Solid RMM, Remote access and patch management solution for our MSP
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is impressively polished and thoughtfully designed. Features are generally only released when they’re fully functional, which gives us confidence in the stability of each update. We appreciate having access to a public roadmap that clearly outlines upcoming enhancements and new capabilities.
One standout is their support team—when you request a call, they actually follow through and contact you promptly, which is a refreshing change from other platforms we've used.
We're currently using NinjaOne as our all-in-one solution for everything except ticketing and billing. It’s streamlined many of our processes. Our technicians can easily log in and access detailed system information and resources before even speaking with the end user, which improves efficiency and customer experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
We use linux whenever possible for laptops and desktops. The NinjaRemote access software can only connect to PC's from a windows box, so we have to use VM's
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a solution to be able to quickly connect to our customers when they need help. We also need to be able to run inventory reports, and see if things like Antivirus are up-to-date easily without checking all the machines.
Makes my job easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of being able to deploy scripts and gain access to each machine very quickly with no hassle. I also like that its constantly being developed and always getting new features added to the platform. I also like being able to open up linux terminals straight from ninja on machines in our environment. The MDM is also very easy to use and set policies, that has been a big help for me and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real thing i can think of is the ability to remote view linux machines but that seems to be on the roadmap as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly the ease of access to every device on our network. It's all there in 1 place.
NinjaOne has been a very useful tool with great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Linux support, Feature expansion, Ease of use, Ease of deployment, getting the value of 10+ tools in one pane of glass. Our account rep Billy is always on the ball and makes us feel like we are taken care of and valued.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features aren't as fully built out as dedicated tools (ie ticketing vs a dedicated help desk tool) but they get better every update, and a lot those features weren't even offered when we first signed the contract, so that is to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote support by every definition of the phrase. They have a great backup solution, great remote access solution, remote shell, automation, you name it. We utilize most of what they offer, and it all has been excellent. The roadmap is nice so you can see what is coming next, but even as it stands now, they solve many problems for us, and it is all in one place. This makes my job and the job of my sysadmins much easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
The availability of add on software is great but not everything is integrated into the main portal, each app has its own portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remotely supporting clients and keeping track of the machine information
interesting with a ton of features.
What do you like best about the product?
Probably the ability to use automations easily
What do you dislike about the product?
How difficult it is sometimes to look up users workstations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving putting all of our clients in one area to be able remote into their workstations.
Effortless Automation and Patching with NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about NinjaOne is its powerful automation capabilities for critical processes. We use it mainly for auto-remediation on servers — for example, when a service goes down, preconfigured PowerShell scripts automatically run to resolve the issue. This has significantly reduced response times and avoided unnecessary escalations. We’ve also fully replaced WSUS with NinjaOne's Windows Patching, which has made our patching process far easier. What used to be a painful and tedious task with WSUS is now just a few clicks away. Additionally, the use of groups helps us deploy configurations faster and organize devices more logically and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne is a solid platform overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. For instance, NinjaRemote sometimes takes quite a while to connect to endpoints, which can be frustrating during time-sensitive support sessions. It would also be a major improvement to allow creation of "Automation Sets" — automations that bundle together multiple prebuilt automation scripts into one unified workflow.
Additionally, the filtering capabilities are somewhat limited. It would be extremely helpful to filter by devices running a specific process, for example. Reporting could also be more advanced — such as exporting lists of local administrators by device.
Another highly requested feature would be automatic detection and listing of unmanaged devices (e.g., peripherals connected to endpoints), and the ability to create custom monitored devices, such as internal APIs reachable via network probes, where alerting behavior could be customized based on the response.
Finally, alert customization could be significantly enhanced. More granular control, similar to what tools like Checkmk offer, would make NinjaOne even more powerful in complex environments.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has significantly streamlined endpoint management, reduced repetitive workloads, and empowered us to proactively manage IT tasks that used to require manual effort and constant supervision.
Great product that help revolutionize our environment
What do you like best about the product?
The best aspect is the level of control we get on the devices. From being able to push software, control update or do a remote session in the background while the user keeps working it is all amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of set up to be done. If you spend the time on it though and get it set up the way you need with APIs and things the system is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gets us access to all the users computers and has our tech team able to easily resolve issues using scripts or other set ups we have done to facilitate a great user experience with phenomenal tools for our techs.
This it the RMM to have
