What do you like best about the product?
Simplified administration by providing a single place to view computer assets. Also, they have great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is so robust that I have not even scratch the surface of its capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up on patch management is a huge resource drain.

Remote Management Made Easy

What do you like best about the product?
I think it does exactly what I wanted it to do. I can remotely manage alot of devices with ease. I especially like it for deployments. Its super easy to install and manage and it doesnt take a lot of maintenance to be effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I stretch the screen while taking over multiple monitors on the calibration gets thrown off when I click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote management of all kinds and remote support.

Remote Access Made Easy, But OS Update Reporting Needs Work

What do you like best about the product?
The Remote app which allows me to remotely access my devices without having to use a VPN connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting for OS updates is rather rudimentary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a way to give power users and vendors remote access to our servers without having to give them VPN access. It also gives us a fully functional RMM without having to maintain and update the system ourselves.

What do you like best about the product?
General computer management and patching, easy scripting, MS Team integration, great RMM capabilities and I like anti-virus bundled into one portal.

A little misleading on Apple MDM vs using the standard device deployment for Apple devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Web-based, integrations, support, proactive offerings of features
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really - other than the fact some features are extra cost but this is to be expected with this kind of software regardless of vendor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing and tracking infrastructure health as well as patching; both help us in our compliance journey.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple and easy NinjaOne is to use. The implementation was straightforward and didn’t require a lot of time or complexity, which is a big plus. I use it every day because it’s reliable and makes remote management and automation effortless. The integration with other tools is smooth, so everything works together without headaches. Overall, it’s fast, intuitive, and helps me focus on my work instead of managing the platform. Their support team is also responsive and helpful whenever I need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I absolutely love everything about this product and honestly can't think of anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really like how simple and intuitive NinjaOne is. It makes endpoint management easy and saves me a lot of time with automation and patching. We’ve been able to replace Ivanti and Intune patching with NinjaOne, and the experience has been much smoother and more reliable. Remote management works great, and the reporting is clear and useful. Plus, their support team is always responsive and helpful when needed.

Multi-OS Remote workstation Management

What do you like best about the product?
Multi-OS support, a responsive remote desktop, patch management across different OSs, detailed hardware information, and the ability to run scripts and install software remotely. Customer support has been responsive as well. The dashboard is clean and easy to understand, and it was straightforward to transition over and install the Ninja agent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the newer features feel a bit less polished, but the steady stream of updates gives me the sense that any small nitpicks will be addressed over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows seamless support for all of our remote workers.
