Being able to use see the details of all machines including using all of the wonderful remote management tools.

It needs a more modern looking interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to see all of our clients in one portal while allowing a lot of background work. It's simplifying our workload by being able to do more without always interrupting the end users.

Review of NinjaOne

  • May 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne makes automations and patch management a dream.
From the UI, it's incredibly easy to schedule automations across an entire fleet of devices, even across multiple differing organizations and sites.
We use the platform daily, and it serves most of our needs perfectly.
If you ever have any technical difficulties, it's easy to schedule a training meeting as well as they have their own discord server to join in and ask questions about the platform as well as improve your scripts for management.
Implementing policy changes in the event you need to, takes seconds to process. You can also implement GFS (Grandfather-Father-Son) style permission inheritance to make sub-policies of default policies to tailor how to administrate certain devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only two dislikes that I have about NinjaOne are:
1. Some updates are pesky with Ninja, where they can apply on the device and not properly sync as applied within Ninja, leading towards needing to deny that specific update to the device in the UI, even though it's already installed.
2. When manually typing out the URL string to install the Ninja Agent, the format to grab the installer file generally follows the format of:

app.ninjarmm.com/agent/installer/(long encoded string)/(version)/NinjaOne-Agent-(Organization)-(Site)-(Type).msi
I understand the necessity of formatting in this specific way, as that long encoded string is most likely a UUID of a mix between your organization + the client organization, but I feel there should be a better way than needing to type out a 26-digit string in order to call out to the correct executable. I understand they do give you the option to download the executable installer, but at that point your choices are to either sign into your NinjaRMM instance on a client computer (security risk), or manually try to move the file around to the device, which is somewhat of a hassle depending on where said device is located.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is solving our needs for incident/patch management on endpoints. Whenever we need to quickly grab a console or remote into a machine, we can either do that via Ninja itself, or through an additional redirect into ConnectWise within Ninja itself via an integration, which effectively makes Ninja a one-stop shop for anything relating towards devices with the agent installed.
Ninja also allows for software installation of other products by policy immediately upon installing the agent, which is an incredibly useful feature. I just need to build the app installation within Ninja, and every subsequent machine being added to that specific policy installs the toolchain required for that organization.

Great All-in-One Platform That Still Misses Some Basics

  • May 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is a lovely-looking, easy-to-use RMM tool that has made managing our windows PCs, servers, and Apple mobile devices much easier. The remote support feature is the best we've ever used it's super fast, reliable, and works seamlessly on Windows and also MDM-managed Apple devices. The regular updates and integrations, such as warranty lookups directly in the platform and integration with SentinelOne, show NinjaOne's focus on providing real value. Their support team is always on time and polite whenever we need help. Having documentation and ticketing integrated into the same portal also serves to keep everything nicely synchronized and readily available.
What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne shines with important features, every now and then small but important quality of life improvements fall by the wayside. A simple example, if a device has been assigned to an end user properly, ticket generation will not pre-populate the corresponding device, making it inconvenient for end users and support staff as well. Also, in the Apps category, one is never quite sure what tools come with the standard package and what needs to be contracted for separately or paid a bit extra for. More transparency and diligence on these facts would really enhance the overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us to consolidate different IT operations into a single easy to use platform. It reduces the problem of having a hybrid installation of Windows desktops, servers, and Apple mobile devices by giving us a single solution to give remote support, patching, MDM, ticketing, and documentation. Centralization reduces the need for various different tools, streamlines our processes, and ultimately saves us time. It has made us significantly more efficient in our operations, able to respond quicker to our end users' support concerns and automate a large percentage of our work.

Simple and Very Easy to use and Manage

  • May 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As stated, the simplified dashboards have made this very easy to manager the company's endpoint backups. It gives us all the information needed and the remediation process is simple to resolve. Implementation was rolled out through GPO so it's been very easy to maintain. I havne't had to deal with customer support much but when I have, I have had constructive, succinct conversations with the team members at NinjaOne.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. It has been the tool w needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja has been completing our Endpoint backups regularly. We have fine tuned it to ensure that is as least disruptive as possible and has been freed up my teams' time to do other things that can't be done by service like this. My department and team have streamlined efficiencies.

Pleastant and easy

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very easy to follow, things are grouped with like things, and it's incredibly easy to navigate. The integration was one of the easiest integrations I have done to this day. Whenever I reach out to customer support, which isn't often, even using this every day, they are great, kind, and courteous.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only a few things I wish it had, one being able to set what emails to auto reply to, and a full macOS MDM. Both of those would simplify our company's needs and add things to one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of deployment of new machines and patching of our current ones.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about NinjaOne is its simplicity and ease of use—it’s got a very clean, intuitive interface that makes remote monitoring and management (RMM) less of a headache, especially compared to older, clunkier platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features, while improving, can feel limited or not customizable enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has streamlined our IT operations by giving us a centralized platform for device management, patching, remote access, and monitoring. It’s helped us respond to issues faster, automate routine tasks, and maintain better visibility across all endpoints. The simplicity of the interface, combined with powerful automation and alerting, has saved us time and improved overall efficiency.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the patch management reporting could be better. Alot of the times I dont get clear reasons for failures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja makes remoting into machines a breeze.
