What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne's versatility/all in one platform has to be its most useful feature. It is a jack of all trades master of all. To be able to automate or lean out processes utilizing NinjaOne has enabled my team to get out from under the helpdesk and push larger business initiatives, allowing us to lead the mission in company scalability. It took actual minutes to implement into our environment. Due to the ease of use, I've been able to scale my teams talents, as what would take a team hours or days on a typical array of systems, they can now complete in SECONDS. You read that right. And no corners cut either. It integrates seamlessly into our reporting structure, allowing us to bolster support for our customers. We rely heavily on NinjaOne every day, eight hours a day. I dont know where we would be without it. And CFO's rest easy, I've shopped around, RMM's that cost twice as much hold half the features. It is an integral part of our customer support (internal customers, we are not an MSP).
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI since the new update has taken a bit of a nosedive, which is not the end of the world as function always outweighs fashion. But it was still worth mentioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in house IT, we are monitored very closely. Executives will wonder if inhouse value outweighs managed service. They typically watch dollars and cents for this and put it against measurable output. With NinjaOne, we dont have to subscribe to seven different SaaS and burn company dollars. One easy, low payment and my team of three is able to service 170 end users with no headache, in fast, trackable real time so we are able to easily display the value and ROI and win that contest of inhouse vs. managed IT every time.

Streamlined Endpoint Management and Monitoring with Outstanding Support

  • July 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne offers a clean, intuitive dashboard that simplifies endpoint monitoring, patch management, remote access, and scripting. The real-time alerts and customizable automation workflows allow our small team to manage a large number of endpoints with minimal manual effort. Integration with tools like SentinelOne and AutoTask works seamlessly, and the onboarding process was fast and well-supported. Their customer service is among the best I've worked with responsive, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented. I use the product daily to see at a glance the condition of the endpoint devices we monitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features could use more flexibility for custom views and summaries, especially for executive or client-facing reports. Automation is powerful but would benefit from more advanced logic options like conditional triggers and branching workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has significantly streamlined our patch management, endpoint visibility, and remote access workflows. Previously, tracking software versions, applying critical updates, and troubleshooting user issues across multiple clients required manual effort and multiple platforms. With NinjaOne, we now have centralized oversight, automation, and real-time alerts allowing our small team to proactively secure and support hundreds of devices with minimal overhead. This has improved SLA compliance, reduced user downtime, and increased our ability to scale operations efficiently.
