NinjaOne Makes Ticketing Easy for Non-Tech Staff and Technicians Alike
What do you like best about the product?
As one of the few non-technical staff members in my office, I often handle calls and create service tickets. NinjaOne has been a great help in allowing me to accurately identify the correct device for each ticket I submit. This not only streamlines my own workflow, but also makes things easier for the technicians. They can see in advance which device needs attention before reaching out to the customer, which helps them prepare for troubleshooting more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
As one of the few non-technical employees, I have consistently found NinjaOne to be a valuable tool for me. I haven't encountered anything I dislike about it so far. The platform has made the process of creating initial tickets much simpler for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to have pertinent device information in one place even for a non-tech like myself.
Great RMM Solution for IT Companies
What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to setup and work with. The organization and policy are easy to configure. I also like that it has a lot of features with automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not crazy about the ticketing or documentation part of the software. The ticket system lacks a lot of features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It backup has help us on our routing for backing up servers and capturing images of our servers. It also helps us monitoring closely our updates and patch management

It was a great too for Windows Security update installation and Fix the all vulnerability. It was my one of the great experience and make our systems 100% Security update compliance. Also helped me to fix Missing update from long time.

If you installed ninja you can be free from health check point and easily manage it from Ninja.
You can manage and use Ninja console from Mobile phone easily and it was great experience. So you continue use it.

Exactly look all good and excellent choice, giving a dislike , but Need some integration changes - like -- reboot notification should be uncheck - to stop reboot notify long running maintenance device like- Hosting services, esxi.

For me, NinjaOne has significantly improved operational efficiency and strengthened overall system reliability. The real-time insights and proactive alerts help prevent issues before they affect users, and the streamlined interface makes it straightforward to manage multiple endpoints. Overall, NinjaOne delivers tangible benefits by boosting productivity and supporting a secure, well-maintained IT environment.

Our client was surprised to see how many vulnerabilities were still pending. We ran scans on the customer’s system and then fixed the findings according to the setup policy in NinjaOne. In general, it’s easy to manage and helps keep everything under control.

Ninja Remote Tool offers useful features for scripting and MDM management. Its capabilities make it a practical choice for those who need remote access and device administration. Its easy to use and easy to deploy

There isn't much to say, but I am satisfied with the support and everything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to remotely manage end devices and handle patch management is a key feature for me.
User-Friendly Platform with Ongoing Improvements.

Ease of use and how they are continuously improving the platfom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Random issues with patching where the patch has failed from time to time with no details about how it failed. The activity column for devices should provide more detaild information. Also, duplicate devices at times when there shouldn't be.

Responsive, Highly Customizable & Adding New Features All The Time
What do you like best about the product?
I have used a similar tools throughout my career in IT and I have found NinjaOne to be one of the most responsive and easy to use. I would also like to point out how simple it was to integrate the tool into our environment and quickly deploy the agents to our various devices. Since our first talk with NinjaOne, up to now where the tool is fully integrated into our environment, we have received the same level of customer support with timely and friendly communication.
Update (1/27/2026): Our organization has really benefited from the visibility and patching functionality NinjaOne provides. Our team has saved a ton of time in tasks that used to be manual.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see some improvements to the UI of the management portal. Specifically related to getting to certain administrative settings quicker that seem to be a few menus down. We would also like to see more features from the network monitoring side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a tool to improve our ability to manage devices in our organization. We have used other tools to deploy apps and manage devices but they always lacked in their ability to be fine tuned and customized to our liking. Not to mention that NinjaOne sends out commands very quickly.
Works great. Highly Recommend.

Easy to use and straightforward UI, with all the details for endpoints easy to find. Seamless integration with screenconnect. Very fast to search and pull up endpoints and generate reports. End User remote access is easy to setup and use native NinjaRemote for use and integrates with Entra ID for SSO. Custom Fields allow extensive customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
MDM feature is new/immature and has clunky interface.

IT Department use to support end users, monitoring and perform endpoint patching, and configure manage Windows endpoints.
