After one month using NinjaOne, i asked myself "why did I wait so long to try it?"
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly there is * a lot* to like about NinjaOne. We originally signed on to find an alternative to Teamviewer, but were blown away by all the additional features. There isn't a day that goes by that we don't us e multiple features. Our customer service rep and tech support have exceeded expectations... They made onboarding very easy. Everything, that's what I like best.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're still having issues consistently using Ninja Backup....but that's partly on us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja Remote has greatly enhanced our ability to quickly resolve client issues.
Ninja has an excellent interface very quick to pull up and notice any issues in the environment
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it was to set up and deploy. How they’ve been working with our team on the ad hoc discovery of device devices and working to add more features behind that.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does like some of the enterprise monitoring from the storage and did a center switch side, but they are working with us to help pull better information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is helping us with alerting and carrying beautifully prepared templates to share at the executive level
Opinion about NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
What I consider of greatest value in NinjaOne is its automation capability and the flexibility in script creation, as they significantly optimize day-to-day operational tasks. Likewise, its interface deserves special mention, being clearly intuitive and usability-oriented, allowing for agile and frictionless monitoring and management of endpoint alerts. Lastly, the integrated ticketing functionality in NinjaOne is one of the features I use most frequently, and over time, it has become our main tool for managing incidents and requests. Another thing I greatly appreciate is the speed with which technical support acts in the event of a breakdown.
What do you dislike about the product?
The aspects I consider least useful about NinjaOne are the groups and custom fields, as so far I haven't needed to resort to these features to optimize my work. Likewise, another point that doesn't quite convince me is the limited customization capability of the ticketing form in the systray, which I perceive as overly basic and with little room for configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps me manage incidents related to both endpoints and security, allowing me to maintain better control and tracking of each case.

We have had some speedbumps with the integration of Bitdefender - GravityZone. Though this is a 3rd party and not at all on Ninjas portion. We have found that notification linking between the GravityZone portal and Ninja portal have not been updating/accurate.
We have spent several hours trying to correct the issue but it seems to keep happening. I think this is an issue on the Gravityzone side not reporting the flag and notifying Ninja

Helping me to easily and quickly remote to users PCs and troubleshoot issues.
A cut above the rest
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is extremely powerful, easy to use, and reliable. The team and community behind the product is one of the best out there, both in knowledgeability and capability, as well as friendliness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of granularity in technician permissions makes it difficult to make certain features of the platform available to our lower-level techs. Reporting and searchability of certain datapoints without having to use the API can be frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne handles all of our RMM needs: patching, monitoring and automation at scale, as well as providing visibility into critical datapoints for the endpoints we manage.
Solid Solution for small MSP's
What do you like best about the product?
In comparison to other solutions we have tried, our overall experience with NinjaOne has been better than with any other, mainly due to our account Rep, Lacey, and their support team. Overall, we are happy with NinjaOne and enjoy the ease of use and implementation of the products.
What do you dislike about the product?
While we complimented their support, we still have one unresolved issue, our AV integration with NinjaOne is working, but not showing in their software. Our biggest complaint is from two sides, first it is still unresolved and causing issues on new clients we are adding and second, they had us spend several hours over several days trying to work with them on support, while we don't mind working with them to resolve any issues, it was extremely time consuming for it not to end with having a resolution. Other than that, the only other thing would be is compared to some competitors they are still playing catch up on some functionality and features as it has taken years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With NinjaOne, we were able to simplify our ability to supply the services to our clients without having to sacrifice having a quality solution.
GOAT RMM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The esasyness ofdoing daily task. Fast speed and device independence is worth it. Competitive price mark and support team is always therefor help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say here, but onething I can mention is the device warranty checker can be more better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Windows patch management, sulent installers and remote script login saved a bunch of time and hassle.
Simple Helix - Ninja
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja One is extremely easy to set up and use. Managing multiple organizations and clients is easy and super configurable. They are constantly updating the program with new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some helpful features are missing (initiate a chat before remote connection for example), but the roadmap and feature suggestions let us know what Ninja has in mind for the future
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a cloud based, and US based system is the main problem that is being solved
NinjaOne is a sleek, east-to-use, to-the-the-point RMM service.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to add and run scripts to both individual and groups of machines is incredible. Extremely polished and straightforward. I also like all of the performance metrics and system data given. It is a LOT of information that is laid out in a way that is easy to digest.
What do you dislike about the product?
The TeamViewer integration is a little rough at times. I'm not sure if it's a matter of TeamViewer giving me trouble connect, or if it is its integration with NinjaOne. There are many times where I can join a device's screen directly from TeamViewer, but have much less success connecting to it via the button next to the device on NinjaOne's website. Besides that, adding device policies works, but the whole process of doing it feels very detached from the rest of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne makes providing IT service fast and keeps things from being swept under the rug. The majority of our devices are Linux laptops, and being able to quickly open a terminal and do whatever is needed through an instant ssh is way faster than the traditional way.
