Grammarly make us look good!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business allows us to set up writing preferences and style tools, which gives us consistency in our publications, no matter who writes them.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have yet to find a downside to Grammarly Business. Each team member has shared their accolades about how much they see their writing improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business ensures that our writing is well understood while not being too wordy. Also, it has reduced the need for another team member to proofread content for basic grammar and punctuation checks. The business-wide writing preferences also improve our consistency!
Grammarly helped me create concise emails
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using grammarly's option to save the plug-in to my browser and download the app to use on my phone. I not only use it for emails, but grammarly also helps me with spelling errors, punctuation, and synonyms when texting or composing social media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have no complains about grammarly business. Everything has gone smoothly and it's very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me personally, grammarly solved my problem of not using the right punctuations. Sometimes, my emails could also use a bit more professionalism so it helps me find synonyms.
Grammarly is a life saver
What do you like best about the product?
My entire team uses Grammarly. As Customer Service Representatives it is important we communicate with excellent grammar. Grammarly assures that. Saves time, and money, and keeps us looking professional and intelligent. I absolutely love it. I use it every day, all day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The little smiley faces, grumpy faces that tell you how your email sounds. I love them, but they get in the way of writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Service Representatives. Saves us time, money and it keeps us looking professional and intelligent in our communications.
Typing will never be the same without Grammarly. It is a must have!

You can start typing like a professional with sentences sounding like an absolute pro!

I have not encountered any issues, but there were some things that I found to be annoying or disliked.

To make sure that my sentences make sense and sound professional.
Friendly user, is there when you need it
What do you like best about the product?
when I am writing my email I get instant help, I am able to fix my errors in a timely matter. My messages and overall writing goes perfectly to where I am sending it.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. I have enjoyed Grammarly, it has filled all my expectations and I cannot complain about it. I would not change anything. It is easy and fast and accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Latin American spanish speaking person and English is only my second language so I do have some errors in my writing but Grammarly successfully is able to review revised and fix

What do you dislike about the product?
It can have better template capabilities. For example, you cannot preset the subject of an email with Grammarly.
Overall for the primary use case of this tool, it is giving me 100% of what I expect to get from it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better communication with external customers, we have a team of customer success managers that daily interact with customers, and we want to make sure they are doing it in the best possible way.
Valuable for any level of writing!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that it allows me to focus more on getting my work done quickly and makes the necessary suggestions and improvements to my work to ensure it is professional, clear and concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I find it annoying when I write more informally, like on Microsoft Teams, and it shows errors or makes suggestions when my writing style is intentionally less formal. Also, I do love those Grammarly insights, but sometimes they sting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to focus more on my work, and I appreciate the suggestions it makes for conciseness and clarity in my writing, as well as the grammatical errors that are caught.
A Valuable Tool to Ensure Effective and Clear Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy its easy integration into various platforms; I can use it while texting my colleagues, sending an e-mail, working on a document, etc. More important, though, is the fact that the suggestions and feedback Grammarly provides are usually on point (and customizable to a degree, depending on my intended tone).
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to provide feedback regarding Grammarly's suggestions. I use Grammarly Business primarily on MS Word files, and every now and then, it makes a suggestion that doesn't apply to my text or is outright incorrect. Currently, I can only discard the suggestion, which does not prevent it from reappearing in other texts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as a writing advisor for high school students who are applying to college. Given the volume of essays I must revise, Grammarly is extremely valuable; it allows me to focus on issues that are higher in the writing process's hierarchy of concerns and makes my life easier when proofreading for typos and spelling mistakes.
G2 increased my business efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
G2 helped my business' efficiency concerning our marketing. I could quickly and efficiently generate ideas for content and scripts for engaging and creative content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to Grammarly's business is when I was trying to revise documents, such as scripts for videos, I occasionally found a problem where it would incorrectly reformat the script or mess with my script format. I also found that it occasionally strayed away from the topic I was writing about or repeated the same information it had wrote.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of creating content for my digital marketing agency by making the script writing process faster and more efficient, which allows me to focus on customer outreach and support to bring in more sales and leads.
Better than Clippy
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly offers helpful suggestions to my phrasing and/or appropriate use of certain articles and words. They also offer an option to align your writing with the company standard (if applicable) while still keeping your unique style.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pop-up can get in the way and doesn't always like to stay where I've moved it. Some of the wording and/or punctuation suggestions are not applicable in the sentence or paragraph I am writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly has caught mistakes I haven't noticed that simple "spell-check" wouldn't have flagged either. It also offers helpful phrasing suggestions when a sentence could be written in a structure that is easier to understand.
