Critical to managing multiple computers
What do you like best about the product?
It has reduced our new PC set up times to about 15 minutes as opposed to an hour. The ability to script first installs is a game changer. Ninja Dojo is very helpful in locating people with similar issues,
The built in ticketing system has also reduced our reliance on a third party such as service now.
Patch management system is also helpful in keeping most of our systems up to date.

What do you dislike about the product?
The auto install feature changed, and for some reason the new way to do things is not as reliable as the past way. Used to be pretty easy to upload the msi and place the required parameters. However these days some of the apps have to be scripted to download from one drive and then install.I also want to state that the Splashtop feature is unreliable at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly first install scripts
NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
Fast response from their Support team, easy deployment, easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface doesn't remember what you were doing last. In areas, it defaults to all devices instead of what you were working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RMM and patching are huge in the landscape in which we live, as are backups and AV/Anti-ransomware.
Quick and Easy Deployment for Small MSPs
What do you like best about the product?
Every bit of this product is logical and straightforward. It's clear the development team thought through real-world workflows and use cases and then designed the product to accommodate those with as much customization as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizable to a fault. Sometimes it's just too open-ended, and I wish it would include templates that are more ready-to-go for the most common scenarios.

NinjaOne for a Contact Center company
What do you like best about the product?
I like its real-time capability to manage endpoints. Its vast application library, and it's providing our technicians the ability to make changes on endpoints without actually remoting in.
What do you dislike about the product?
While its app library has more applications compared to its competitors, we wish for it to have more added soon. Also, it currently depends on internet connectivity for running scripts, which may not be beneficial for our use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before subscribing to NinjaOne, we relied heavily on Microsoft Intune to deploy scripts, applications, and other updates. However, this process was not real-time and often took some time to complete. NinjaOne solved this challenge for us—now, whenever we need to deploy something immediately, we can do so efficiently through NinjaOne.

The Best RMM Available
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Ninja for over 5 years now. Not a single time in those 5 years have we regretted our decision to implement Ninja as our RMM. The initials on-boarding is easy and guided. The interface is clean and easy to understand. Ninja is constantly release updates that are actually useful (bonus: you can view their update roadmap and submit suggestion for future updates) Customer Support is extreme fast and responses are seem to be from a person that is genuinely interested in solving your problems. Last, but certainly not least. Ninja's Patch Management is top notch. Patches can be automated to suit your needs and the ability to see vulnerabilities affecting systems that are missing patches is a great feature. We can view view Patch related data such as: installed patches, approved patches, pending patches, failed patches, patch compliance percentages and more from the "OS Patch Dashboard".
What do you dislike about the product?
The ninja end-point agent does require a fair amount of system resources. As a result older systems and/or systems with smaller CPU's and lower RAM my struggle to run other resources intensive processes alongside Ninja.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solve basic IT issues, Patch Management issues, Data/ Image backups and everything in between!
Ninja for Patching and Remote Support
What do you like best about the product?
It was fairly easy to deploy and it just works. Our previous software constantly had issues so our patch posture was poor but this has brought us to a point where we're comfortable and always up-to-date on patching.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing. They keep adding more and more features and ones we will want to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main purpose when we looked at NinjaOne was a way to patch PCs for 3rd party applications. This easily solved our issues and we're looking at the additional features it offers since it has been working well.
NinjaOne Rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
Everything! Scripting, Automation, Patch Management, Documentation, Warranty Tracking
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Everything about NinjaOne has been working perfectly for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving all the problems of not having an RMM solution as feature rich as Ninja.
