NinjaOne is a clean, fast, and user-friendly RMM tool.

What do you like best about the product?
One of its best features is the ability to manage and monitor all endpoints—Windows, Mac, or Linux—from a single dashboard. Remote access is smooth and secure, making support quick and hassle-free.

Overall, NinjaOne is reliable, fast, and user-friendly—ideal for IT teams looking to simplify and scale their operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app, while helpful, feels a bit limited compared to the desktop experience. It's not ideal if you're often managing IT tasks while away from your workstation.

Also, it doesn’t have its own built-in ticketing or PSA system—you’ll need to integrate with other tools for full helpdesk functionality. Reporting is another area where it could improve; for users needing more advanced or customized reports, it might feel a bit basic.

Lastly, while core features are strong, some valuable add-ons like backup or remote tools can increase costs, especially for growing teams.

Still, these are manageable trade-offs for what’s overall a solid, reliable platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us solve key IT challenges like slow response times, manual patching, and scattered device management. Before, tracking issues across multiple devices was time-consuming and reactive. With Ninja, we get real-time alerts, centralized visibility, and quick remote access.

What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful to be able to view all my customers in one pane of glass and manage them from a single location. I like the reporting capability and the ability to deploy software remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as easy to work in an environment with multiple technicians. I wish it were a little more flexible in that regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to provide and track remote support

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and power. We are really finding that NinjaRMM delivers great information helping us keep our customers safe and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the NinjaRMM integrations were oversold and under delivered. I know that its tough with third party integrations, but I feel like the transparency on how these integrated systems function would have led to better decision making and planning, especially during deployment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better monitoring and alerting, better asset reporting, overall better efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is easy. Everything is laid out in an easy to understand UI, and adding scripts and software deployment couldn't be easier
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of their feature-sets are a work in progress. We haven't been thrilled with NinjaRemote, but they are continuing to improve their products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has taken various tools we were using and put it into a single vendor, single platform for us.

Changed the way we were completing Windows patching

What do you like best about the product?
All in one tool for various IT functions - purchasing NinjaOne replaced multiple other tools that were previously used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Solely internet based could be a disadvantage in the event of an outage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Made Windows patching much easier for us instead of having to maintain the old WSUS server and manually push updates.

NinjaOne has been amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tools in NinjaOne is the remote desktop tool being built in with everything right in front of us. Its very helpful to be able to see all of the information while being remoted in. On top of that the automation to be able to install/upgrade applications saves us plenty of time rather than setting up times with end users to get things like that done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would say is not much of use is the background remote tool. I haven't personally found a use for it in our day to day operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue that NinjaOne solves for us is the windows update management. Instead of us manually making sure machines are rebooted and properly updated NinjaOne has saved us plenty of time and headaches with updates. It allows us to have the peace of mind that our users machines are patched and secure with the latest updates. On top of that having our personal IT teams updates rolled out before anyone else thanks to the customization options with Ninja, allows us to ensure updates don't have issues before they are released to end users.

Very refreshing

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is bringing simplicity to a complex solution, by making their platform user friendly but still enabling the complexity of control as other larger platforms, it makes getting things done much faster and easier. In addition to the continual development and regular update it truly is one of the better platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
minor feature or configurations could be changed around to help things flow smoother but they are in the works already so not really something I even think about much as I know its getting better all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alot, it is one of the core apps we use for IT and Security without it we would not as easily be able to manage, patch, investigate, handle tickets, document, etc... so it is a vital part of our business

The platform is reliable, fast, and easy to manage at scale. Over the years, it’s consistently delivered on performance and support. The interface is clean, updates are seamless, and the features continue to evolve without unnecessary complexity. NinjaOne just works — and that’s exactly what you want in an RMM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Update/patch management has an occasional issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote management and monitoring is seamless, allowing us to support endpoints without interrupting end users.

Patch management is reliable and automated, which drastically reduces vulnerabilities and manual effort.

Scripting and automation are simple but powerful, helping us standardize deployments and fixes across clients.

Alerting and reporting are clean and actionable, so we spend less time chasing false alarms and more time solving real issues.
