Ninja One is a very good and trusted RMM. It makes things easy and allows pro users to do much more.

What do you like best about the product?
Scripting is top notch and the system in General is very good, well laid out and functions quite well. Their customer service is top notch as well. I have always had good luck with reaching them for various items. They are also coming out with new features all the time so it makes it more appealing as they keep improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much at all. Sometimes it can be fun with patching to get everything Green, but overall there is not much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comprehensive one stop shop for all RMM related tasks.

Game changer, even for small business...

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The most beneficial aspect of having NinjaOne has been the consolidation of the many tools required for our business to manager our workstations, their patching, and antivirus.
What do you dislike about the product?
SentinelOne is a separate product that partners with NinjaOne and although it is helpful having alerting take place within the NinjaOne dashboard, it would be really helpful to run simple actions such as virus scan or containment directly without having to navigate elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Windows Patching is something that I no longer have to worry about. Notifications for failed or patch approval allow me to focus my time on other areas of management. Reporting is automated and can be customized for different stakeholders. Also, remote control is a breeze and reliable as well.

Great product, just a few changes would be nice

What do you like best about the product?
The remote-control client that's built-in works great, the patching is incredibly helpful, and the wide variety of automations and alerts is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just a few things -- some applications are difficult to install without custom commands or multiple steps; unfortunately NinjaOne doesn't seem to handle those very well. If I could create a multi-step install where one step is copying an msi / exe over, then the next step is running a custom install command, etc, that would be incredibly helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne provides a fast and easy way to immediately connect to a user's endpoint for support; previously we had to make sure the employee was on our network and we would RDP in which isn't always the best solution. NinjaOne also provides a large bank of automations and scripts that makes employee self-service quick and easy.

NinjaOne has proven to be a reliable and efficient host management platform.

What do you like best about the product?
1) Its scripting feature and new app deployment feature. It's very easy to compose a new script and push to host systems with ease.

2) System activity logging. Valuable insights are provided regarding system activities (whom accessed with which IP, which apps were successfully deployed, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
Settings Menu navigation could be more intuitive and/or simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has improved our remote support assistance greatly. Has provided a valuable, reliable alternative to Intune patch and application deployments.

The ease with which I can add and manage endpoints
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I have to put something in this box when I didn't previously have anything to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing remote endpoints, servers, and deployment of OS and Software patches

Easy to setup, easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
The console is intuitive and easy to use. it makes device onboarding and management very easy.
the built in remote control option is a great alternative to TeamViewer and splashtop.
What do you dislike about the product?
reporting needs a little more work. the out of the box reports are fine but customizing them leave a little to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its saving our Technicians time and effort proactively managing devices, sometimes leading them to solve issues before the customer even notices.

Reliable, easy to use, and saves us a ton of time

What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about NinjaOne is how clean and simple the interface is. You don’t need a bunch of training to get started – everything feels intuitive. The RMM features work great, patching is super smooth, and I can monitor all our endpoints in one place. It honestly saves us a lot of time every day. Remote access is quick and stable, and I also appreciate how easy it is to generate clear reports for our clients. It just works – which is exactly what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not a lot to complain about, but if I had to pick something: I’d love to see more ready-to-go automation templates. It would make it even faster to set up recurring tasks. Also, the MDM is good, but there’s still room for deeper features compared to standalone MDM tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us stay on top of everything – especially with monitoring and patching across all our client environments. Before, we had to juggle multiple tools and manual processes, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. Now, we have one platform for remote monitoring, patch management, backup, and endpoint control – all in one place. It gives us more time to focus on our clients instead of constantly troubleshooting tools. It also gives our team peace of mind, knowing that alerts and updates are handled in real time.

Easy to navigate, just works.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is extremely easy to navigate and the product is updated with new features regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Backups seem to fail a lot and techs have to resolve. No option for onsite backup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s allowing us to easily manage 1500 endpoints and quickly provide the end user with remote support right within the platform.

One RMM to rule them all.

What do you like best about the product?
Beyond a product that, out of the box, does everything it's supposed to while meeting the majority of compliance standards and expectations, I've been most impressed by the fact that their development lifecycle incorporates feedback and iterates rapidly on meaningful improvements. The speed at which they iterate puts their competitors to shame -- and I've been in the business for long enough to have hands-on experience with most of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some components are acquisition-based or homebrew, and not everything has the level of polish and maturity as the core product (e.g., ticketing) or market-level pricing (e.g., cloud backup). That said, they're always improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja took what previously required multiple disparate systems and policy discipline, and condensed everything into a single, cohesive platform that performs exceptionally at scale -- whether it's a mom-and-pop with a handful of users or a co-managed enterprise, we're able to quickly, efficiently, and via automation and reporting, drive business outcomes for minimal effort, which gives us control of our bandwidth towards other projects and improvements with less firefighting.

Overall - great MSP tool and RMM

  • May 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, I appreciate the easy of use and straightforwardness of Ninja compared to their competitors. It's a tool which is designed for quick review and automation in mind.

I love how I can easily remotely access servers via powershell or the remote access tool. Another great thing is to have the backups built into the tool which is a single point of contact for my clients.

The ease of deployment is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting could be a bit better and more intuitive. The processes and automations work really well, but take some getting used to finding where they are and running them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really streamlining for my MSP clients a single point of easy administration for all servers and endpoints in the system.
