Clean, Fast, All-in-One IT Management with Truly Helpful Support
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne stands out thanks to its clean, intuitive interface, which is easy to navigate from day one. It combines patching, monitoring, and remote access in a single, streamlined platform, so everything feels cohesive. The automation features save time on repetitive tasks and help reduce human error. Overall performance is fast and reliable, even at scale. On top of that, customer support is responsive and genuinely helpful when you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and analytics can feel limited when you have more advanced requirements or need executive-level insights. Pricing can also rise as you scale the number of devices and add add-ons. Scripting and automation are powerful, but they come with a learning curve.
Native integrations feel somewhat limited compared to some competitors, and the mobile app doesn’t offer full parity with the desktop experience. Dashboard and view customization is fairly basic as well. Finally, some features rely heavily on policies, which can become complex to manage at scale.

Great support reputation – NinjaOne is known for being responsive and human, not “submit a ticket and wait 3 weeks.”

Tickets that are opened when problems arise are also resolved relatively quickly. The contact with the account managers is also smooth if you should have a problem.
