What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has made our IT work much easier. It’s super easy to use, and we got everything set up quickly without any trouble. The interface is clean, and it’s simple to find what we need.

Their customer support is excellent—they respond fast and are always helpful. We use NinjaOne every day, and it helps us handle everything from updates and monitoring to remote support. Overall, NinjaOne is a solid tool that saves us time and keeps things running well. We highly recommend it!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about NinjaOne is the lack of native support for some third-party integrations with apps like ConnectWise Manage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us as an MSP by centralizing endpoint management across multiple clients. It solves key problems like manual patching, slow remote support, and lack of visibility into device health. With NinjaOne, we can automate routine tasks, respond faster to issues, and proactively monitor systems—all from a single dashboard. This saves our technicians time, improves service delivery, and allows us to scale our support without increasing workload, ultimately helping us deliver more value to our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja has been incredibly efficient and reliable. The performance, features, and ease of use make it a top choice. Highly recommended
What do you dislike about the product?
After completing the Ninja installation on the user's device, it may take a little time for the device to appear on the portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja helps establish a connection with users' devices and allows for easy storage of individual client details, documentation, and other relevant information—all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja support has been great and very responsive whenever we run into an issue or question. So far the platform is pretty intuitive and the remote features work very well.
Our group leverages powershell heavily, and so far the automation has handled it very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see improvement of handling scripting changes across multiple policies, especially when it comes to custom variables and parameters. currently i end up needing to update multiple areas for the same change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching and endpoint visibilty as our company grows and scales has been great and saves our IT team a lot of time with automation.

What do you like best about the product?
I love NinjaOne's reliability, I use it pretty much every day, and it's up 100% of the time. I also love how the automation tools make it a breeze to automate maintenance tasks without having to jump into that specific endpoint and schedule a task or write a script. It's easy to integrate with new clients, just one installation on each system and you're off to the races!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is Ninja Remote lacking a Linux application
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has been an excellent solution for endpoint management and monitoring, especially the dashboard which serves as a single pane of glass overview for all of our clients

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to organize clients & equipment in a legible manner. The automation tools have saved us countless hours of work & are simple to implement. It is simple to customize packages for deployment, & integrates with our preferred anti-malware solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was going to mention it would be nice if we could save Device list URLs, but just discovered the Grouping options that allow this. Very nice. I've no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of use of the management platform & stability has been a game changer.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you are able to get important pieces of data that would require more work to obtain from a device.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesnt push certain software and policies. Using the automation tool helps with this though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes pushing certain software and policies very easy. Obtains alot of information I need for documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
After using other RMM and backup solutions over the years and being frustrated with terrible support, NinjaOne has been a great choice for us. The products are intuitive and reliable and the support has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing that I dislike about NinjaOne

NinjaOne is a cost-effective solution for us. It's nice to now have all the tools in a single interface.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the patch management feature. I also love how easy it is to use. i love the CS. it really allows me more time to get things done. i previously would have to have users login to 3rd party apps so i can connect to their computer and do things not anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
honestly there isn't a lot that I don't like about NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
a lot of problems and I have more time.

Efficient, fast and intuitive RMM platform with great patching and scripting tools

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is by far one of the easiest RMM platforms to get started with, and the UI is both fast and intuitive. It feels modern and responsive compared to many of the competitors. The scripting functionality is powerful and flexible, and the patch management is among the best we've tested as it gives us great visibility and reliable results. The platform overalll saves us time and helps us stay proactive in our client environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the core platform is great, some more advanced features (like software deployment or third-party patching) still feel a bit limited. We'd also love to see better integration with maybe native management of Microsoft 365 or reporting options for non-technical stakeholders. That said, the support and development pace are strong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us manage and monitor our entire client fleet from a single pane of glass.
