A fun and Useful Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the weekly update emails that show you changes in pace, tone, etc. It helps me across multiple platforms from Google docs to email to Slack!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it let you mark yourself as on vacation when you took time off? Instead, it often asks me if I'm logged out when I take time off! This also kills my streak!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is another level of protection against errors when I am working quickly and do not have time to run an entire document for another pair of eyes. This prevents silly and embarrassing mistakes,
Grammarly has been a true blessing!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how Grammarly helps me to clean up my most important client and prospect emails! It allows me to position myself above competitors by utilizing the most effective language and tone!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've noticed is sometimes it recommends a more direct tone when I am trying to give the feeling of empathy. Not a huge issue, but something I have seen while utilizing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fixing grammatical and spelling errors in our prospect and client emails! It ensures that the best representation of our brand is being displayed all the way down to our communication efforts.
Helpful tool for business writing
What do you like best about the product?
The insights regarding the tone and the grammar corrections throughout the text without interrupting your thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accepting suggested corrections does not work. The text changes and then goes back to what it was. So I have to type the phrase again according to the correction or suggestion given by Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writing more formally and concisely. It helps in the overall sense of the text and comprehension by readers, as English is not my first language.
Excellent but needs better design
What do you like best about the product?
Quick feedback from all writing, allows us to add custom phrases for all work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is difficult and has been regressing, seeing all errors clustered together is far better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to main stringent writing standards and allows us to pick up most errors.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature I love the most is how it gives me valuable suggestions to better communicate with clients. It adds simplicity to what I write.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike to be honest, though sometimes Grammarly can be a bit slow on old computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me improve my emails, to have a better communication. For me, this is especially useful as a non-native speaker of English who works in a language company.
Grammarly Business is a MUST!
What do you like best about the product?
For my department, it was essential we have a way to check for plagiarism. Now, I use it for parent emails, creating assignments, and writing my own papers.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is a downside, I haven't found it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Grammarly for plagiarism and being able to vary the types of papers, having the ability to go right to the websites that were used is so time-saving!
Helpful and accurate
What do you like best about the product?
I consistently rely on Grammarly Business to check for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors in real time. It has improved my writing and helped me sound more confident. We have recently started utilizing the AI-powered Grammarly Go to great results.

No downsides - easy to use and integrate!

Helps us sound more professional but also automates small day-to-day requests.
English Professor in My Little Pocket
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business is like having an English Professor in my little back pocket, making sure I use grammatically correct sentences and even helping with the tone I want to convey. I can be direct and to the point, or I can take a light-hearted approach in my business emails, with the help of Grammarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing is how it always points out the extra needed space after a period. I did not even know that was a thing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping being more professional and direct in business emails.

What do you like best about the product?
It looks for the best options for my texts to sound more professional, also it helps me to have a better orthography because I'm still learning, for me it's very useful

I don't dislike anything, everything that it does is give me solutions in my texts

The principal problem it's solving is in my orthography because I still learning english so it gives me the best options for my texts
