Effortless Device Management and Automation for IT Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I manage a small IT team, but with NinjaOne, we're able to oversee a large number of devices and servers efficiently. I really appreciate the automation features and the level of control we have over our corporate endpoints. Deployment is straightforward and hassle-free. Although we've rarely needed to contact their support, whenever we have, the experience has been positive and the responses have been prompt. NinjaOne plays a large part in our security posture and our efforts to maintain our ISO certification.
What do you dislike about the product?
To achieve optimal management with Ninja, it's important to be careful when configuring your organization. It would also be helpful if the platform included features such as naming conventions to assist with naming your endpoints and similar tasks. Another missing feature is an build in software audit tool. We had to create an AI agent that does this using NinjaOne APIs. It also lacks an AI agent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large number of end points which are successfully managed by a small team. Its integration with Vanta helps keep our controls updated to prove that we are actioning items required to keep a secure posture. Deployment of software packages can be automated in a lot of cases.

What do you dislike about the product?
Helpdesk capabilities are not strong enough to replace other tools on the market for most businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote support is seamless and it is very easy to ensure that devices are patched, up-to-date and secure at all times.
Effortless Automation and Streamlined Ticket Management
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has automated several tasks that were very manual before. The ticket system is very easy to use and keeps everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the ability to update a comment made on a ticket, even if the ticket is still open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One main task is that we can have Ninja look for critical services that stop and have it open a ticket, then try to automatically fix it, if it does then close the ticket.
All-in-One MMS Platform with Outstanding Features
What do you like best about the product?
It's a super comprehensive MMS service with all of the solid features available that any IT department would need. From great trouble ticket tracking to very detailed system statuses and more. The best part is that it functions as a true all in one platform seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Functionally, there isn't really anything to not like. My only knock would be cost. It is a bit expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is allowing my department to consolidate day to day monitoring and inventory functions into an online platform (as opposed to using multiple individual spreadsheets). We now have clear and referenceable project/ticketing data to be used by technicians to solve problems quicker in the future. We've gained the ability to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) which are critical in determining our IT efficiency. We also have used the platform to automate software management policies and scripting. We've simplified our problem reporting for our end users by linking our helpdesk organization email to the ticketing platform whereas now if an email is sent it automatically opens a ticket. We've also automated telecom outage reporting with connections to monitor our Wide Area Network (WAN).

Versatile Tool Despite Slow File Transfers
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne makes it so easy to help out other people within our organization at different locations. If a system goes down at one of our sites, it's so easy to hop onto their computer and see what's going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne File transfer speeds are quite slow. It takes a very long amount of time to transfer a handful of small files, at least relative to how long it would take to send them over a network or via SCP. It's still very handy in a pinch, but it's just not my first option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a user, it's been great to receive help from IT administrators remotely and quickly. It also has been super helpful in debugging software running on a different computer that we would otherwise need to debug locally.
