Grammarly is a great tool for Knowledge Base writing and more
What do you like best about the product?
The suggestions it makes and how it allows you to proceed through the content and accept or dismiss suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the words is the suggestions are scrambled or odd. I'm not sure if our version needs to be updated or why this happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring the content I put out for my job is the best it can be. I like using it with team communications as well.
Great tool for writers, marketers, and anyone else looking to hone their writing skills!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Grammarly since I started my current position in November 2021. As a social media specialist, email marketer, and broader content writer, Grammarly has been life-changing for organizing my different writing pieces. I religiously use the Grammarly desktop app anytime I have a new piece of copy to write, be it for a landing page, a social media post, or anything in between. As the writer for an international business, Grammarly has been instrumental in ensuring I use proper spelling and grammar for different regions and stay on brand with things such as the Oxford comma. I also really appreciate the tone guidelines Grammarly gives.
What do you dislike about the product?
All in all, I'm very happy with my experience with Grammarly. One thing that I wish was better is functionality across other apps, such as Google Docs. Also, Grammarly will delete older writing projects, either from lack of space or perhaps my company's subscription. This isn't a huge deal but can be a little annoying when I'd like to refer back to older copy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business ensures that everyone in our company follows the same writing guidelines and has a single source of truth to refer back to for proofreading and grammatical corrections.
Amazing Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly Business really helps non-profit organizations stay up to date with their documents and organization. It is such an invaluable tool. I use it for all of my documents that I intend on publicly posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I don't like about it. I genuinely have no complaints about this tool. It is invaluable to me and I use it very regularly. I have no complaints at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of documents sent to me that I have to transfer to newsletters and I use it to proofread not only those but also my own writing so that it's always concise and correct.
Perfect for the lack of communication expertise nowadays...
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use, and with one click, your correspondence looks MUCH more professional. It's unfortunate but true that simple grammar/spelling mistakes take away from your professionalism.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be occasionally glitchy and will go back and forth between recommendations (add that comma, no DON'T add that comma, wait ADD THAT COMMA!!!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a content writer, and as much as I love writing I have some gaps in my knowledge when it comes to proper uses of certain things (less so spelling, more punctuation).

It is easy to use, has a lot of plug-ins and is available almost on any website.

It's a bit slow to point out the grammar.

Grammarly helps me have a second pair of eyes. It reviews and gives options. Especially when writing for grants

Sometimes when the app is not on or I do not need it at the moment, the button gets in the way. Needs an easier way to turn it off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email writing, grant writing and social media
It's a very good writing assistant and learning tool, but it doesn't work well with Google Docs
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very good grammar assistant that not only corrects errors but also gives me useful suggestions to improve my texts. Since English is a foreign language for me, I feel more confident about my English texts after running them through Grammarly. It is also a good learning tool. My English abilities improved significantly since I started using Grammarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it worked better with Google Docs. Especially when checking long texts, it sometimes stops pointing out errors. Furthermore, when I click on the suggested correction or improvement, it frequently doesn't apply the changes to the text. So I have to edit it manually. Sometimes, as a workaround, I copy the text and paste it to the Grammarly online editor, make all the suggested corrections and improvements, and copy it again to paste back on Google Docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
English is a foreign language for me. Grammarly helps me correct errors and improve my English texts. I feel more confident sending my texts to someone else or publishing them after running them through Grammarly. It has also helped me improve my English skills.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm Community Engagement, PR, and Social Media. I spend half of my day creating and the other half writing a million words. My words have to matter - and Grammarly ensures that the impact of my words are never lost because someone is stuck on an error.
What do you dislike about the product?
The plugin on my phone really jacks up what I'm writing in texts. That's about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solves that I go too fast. It catches things that I would see of I had time to proofread.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a versatile platform that provides several options for writing. The grammar corrections are very thorough and I feel any business would benefit from this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that with a great service like Grammarly they should at least add a new function for plagiarism check on the Grammarly for business that does proposals or research grant project.

It provides a thorough check more than Microsoft word editor
