Grammarly sold me!
What do you like best about the product?
It's very comprehensive in understanding the language you are trying to write and accurately uses phrases, words and forms sentences that correlate the emotion of the message being sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is the frustration of changing the dynamic of what Grammarly is telling to input when the suggestions are not relatable to the meaning/emotion of the message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is accurately editing all types of communication from emails, Slack, and documentation (sheets, slides, docs).
I never worry about what I am communicating with folks as Grammarly is protecting me and my way of speech.

I love that it helps me make my responses concise and gramatically correct.

sometimes the options of corrections are overhwelming

It helps keep a consistent voice across all Customer service reps

What do you like best about the product?
It provides helpful insight when my emails get too wordy, offers recommendations for reducing the length of my emails, and allows me to get the point across to my client more quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it will try to correct its own previous recommendation and it will bounce back and forth between two different recommendations, like it's not sure which option it wants to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me as a designer to communicate efficiently with my clients and minimize communication errors between me and the client. Grammarly also helps me sound more confident in my communications.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I've now gotten better at grammar on my own because I read and review all the updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much except the green arrow is always in my way on slack and gmail.

Grammarly is making me the expert to my clients. It's helping me in a fast-paced industry and ensuring that I am grammatically correct.

I use it for everything from blog posts, to newsletters, to emails- saves me every time.

Sometimes there are glitches that cause typos, or sometimes I disagree with the recommended edits

Grammarly business is perfect for anyone who writes a large amount of content.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business helps me manage my tone and writing cohesiveness with each piece that I write. I've seen my writing skills become better in the last few months.

Some of the suggestions aren't the least bit helpful, so I have to be well aware of grammar rules to ensure I'm picking the correct suggestions for my blogs, emails, etc.

Grammarly Business helps me, and my team produce the best branded content for our customers. With suggestions on how to improve our writing, I am able to improve my skills without much hassle.
It has helped me better my writing as well as sound more professional for my job.

The best thing about Grammarly is that not only does it correct spelling but it also helps with the development of the idea and mood you're trying to set.

Sometimes it offers a suggestion that doesn't really go with the sentence you're trying to write.

Grammarly Business - Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it checks my writing in real-time and offers suggestions. Additionally, the weekly report helps me track my writing over a more extended period of time. As the manager for our team I can see who is using the platform and the impact on their work. We just enabled the AI feature as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when Grammarly Business doesn't know our specific industry's terminology and makes incorrect suggestions, but I understand why that happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is a pillar of our business and Grammarly Business helps make sure that myself and my team are communicating effectively to large audiences.
It is a must!

Grammarly is a great tool to review my grammar and spelling. I use it every day.

It corrects my grammar since English is not my mother language, wich makes me more confident while communicating with native speakers.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has helped me with my proposal documents and ensured a consistent voice across multiple authors. It has also allowed me to control style guides and help my team improve their writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't get as much granular detail about how my team is using this software. I do like the weekly summaries, and maybe I'm not spending enough time in the admin panel. But I would like the ability to do a deeper dive on the analytics of my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I oversee the writing of long, technical documents with multiple authors. Grammarly Business allows me to more quickly proofread these documents (to ensure I meet my deadlines). It is a great helper that really creates efficiencies in my process. I've also started using the new GrammarlyGO AI assistant. It will take a little getting used to, but it has helped improve the voice of several emails and assisted with good writing prompts.
