Non-Intrusive, Reliable Software Deployment

Its not intrusive and its fairly good at pushing software to our machines

Powerful Site-Level Automation for Managing Multiple Sites with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
The powerful site-level automation makes it easy to manage multiple types of sites under a single client, so we can meet each site’s needs more effectively and with less effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The general device search feature can sometimes take a while to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization uses Ninja build’s printer deployment feature to great effect. It makes it much easier for us to deploy and update drivers for a site, without needing to rely on having everything run from a local device.
Powerful, Fast Endpoint Management with Responsive Support and Great Connectwise Manage Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to manage endpoints via policy/profiles. Able to keep devices up to date, easily remote access them for troubleshooting, and the tools to push apps and scripts are very powerful and fast. Has nice integration wtih Connectwise Manage for alerting as well to created and auto-close tickets.
Support responds quickly and has even made some adjustments for us in the UI to make it easier on our end.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes removing a broken agent and reinstalling can cause trouble but there are scripts and guides for getting things fixed if that happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use for help desk in order for us to provide high end support for many clients across broad industries. Easy to manage many things under one pain of glass (like patching, backups via Dropsuite, pushing software automatically, etc)
Simple, Efficient Device Management with Smooth Remote Access
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about NinjaOne is how simple and efficient it makes managing devices. The interface is easy to use, automation saves time, and remote access works smoothly. It helps our team stay proactive and resolve issues quickly without disrupting users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features feel limited, and reporting could be more customizable. Occasionally, alerts can be overwhelming, and deeper integrations with certain tools would help streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency for more complex environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves the challenge of managing multiple devices by centralizing monitoring, patching, and support in one platform. This saves time, reduces manual work, and helps us resolve issues faster, improving efficiency and minimizing downtime across our environment.
Handy Remoting and Tray App for Everyday Business
What do you like best about the product?
Remoting features and the tray app are both very handy tools for daily business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Gui could be nicer. Its very plain which is better than being overly complicated or having everything hidden in deep menu's but it could use some sprucing up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for easy ticket submission for our users via that tray app. And it allows for easy integrated remoting services.
Easy Endpoint Management at a Great Price
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and easy management of all of our endpoints that we have. and it's well better than most alternatives on the market with a relatively lesser price.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to think of one, but it would be very nice to have easier way to integrate all of our different platforms into ninjaone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
remote management of endpoints that aren't in the home office. It makes it super easy to just log on and fix the issues.
All the Backstage and CMD Features in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to use all the features for backstage and CMD.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t always reconnect after a reboot, or after it gets disconnected.

Easy to install, with just one link.
Powerful Automation & Monitoring That Simplify Troubleshooting
What do you like best about the product?
The automation tools and monitoring! The automations make a lot of the basic troubleshooting and common deployment options easy and done with a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionally I get MFA issues where it needs to be cleared out and reconfigured with no warning. Beyond that, not much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps easily locate device info and deploy applications to it.
Ninja Product Review
What do you like best about the product?
Straight forward UI for most tasks. Wide range of devices supported under a single product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting leaves a lot to be desired. Something as simple as the file path of an installed application should be readily accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Ninja as our primary RMM for all of our clients. Without Ninja, or a product with at minimum the same capabilities as Ninja, the work would be impossible.
NinjaOne Does It All—Seamless Setup and Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
It literally does everything we need it to do - and then some. If we can't figure it out in-house, the NinjaOne support staff has always been a huge help!! They walked us through the setup and integrating NinjaOne with our existing systems. Anytime we have an issue, support is just an email away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us keep our computers patched, it notifies us when theres an issue so one of our technicians can resolve the issue.
The User Interface is easy to use, and very customizable! My only tiniest complaint here is that its sometimes difficult to find the exact setting we need to change because there are SO many options!!
