What do you like best about the product?
My experience with NinjaOne has been overwhelmingly positive. One of the key indicators of its success is that our entire technical team genuinely enjoys using the platform, which significantly eased the transition from our previous solution. Deployment was quick and straightforward, with no steep learning curve required. The interface is simple yet intuitive, and the built-in features for scripting, automation, and patch management have proven to be major advantages. The ease of integration with other tools and systems enabled us to extend NinjaOne beyond its core RMM functions, allowing us to use it effectively for custom software deployment, licensing and lifecycle management—capabilities that have directly contributed to securing significant additional client mandates. The platform’s well-organized and easily searchable knowledge base has greatly minimized the need to contact support, but on the rare occasions when assistance was required, the NinjaOne team responded promptly—including direct call-backs when requested. The fact that our technicians rely on NinjaOne daily across our entire client base speaks volumes—it has become one of the most impactful and effective tools we've implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about NinjaOne but there is a slew of features that I would love to see in upcoming releases to extend its capabilities beyond the core RMM functionality where it becomes a centralized monitoring and configuration documentation tool.

Capable RMM tool for the smaller MSP
What do you like best about the product?
It's a pretty capable tool especially for the price point. The remote access and the ability to give clients remote access is very useful. Patching polices work well along with reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see a more flexible portal and applying policies can be a bit complicated if you don't spend a bit of time in it.

I haven't found anything about the Product yet. The API support team could use some help and "Customer Service".

They have been able to offer RMM support for every OS that we, as a company, it911now.com so far. The Other guys mainly or "Only" offered Windows machines.

Endpoint management with NinjaOne is very helpful and user friendly.
This product impressively allows remote capabilities for Windows and Mac environments with the same remote tool, NinjaOne Remote.
The patch management for Windows endpoints and Macs is also great.

Really great product with even better support
What do you like best about the product?
We use Ninja One for ticketing, Windows updates, app installs, MDM, and enterprise management. It's exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The webinars they hold every month are fantastic. I've learned so much about how to better use the tool from those learning sessions. I've never had another product hold sessions where you could just ask them how to do stuff and then they show you. The stuff you can do with the API is awesome. The Ninja One Discord community is incredibly helpful as well. So many people willing to help out with scripts and ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had image deployment. We use another product for imaging and I'd love to be able to use Ninja One for that too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja One keeps our Windows devices updated. We're able to remotely support all of our devices with ease. We can push out app installs or scripts. All of this can be done either on the network or over the internet. We're able to have a multitude of ticket boards for our teams to work tickets.
Critical to managing multiple computers
What do you like best about the product?
It has reduced our new PC set up times to about 15 minutes as opposed to an hour. The ability to script first installs is a game changer. Ninja Dojo is very helpful in locating people with similar issues,
The built in ticketing system has also reduced our reliance on a third party such as service now.
Patch management system is also helpful in keeping most of our systems up to date.

What do you dislike about the product?
The auto install feature changed, and for some reason the new way to do things is not as reliable as the past way. Used to be pretty easy to upload the msi and place the required parameters. However these days some of the apps have to be scripted to download from one drive and then install.I also want to state that the Splashtop feature is unreliable at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly first install scripts
NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
Fast response from their Support team, easy deployment, easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface doesn't remember what you were doing last. In areas, it defaults to all devices instead of what you were working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RMM and patching are huge in the landscape in which we live, as are backups and AV/Anti-ransomware.
