NinjaOne Automates Everything—A Must-Have for Hassle-Free IT Management

  • October 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I am completely dependent on NinjaOne in my environment, using it daily and even hourly. I rely on it for patching, scripting, RMM, ticketing, troubleshooting, and automating onboarding processes. After trying several other solutions, I chose NinjaOne because it offered the most features for its competitive pricing. Implementation was extremely straightforward—just customize your organization, deploy the agent, and the agent takes care of the rest. My imaging solution automatically deploys the agent with standard onboarding features, after which I assign the device to its appropriate policy based on its destination, and NinjaOne handles everything else. It installs all necessary applications automatically using conditional logic, manages my local accounts, and more. Thanks to NinjaOne and Group Policy, there is very little manual intervention required, except for a few legacy or niche applications that can't be automated easily. On the rare occasions I've needed to submit a report request to the NinjaOne support team, they've been very responsive and extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s really nothing I dislike about NinjaOne. However, there are two features I hope to see in future updates. First, I would like to have an AD sync for on-premises Active Directory, both for NinjaOne users and the ticketing system. This is my top requested feature. Second, I would appreciate an AI assistant similar to what some of NinjaOne’s competitors offer. Even without these additions, I believe NinjaOne already provides the most features. Still, including these two enhancements would elevate NinjaOne to a world-class level and set it several tiers above the competition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation truly makes a difference here. It has relieved me of many repetitive tasks that I previously handled manually, like patching, installing software, and managing user accounts. Additionally, it has significantly accelerated the onboarding process for new devices. What once took me six hours can now be completed in just thirty minutes.

NinjaOne: Unmatched IT Management, Just Missing Dark Mode (JOSE IS THE MAN!)

  • October 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Omg... this is the hardest question because in ALL MY TIME as an IT professional, this is without question the best service I've ever utilized. The consolidation aspect is probably what I would have to say. Roping remote services, device management, policy management... list goes on. NinjaOne is AMAZING
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having dark mode built in is the only bugga boo for me, but that is me just trying to find something I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidation alone is the biggest impact to the company in regard to money and improving the workflow of the IT team.

Effortless Workstation Control, But Needs Better Remote Desktop Access

  • October 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. The main thing I use NinjaOne for is workstation control and update pushes. It helps me keep an eye on all of the clients and servers. The implementation was simple, and the customer support was very responsive when I needed assistance. It integrated very well with our existing network software. I use the software all day and love that it doesn't ask me to log back in if it sits idle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have the ability to address issues with windows updates in background mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For sure accessing client workstations and keeping the clients up to date on windows patching and system updates.

Feature-Rich and User-Friendly RMM, Just Missing ARM Support

  • October 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja does everything you would need from an RMM for the most part, and its easier to use than most and priced well. The best thing about Ninja, though, is the support; best support of any company I have ever worked with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only think I would want different is ARM support so we could use RasberryPi computers. And now that there are more ARM Windows machines its going to start becoming more of an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General tracking, remote connections, patch management, anti-virus, a few backups, etc. Works great for all the random little things we need, pushing a software for a specific customer, etc.

Effortless System Management with Quick Insights, Minor Reporting Hiccups

  • October 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easily deploy to and manage every system in the company no matter where they are. Quick insights to system health, patching, software versionings and activity patterns. Solid support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The occasional snagged system that takes some rework/reinstall to get reporting to Ninja again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking company inventory, low/no use assets that no one bothered to return.
