Great boost to our writing/communications
What do you like best about the product?
Typing too fast and forget a word or misspell it, Grammarly got you. Your sentence structure is poor and sounds a little confusing, Grammarly suggests a rewording/rearranging of the sentence to improve the structure and better communicate your message. They also send out emails that let you know how you're doing with your writing skills and how you're utlizing Grammerly most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Grammarly almost everywhere I type. I can't use it in some programs due to safety features so I type in Word, using Grammarly and then paste in to the programs with strict safeguards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in the insurance business and we are constantly working, constantly typing, and don't always have time to watch the screen as we type. Grammerly helps eliminate errors, reword sentences that may be confusing to the insured, and improve our way of communicating.

Love how it helps me triple check all of my work seamlessly. It is very user friendly and super helpful.

nothing!!! it works so great and is the best part of my day to day.

It helps solve any spelling issues and grammar issues.
Good overall tool for anyone writing anything
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business is a very useful tool for anyone who needs to write a significant amount of material. Additionally, the number of suggestions and insights significantly cuts down on proofreading and overall revision time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the suggestions don't always make sense. Therefore, using Grammarly on autopilot is not recommended. It's always a good idea to read through the suggestions before accepting them. Nevertheless, these suggestions are few and far in between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Given the amount of writing I do each week, Grammarly has helped me save time and brain power during the revision process. Plus the plag check tool really helps ensure that content meets standards.
Helps me when my brain doesn't work!
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the integrations/add ons so that Grammarly can help me craft emails, company communications and I can check the grammar and the tone!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the commas are weird and it can be challenging to use with my email some days

I have a million things on my plate at any given moment. It's nice to have Grammarly support me as I'm writing to help catch any errors

It benefits people still learning business English and need extra help with grammar, punctuation, and spelling. With its advanced algorithm, Grammarly can identify errors a non-native speaker may miss and provide helpful suggestions for improvement.
Grammarly has made me a better writer and professional
What do you like best about the product?
I love that, no matter what I'm writing, Grammarly provides valuable suggestions and corrections. From writing an email to a client to working on large, collaborative projects, Grammarly helps ensure my grammar and spelling are correct. The program's tips have helped make me a better writer and editor, my primary profession. It's also helped elevate my career by teaching others how to write well. The Grammarly plugin even corrected a few things within this review to make my writing more succinct.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only con I can think of is that sometimes, the suggestions remove personality from my writing. I don't always agree with the corrections. They might make what I'm writing too impersonal or direct. I think transition words that Grammarly will recommend removing are sometimes important for tone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business removes the time I usually spend proofreading my writing. I don't have to worry about misspelled words or grammar mistakes because Grammarly catches them immediately. This saves me time in my job while also ensuring I look professional with my coworkers and clients.
Works Great in Emails and Word

Fast and concise suggestions. The ability to set rules for brand tone is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often clashes with Microsoft Word spellcheck.

Keeping language between employees on-brand. Finding errors.

We do not have any complaints. Our experience has been great!

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly for Business gives me instant feedback while writing or editing other's writing. I tend to have difficulty with prepositions so I appreciate the suggestions to make my writing better.

The text limit can be challenging to manage.
