Handy Remote Tools and Patch Management—Registry & Service Editing Made Easy

  • April 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to remote background and other tools given by default are so handy. Tools such as software / patch management, registry & service editor without going onto the device is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
the default dashboard doesn't really give much information. I wish it was a bit more modular. I also feel there should also be a search box to be able to filter without having to go into more filters, select the field, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to provide a better level of support to our users without having to nag them personally. We can set nag prompts to do it for us.

NinjaOne Makes Setup and Scripting Effortless—with Unlimited Support

  • April 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setup, the light agent requirements on both Windows and Mac, the script library at hand, the ability to create any script right of the bat are all qualities I enjoy while using NinjaOne on a daily basis. Not to forget, the unlimited support and onboarding session that you can request is a hidden feature not to take for granted
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dislike, that's rather on the end user more than on NinjaOne, that when the user doesn't install an OS or App update, the machine will be shown as unhealthy, which I find a bit too much for a hanging slack update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The endless range of Windows app that you can install with NinjaOne is more than you can handle. Once your account manager enables the WinGet integration, almost all the versions of all the software are at the tip of your fingers.

NinjaOne: Seamless Remote Access and Deep Insights for IT Support

  • April 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We started using NinjaOne last year, and it has become an excellent support tool for our IT team. In my opinion, it's one of the best and most seamless solutions for remotely accessing user PCs. The depth of information we can extract is incredibly helpful for our daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of NinjaOne is that policies can be surprisingly difficult to work with. Setting them up the way you want isn't always straightforward, and it often takes more trial and error than expected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves our remote support and device management challenges by giving our IT team a single, seamless platform to access and troubleshoot user PCs. The depth of device information we can pull hardware details, installed software, system health, and more allows us to diagnose and resolve issues faster, often without needing to disturb the end user. This has significantly improved our response times and day-to-day efficiency.
