Love the features and its simplicity!
What do you like best about the product?
It was super easy to install and configure. Super accessible wherever you're writing; it gives you more than one option to choose from and helps you sound more professional.
I also like you get an email for how much you use it vs the other users.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. It's perfect and it works with every app or website I use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I sound more professional with the suggestions and that gives a good image to my customers.
Grammarly ensures my writing is professional and the plagiarism check has become increasingly useful
What do you like best about the product?
I have confidence everything I post online is professional and grammatically correct. I also like the plagiarism check, particularly as the use of AI becomes more prevelant and the internet is flooded with articles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the formating changes, so I can't easily copy and paste from Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wite a lot for work, so I'm bound to make tiny mistakes. Grammarly catches them all.
Assistance in Spelling and Brevity
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly helps me curtail some of my more grandiose and run-on language and lets me check my work for readability before sending it out to clients. It also helps with my atrocious spelling!
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly and I disagree about Oxford commas, and I haven't found a way to have it prioritize my opinions, so it's annoying to have to fight with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can be a bit long-winded, and when I'm communicating with clients and candidates, it's nice to have something checking my work for readability.
Best thing to happen to our department!
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best parts about Grammarly for our department is being able to see from the admin panel who is truly utilizing the software along with the insights provided via email on a weekly basis. The add-ins have helped clean up our documentation across the board tremendously.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the admin for the department and owner of the main account, I have a different Grammarly add-in than the other members do. They have all made several comments when viewing the version I have versus the ones on their computer, that they wish they had the same type of plug in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our engineers to provide a more professional-looking document when presenting their projects not only to their superiors but to senior level board members as well.
Love the app! It has made me a stronger writer.
What do you like best about the product?
There isn't a single feature of Grammarly that I like best. However, I can say that Grammarly has made me a stronger writer. In fact, there are times I will type and edit something before Grammarly makes the recommendation because know what to look for, thanks to Grammarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Grammarly read for context better. For instance, I may repeat a word that Grammarly will recommend I replace because it's repetitive. However, if the software read for context, it would understand why the specific word was used multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me write more concisely and clearly. I send a lot of summaries to my colleagues, and it's imperative they can read and understand the information in a timely manner.
Love the grammarly insights and the easy usage
What do you like best about the product?
I love how i can write complex sentences quickly and Grammarly is reviewing typos for me and also making suggestions on how to phrase a sentence better. For me as English-as-a-third-language- person this is just amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I really like everything about it and also the weekly reviews with the stats of the week. to see my progress and what I should work on in the future etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write quite a lot of emails in English. Sometimes they are very complex, and I have issues with how to phrase my thoughts correctly. With Grammarly, it's super easy to write long, complex emails in a structured way that is also grammatically correct and looks professional.
Grammarly is spellcheck on steroids
What do you like best about the product?
It's such a helpful tool! I love how it integrates with google suite, salesforce, slack and more. It makes me feel more confident in my communication with customers and colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reactions pick up previous emails on thread versus just the current email I'm working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending responses to customers that sound clear, confident and well-structured. My neurodivergent boyfriend finds it so helpful to check his spelling and grammar :)
Greatest thing for emails!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps me write more clearly and more professionally. It's helped me condense my emails so that they are a lot clearer than what I was writing before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is sometimes it tries to correct the spelling of some people's names, but that is with any service or any word corrector application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to write emails more clearly and also the correct way! I don't think I have ever been able to write emails as well as I have since Grammarly has been installed.
A need for those who edit or write.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with other apps that I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not consistent through integrations. Sometimes, the option will be there; other times, the ability to access it will change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More integration with not only applications that are installed on my Mac but also with more online programs.
An outstanding addition for myself and my team
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how much better the writing of my team is since we started using Grammarly for Business. I have a diverse team and Grammarly ensures all of the messaging from our department is clear, concise and grammatically correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet that isn't working well for me about Grammarly Business. It's easy to use, easy to manage my team, and we just are testing GrammarlyGo. The only thing I don't like is that more of our company doesnt use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a team of four and only two of us are native English speakers. Grammarly ensures our communication is consistent, easy to understand, and reflects the quality that our internal partners expect from our department.
