An essential tool for the modern writer
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business is akin to the invention of the wheel for us tech writers. I can't imagine myself writing an article without relying on Grammarly to warrant that degree of perfection that I simply wouldn't be able to achieve on my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing about Grammarly Business that I dislike per se, except for it trying to correct some web addresses as if it were text, but other than that it's basically the perfect tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not a native speaker, so I do have a tendency to make mistakes every now and then, although minor, I'd rather not have any slips whatsoever. It makes my life so much easier!

What do you like best about the product?
Checks and makes suggestions while you are writing so you can change the tone/message quickly and easily without interrupting your workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Oxford comma! I hate it, and wish Grammarly would stop marking it as an error.

It is helping reduce writing errors and improving our messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the monthly recap and how it tells me I relate to other people. It makes it seem like I am writing a lot. I also really like the spell check and suggestions that you get while writing to make it more clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I use it with my email, it does not correct the words as it shows it will. Like there is some kind of glitch, but it only happens sometimes. Overall it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to make sure all letters and things we are printing for communications are error-free. It also helps us write more proficiently and without spelling or grammar mistakes.

I like that everything that I write is always with a double check. Also, grammarly helps me when I have a long sentence or paragraph he helps me to rewrite it in a more profesional way
What do you dislike about the product?
Something Grammarly duplicate the word and mix the letters. Also, for last name he always check it and I already add it in the dictionary. They can improve with fixing that bug
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every single plagiarism and to double check the proofreading in every document, copy, and blog that we make every day. It's really productive and helps me save time

What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and constantly pushing itself to be better. I feel like there's always new updates and it's machine learning portion is incredibly helpful. Seeing them roll out new AI integrations is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like, which is so minimal, is that sometimes the toggle on/off button is placed in weird places on a page, making it impossible to click on what you need. But honestly, that's incredibly nitpicky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team of marketers, we move at a pace of about a million miles a minute so having an AI writing assistant helps to stay diligent and ensure we're not making any mistakes. It genuinely allows us to work faster with more accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to use, but also how helpful it is: from tone detection, to AI help with writing, to fixing grammatical mistakes, you can't go wrong! I also appreciate that you can set brand standards, it truly makes Grammarly stand out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a ton that's unhelpful about Grammarly. I would like a couple more options when it comes to setting date formats for brand standards, and perhaps more spaces for AI use in the future!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps me ensure our brand tone is clear throughout anyone writing copy for our organization. We receive seats for free due to our nonprofit status, which is incredible!

What do you like best about the product?
I like Grammarly Business because it helps me write better in my daily work. I like how it suggests clarity and flow, in addition to spelling and fluency. I feel more confident in doing copy sweeps with Grammarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I dislike anything about Grammarly Business. I do wish the integrations with Microsoft Products and Outlook were better. The integrations currently feel basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Plagiarism. It is a new feature that I still need to use more to check the writing pieces people send me. I still do it the old-fashioned way of copying and pasting into Google.

Sometimes, some recommendations are not correct. It is not always taking care of the context of the document, focusing only on the context of the sentence.

It helps me to improve the quality of my documents

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I get weekly reports of my teams stats and that I can see who is activley taking advantage of the subscription. Its super helpful and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I disagree with the suggestions, I think they can be a little uneccssisary sometimes. If that happens I just disregard it, no big deal. There isn't much to dislike its a avery helpful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to check my work and y teams allowing us to produce error free copy. Its also nice as an exstension and can be used in so many of the apps on my computer.

I love its suggestions and corrections. Also the fact that it helps you rewrite sentences in order to make them more clear or impactful. It is really a great tool

That sometimes it corrects things that should not be corrected (like "lack of article" when items are on a list).
