My Experience with NinjaOne as a Startup

What do you like best about the product?
I spent a lot of time researching different platforms and saw a lot of good feedback about NinjaOne on Reddit. I was a bit unsure since I’m just starting out, but it turned out to be a great fit. It’s simple to use, reliable, and their support team has been incredibly helpful and flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ticketing system is pretty limited, but that’s expected—they clearly prioritize RMM, and they do that really well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne (RRM and Remote Access) has been very reliable, specially with MacOS. I also like Quick Connect.

What do you like best about the product?
The remote support, remote acces to computers and especially being able to resolve issue without connecting to the user directly.
It's really easy to deploy to your whole inventory.
I can't spend a day without connecting to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't any downside in mind, really love everything about it.
Any issue i had was solved in a few minutes with their doc or their support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A uniform way of providing support, no roadblocks to solve to manage to connect to a desktop, it works everytime with just a minimum effort, no user interaction needed.
Really easy to deploy and force patches and updates, install software, resolve issues proactively.

Tool EVERYONE NEEDS!!!

What do you like best about the product?
All in one tool!!! Control patch management, automate scripts, quick remote tools and light ram/memory usage on machines.
Install Ninja on AD for quick agent deployment in minutes and also auto install of crowd strike.
Tool we use everyday and 1st tool i log into for the day.

Cant imagine not having ninja one its helped us in numerous ways!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I know its in development but i hope dark mode gets released soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Windows updates and security what we benefit the most.
Patching so we can keep out vulnerabilities to minimal and once ninja agent is installed it also install our crowdstrike agent.

Ninja simplifying I.T

What do you like best about the product?
easy integration, deployment and management. Lots useful reporting. Its ability to scale out to multiple organizations with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
i had to really spend sometime on this question because no dislike immediately came to mind. however i guess its more of a feature request. It would be really useful if we could upload files from the device main page file explorer tool. that way we don't have to sign into users machine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
resources and time are more common now with the help of ninja.

Documentation for backup is lacking a bit.

NinjaOne help us keep all endpoints up to date with patching.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is very intuitive. The setup was very easy and straightforward. The Remote Control tools works very well too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asa a new customer I have not found any issues with NinjaOne yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having issues with an other RMM solution, patching of workstations was not working well. With NinjaOne all that has changed, we are also using it to patch our serves which is working very well too. It is also helping us with User and system activity for our auditors.

What do you like best about the product?
the device overview. I like that it allows you to remove software across an organization. the inclusion of scripts is useful. overall the device control provided by ninja is strong

deployment of 3rd party software via ninja is very useful
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a better password manager integrated into ninjaone(something similar to itglue or connectwise)

device uptime graph(One thing i liked about screenconnect over ninja is that it provides a line graph showing when the computer is online. this allows us to see if the office is experiencing drops in service. right now the only data we get is a numerical value for how long the computer has been on, but not if internet has gone in that same period.)

It times out too quickly when you are logged into Ninja

Pretty decent AIO platform for MSPs

What do you like best about the product?
The mostly all in one functionality has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the customization is hard to figure out or navigate, and some key features are missing compared to other MSP platforms like ConnectWise, Freshdesk, and Atera.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to manage our 800+ devices in a easy to navigate space.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Tech support is quick. Ease of deployment. MAC and Linux support has increased and continues to improve. They are constantly working on improvements to the product to make the IT world easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional MAC support. We use Kandji to deploy our MACs. If Ninja could do similar actions, so we could remove Kandji. Would like to have remote access(GUI) to Linux

Ninja is our primary RMM tool. Use for scripting, Updates, and deployments. Helps in SOC audits
