Grammarly makes us better communicators

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite part about Grammarly Business is the tone detector. It helps me to mitigate how I might be coming across in my writing in spite of how I am feeling that day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are bugs that appear during writing and they only highlight half a word or sentence then incorrectly change the word. This can be frustrating when editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing for the voice of our business to come across in a consistent manner. I do wish that there was more customization when it comes to how we get our entire company to write.

What do you like best about the product?
The most beautiful thing about Grammarly Business is that you don't even have to turn it on or worry about how it works because all the work is done in the background of what you are already doing without bothering your current inspiration. You can then polish your work and make it look and sound more professional with all the automatic recommendations (even for APA format and issues!) with a simple review and click process. I didn't think I needed it, and now, I can't live without it!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. Bit if I have to mention something it would be that sometimes pops up out of nowhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really helpful on making sure my writing is not only academically professional but also that my APA formatting is on point. When it comes to grading papers, it helps me check both, plagiarism and APA format on my students.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it makes suggestions to bring more clarity to what you write. Instead of a sentence that has a lot of filler words, Grammarly offers suggestions to get straight to the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration with Hubspot is a bit wonky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Grammarly, I take the time to pause, proofread and make changes to my correspondence before sending it. This, in turn, helps me communicate with my clients more effectively. I also use the AI Writing Assistant for help when trying to draft an email where I am not quite sure where to begin. I then use those suggestions and make it my own.

What do you like best about the product?
Being intuitive and helpful in conveying the right message to different kinds of clients. The app let me deliver the right message to the right audience according to what I feel.
What do you dislike about the product?
A minor issue I currently dislike it the latency, which can be corrected when you refresh your browser. More than that, the app works perfectly to my needs all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being consistent with the word usage especially the message that the company is conveying in accordance with its mission and vision.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize responses from Grammarly for our business such as setting acronyms to suggest the entire version for persons who may not be as familiar with our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The plugin for web browser and even office products often has the suggestions underline off from where the actual text is. While it works well 90% of the time it can be frustrating when it doesn't line up. Grammarly also suddenly removed their non-profit program with the only option being a prohibitively expense product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are improving the effectiveness of our organization's communications both internally and with external stakeholders and customers. The suggestions for rewording text have proven to be very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
We have an environment with colleagues all over the world, this is very practical to make sure the communication is clear, precise and no spelling issues
What do you dislike about the product?
I find changing the language settings are a bit complicated and changing computers was a bit challenging to get it to work with Excel

I work in a french environment and address myself to an English Management public, it helps us to make sure emails are well written

Great tool to achieve consistent voice and style

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business allows me to track the progress of a distributed team and ensure style guides and basic performance scores are being met across content. It also gives me confidence that my team is writing in a voice that is representative of our company. I also like that Grammarly sends me custom emails that showcase the team's writing metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
To get a "Grammarly score" (which is something some of our clients use as an objective marker for their content), you have to open a new Grammarly doc. The Google beta feature is great, but I wish it also spit out that score since my team primarily uses GDocs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is helping us capture an objective score that indicates a baseline for content quality and makes proofreading a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
Its smart algorithm identifies and corrects spelling mistakes in real-time, leaving no room for mistakes. The user-friendly interface, integration with popular word-processing applications, and customizable features such as tones and abbreviations make it an indispensable tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the recent IA tool could work in the same environment as the traditional Grammarly functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I work in an international company, many different languages are spoken throughout the company. Grammarly enables all employees to communicate clearly and consistently by correcting errors and suggesting better ways to say what is needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using AI and taking thoughts from ChatGPT and filtering it through Grammarly for newsletters, memos, reports, emails to make sure I'm communicating at the level expected of me. Also love that it has plug ins for all the platforms: Microsoft, Google, Browsers, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike. It's growing constantly and getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with emails, newsletters, blog posts, social media posts, and creating other business documents. I'm very thankful for the tool as a nonprofit.
