NinjaOne - Easy, simple, efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. A vast amount of device information without the hassle of going on a goose chase trying to gather information. The benefit of being able to see warranty information for a large number of computer brands. Easy to support end users with problems, remote support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Consider making report creation simpler, maybe a drag-and-drop report wizard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate device information is used to provide the business with replacement recommendations. Faster turnaround time on providing end user remote support. Managing our endpoints and keeping them relevant with the latest patches.
Extensive great product
What do you like best about the product?
Overview of all customers. Quick remote access. Comprehensive ticket system including knowledge database. Fast customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Report creation has many unnecessary points. Price for Mobile Device Management is too high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have an overview of all customer devices. Clear structured overview.
Good interface. Lacking support.
What do you like best about the product?
The GUI is user friendly and makes remote management quick and easy. I like the ability to create custom automations and manage endpoints via policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to schedule OS updates seems to fail every time and I am left to manually install them. Removing unwanted software is the same way. It is shown as a feature, but does not work unless I remote into individual devices and remove it manually. When a device is re-imaged the old instance in Ninja One drops offline, but the new instance does not merge with the old so we have to manually remove the old offline instance everytime a device gets imaged. does not
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja lets me automate patching and schedule custom tasks.
Great RMM tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja's ability to patch all our systems, ease of use and remote capabilites are superior.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have the remote wipe capability to be part of the base solution without having to pay for MDM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer needing a WSUS server and remote capabilites to end users.
It has been a good experience with a couple hiccups. I favor the GUI over other software providers
What do you like best about the product?
The interface. Its generally easy to use and navigate. I have used other programs that make things more convoluted than necessary and ninjaone does a better job. It also makes it easy to deploy programs and scripts to remote computers
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally with updates, i will have severe issues trying to remote into other machines. Ninja will fail out on the connection almost instantly. Sometimes i have to log out, close my browser, clear my cache or use an incognito browser to remote into machines. This has happened twice and seems to eventually fix itself but its troublesome when it starts happening again
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
better remote access to endpoints. previous programs we used had too many connection issues.
Also better program and script deployment and also better reporting for troubleshooting errors on remote machines
Also better program and script deployment and also better reporting for troubleshooting errors on remote machines
Time saving and works as expected, consistently.
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne lets us concentrate on working on business-critical objectives rather than investing a lot of time managing our assets and relearning tools. When someone needs help, it's nice knowing that our tool will work with us to resolve the issue and get people back to doing what they do best.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an MSP, new features seem to be designed for the core direct sale tenants and get fixed later to provide the level of customization that is needed to allow our user to deploy in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps create a more efficient environment where our technicians can work on problems by having most of the information and tools they need at a glance to more quickly resolve the issue.
The best comprehensive solution on the market!
What do you like best about the product?
When we first adopted NinjaOne, the feature set was somewhat limited. Over the years, their team has worked extremely hard to prioritize customer feedback and implement suggested changes rapidly. This has always been one of the strongest selling points for me because I trust that my feedback is heard and respected by their team.
Automation has greatly improved with the implementation of custom fields, compound conditions and device tags. The comprehensive approach to automation has made my job easier and in turn made me more interested in script development to further our automation efforts for customer devices.
Community efforts via Discord and Reddit are very noticeable, and I feel like issues can be solved within a day when presented to the strong presence on Discord that NinjaOne has fostered there.

What do you dislike about the product?
Support has taken a step back in the last few years. I know some of the calls now route to the Philippines, but overall it is still passable. I wish it was a little more reliable though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our recent efforts as an MSP have been security centric. The addition of vulnerability importing and deeper automation with compound condition has allowed us to remediate vulnerabilities faster while tracking their progress and developing automation sets that will prove useful if future vulnerabilities occur for our other customers.
NinjaOne has done a lot to help our IT staff be more efficent.
What do you like best about the product?
Remote control and also login on the backend. MDM is easy to setup and implement as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any software it is a work in progress. Being able to search on a phone number in the MDM would be wonderful if we could do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed a good remote tool that would also give us many details of each workstation.
Also needed a good tool for our MDM to push software out and also be able to shadow the device so we can see what is displayed on the device.

Makes endpoint management a lot easier, integrated remote control and other tools work well.
What do you like best about the product?
The automation the solution brings to endpoints saves time and resources. A good integrated remote control solution along with optional features like remote cmd and powershell sessions. The support team is great and very responsive and the knowledge base articles are very helpful. I can easily see overall health and security of my environment at a glance. The integrated ticketing makes it a great all in one package. The new AI for patch management is really helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
OS patch management and 3rd-party software updating do work, but they can be very temperamental. The reporting isn’t very good when things fail, and it’s hard to review failure messages or see which device a given error corresponds to. The list of supported apps for 3rd-party updating also feels very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to automate information collection on endpoints is huge. License keys in use, bitlocker status, if certain folders do or don't exist makes things a lot easier for us. The remote management works great and saves us from purchasing another solution. Patch management is better than the old WSUS server days with a lot of reporting available. Using it as well to enforce policies, such as our AV solution and other software packages, enforce power profile settings, makes all that very simple.
Fantastic platform that sets a high standard.
What do you like best about the product?
Their business practices are what I look for in a software partner. My account manager and support are very responsive. I have used other RMMs over the years which are all overly complicated and antiquated. Ninja's UI is very intuitive and easy to figure out, I rarely have to refer to documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes. Ninja is constantly improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have clients with a large mix of environment types. Ninja allows me to efficiently manage all endpoints from a single pane of glass!
