that; there are really no negatives to the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep things short and concise and eliminates typos and mis spellings. It makes everything I type out come across more professional, from emails, to social media content, it helps in every aspect of my job
Wonderful intuitive tool with integration so seamless you may forget you are using it
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly is well integrated in all the tools I use daily. I also enjoy the weekly report on my accuracy and use
What do you dislike about the product?
The Bubble for suggestions in Slack is placed in a spot that can cause issues with reading a message before sending as it covers the last few characters in the input box on the right hand side. The quick visual in all documents for red underlines makes quick editing a breeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventing typos, ensuring better grammar, bringing focus to where you can improve typing and efficency
Grammarly has Changed Our Business (for the good)
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has tremendously boosted the confidence of each and every one of our employees. They take more pride in their correspondence. I receive all positive reports from them as they work with our constituents.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, Grammarly tries to help too much.
Occasionally, Grammarly will make a suggestion. I follow it and then it suggests what I just had prior.

My favourite colleague
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly makes my life easier and my writing better, and it has taught me so much. Not only does it streamline copy editing, but it elevates my writing and helps me learn great things along the way by seeing the changes, suggestions, and markups. The Chrome plugin is super useful and makes checking text in any tab or window easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of any dislikes. The "tone/positivity" suggestions are a work in progress, it seems, but I just click them away and carry on. All upsides, no downsides, really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly polishes and elevates my text and saves me a ton of time and effort. I don't implicitly trust (meaning, I don't blindly accept changes) and instead review and accept or dismiss each option, which makes me a better writer and editor. I had a brain injury in recent years, and sometimes I get a bit overwhelmed by long-form text. Grammarly helps give me a starting point which is really helpful.
Won't Ever Be Without It
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has totally changed the way I compose emails and really anything with words in the best way. I love the feature that detects tone - it helps me decide how to say what I need to effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Grammarly is that it detects when I'm taking notes, so it thinks I'm making a ton of grammatical errors in those spaces. It makes me feel a little grumpy when I get my weekly email and it calculates those errors into my "score."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many folks on my team gave poor grammar, spelling, etc. Grammarly has been an absolute godsend for those folks! I also feel like our team's performance has increased overall.
Best mentor, tutor and a coach
What do you like best about the product?
The suggestions and the tone of the language prediction are really helpful. Also, the active-passive voice suggestions make my speech better.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is still not able to assist with the Indian context of writing and sometimes ends up giving wrong suggestions and responses. Also the conventions are different.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writing a decent email to different people for different purposes across different domains of work. It also solves the problem of active-passive mis match in the content that I create for my regular work
Grammarly has given me confidence in my business writing and improved my communications.
What do you like best about the product?
It makes great recommendations for my writing. My writing is more concise, and it has made me a better communicator. It catches simple mistakes and improves my professionalism.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly's corrections change the context of what I am trying to communicate. Grammarly on my mobile devise makes it difficult to text so I often shut it off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly keeps our writing consistent and up to industry standards. Grammarly also helps with proofreading and finding simple but small errors that can easily be fixed before going to an editor.
Grammarly Business is a must have for professionals
What do you like best about the product?
I lead a team of writers and can't do without Grammarly Business.
What I like best about Grammarly Business are its prompts about basic writing mechanics.
These prompts are starting points to dig into the specific gaps in a writer's style. So Grammarly enables not just better writing but better writers (in time).

What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike. However, Grammarly doesn't catch any opportunities unless the writing makes sense t start with, particularly in long-form copy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My problems are checking the quality of writing, and coaching writers to improve. Grammarly Business allows my writers to grow while also improving their productivity.

What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything that I dislike about Grammarly Business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Improved spelling, grammer, and general writing? Look no further.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is so straightforward to use. Their application integrates seamlessly with my daily workflow, allowing me to improve my grammar, spelling, and overall writing without taking over my entire screen. I've even started using it for my volunteer organizations!
What do you dislike about the product?
While I live in the US, my spelling has always been more British-leaning, for example, cancelled or favourite. While I can reassign my dialect, most of my writing is American-formated. Even when dismissed, it pops up each time I use the word. I wish there were a "Dismiss Indefinitely" button or something similar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business emails have improved exponentially. I never realized how much I write in the passive voice. Grammarly has helped me identify tones that allow me to be more direct with my clients.
