Excellent Customer Service and Growing Reporting Features

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We've had great success with Ninja One replacing our prior endpoint and patch management solution. Ninja One is a breeze to use, simple, and easy to get up and going.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features aren’t quite as flexible as we’d like, and the vulnerability management feature set also feels limited. We were told they’re working on improvements, but we don’t have a timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution to help patch management as we don't have the staff necessary to take that on as a full-time job. This has replaced another solution we used which was subpar once we dove in. NinjaOne so far has been many notches above our previous solution.

Image Backup Feature Proved Invaluable When It Mattered Most

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Constant push for updates to improve the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Main issue I’ve been running into is with the remote feature. It wouldn’t connect and kept prompting me to update Ninja Remote using the ncinstaller. Even after downloading and running ncinstaller, it still continued to ask me to update Ninja Remote
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s an affordable endpoint and RMM solution that lets me quickly fix issues remotely, especially in locations that would normally take a couple of hours to travel to.

For example, when a server got corrupted, I was able to use the restore feature to bring it back up within an hour.

Easy Device Management, Smooth Remote Access with Minor Flaws

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, finding device information is super simple, the ability to find devices based off of different criteria is very good, exporting data to spreadsheets is super useful, and the remote access feature is very smooth and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint about NinjaOne is in NinjaOne Remote. Whenever I want to transfer a file over I have to use FTP but with other remote services like VNC I can just copy the file and paste it over. I think NinjaOne Remote would be absolutely perfect if I was able to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helping us manage our devices and update them as we need to. It also helps us help our users when they need it and gives us all the information we need to do so.

Efficient and Reliable RMM Platform for IT Administrators

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne offers an intuitive interface that makes managing endpoints straightforward and efficient. The automation capabilities, such as patch management and scripting, save considerable time and reduce manual workload. Remote access is fast and reliable, allowing quick troubleshooting without disrupting users. Reporting and monitoring tools provide clear insights into system health, which helps maintain compliance and security. Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is excellent overall, but the dashboard customisation options could be more flexible to allow deeper personalisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
automating detection and resolution of issues through compound conditions and custom scripting. This reduces downtime and prevents small problems from escalating into major incidents. Automated patching and health checks ensure compliance and security without manual intervention, saving significant time.

Instant Insights and Fast Issue Resolution, But Needs Better Reboot Scheduling

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The almost instantaneous polling rate is impressive. Access to real-time information about endpoints and hosts, especially when combined with compound conditions, has proven to be extremely useful. The ability to address common issues on application servers as soon as they occur has saved us a significant amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation is the absence of reboot options within patch policies. It would be helpful to have the ability to stagger host restarts over a set window, rather than having them all occur simultaneously. While this isn't a major concern for endpoints, it poses more of a challenge for application and infrastructure hosts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows us to support our end users will also allowing us to monitor and manage configuration on all our endpoints across our organization. This helps us achieve our compliance and security goals while also allowing us to provide hands on direct support to end users.

Simple and complete interface, a real pleasure to use

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of use of the MSP interface, which is at the same time very comprehensive in terms of functionality. The ticketing system is very comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of inter-connectivity with other complementary solutions. For example, antivirus software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, several tools/interfaces were needed to manage requests. Today, everything is gathered on an online interface.

Excellent Remote Support and Patch Management, But Reporting Needs Improvement

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The built-in remote support tools, third-party patch management, and the capability to run scripts for onboarding remote systems are all valuable features.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the reporting features feel somewhat clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use this for patch management, which is essential for our operations. The convenient remote support tools also make a big difference for our small team, helping us work more efficiently.
