Great Experience

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has improved our workflow tremendously. Our IT department loves the ease of use and functions available to make supporting our users top notch. We had no problem with implementation and their support was very helpful to make this process smooth. In IT we use this daily and will continue the use of this product for years to come.
What do you dislike about the product?
We sometimes have trouble with install/uninstalling applications through the NinjaOne console but that is not always on NinjaOne but the software provider as well.
Other than this pain point we really have nothing negative to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helped us get a good hold on our Assets. We are able to input the information needed as well as it pulling from the laptops/servers. It has helped our IT department function the best we can.

A Product That Lives Up To Their Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
We have been a Ninja client for many years, and as an MSP that has been around the block when it comes to PSAs, RMM providers, endpoint protection, BDR, etc., Ninja has been a breath of fresh air. Their products do what they're supposed to do; and they do it at a reasonable price, without a lot of high pressure sales people calling constantly. When we do need sales or other support, Lacey Harper is readily available, extremely knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Onboarding and implementation was well planned out and efficient. To put it simply, we couldn't be happier with Ninja!
What do you dislike about the product?
We are waiting for the PSA tool to be a bit more comparable to some other players, such as Kaseya BMS or Halo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja allows us to be more proactive, addressing potential issues before they become major problems. Customers see us as valuable partners rather than just the guys that "fix stuff".

NinjaOne has been a solution to a lot of problems I've had in our current environment.

What do you like best about the product?
The Custom Fields have been a game changer in our environment. We have a lot of custom software with configuration settings that we cannot monitor or track from a central location. In the past we would have to remote into a machine and dig into the settings ourselves or manually run commands. NinjaOne's custom fields allows us to access all of these settings and store the information in a screen linked to each individual PC. This allows support to run much smoother when they can just check a field for the settings. And with the policies, we've been able to get alerts when a PC does not have the desired config settings. This is giving us more of a proactive support solution rather than waiting to react once an issue has been discovered.

The Powershell scripting is able to set or even call these custom fields as variables, which increases our control over them. No more manual changes for us, everything can be scripted to change config settings now. Having a click or two to run the script replaces what used to take a 5-10 min process of digging around while remoted into a PC and the support team has been thrilled for this change.

NinjaOne's team is also amazing. They set up weekly calls with us while deploying to our environment, which not every vendor will do. They were always able to offer solutions for any issues or concerns that arose from the business side.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish NinjaOne had a file repository or something that would make it easy to send down files to devices.

It would also be nice to be able to run our scripts from the Remote screen rather than needing two separate windows open - One for remote and one for scripts.

I would like the ability to right click and open files in different programs in Background Connect mode. That does not seem to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is improving our support process. The Remote software allows for more robust support . Running scripts directly to machines and setting custom fields has improved overall support time. Policy warnings allow us to be proactive rather than reactive which decreases number of issues in the field.

Great Product for SMBs

What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses NinjaOne on a daily basis. We have been able to scale the operations of our small business from four locations to over twelve locations in just a few short years. NinjaOne is a great product with many features that every SMB IT admin needs. A few of my favorites include their patch management, remote monitoring, and remote script execution. Their partnerships and integrations provide additional flexibility and convenience without having to manage another product and vendor yourself. They continue to release updates and new features often. I see our IT department utilizing NinjaOne for a very long time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Periodically, updates can cause minor, unintended, bugs or issues with their software. I find that they are always quick to put out hotfixes, and I rarely have to deal with an issue for very long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne provides an excellent centralized view of our endpoints. I can check on the status of software patches, security incidents, and other issues all in a single dashboard. I frequently need to remote into end-user workstations to help resolve their issues. The NinjaOne Remote tool provides all of the features and nice-to-haves that make the process quick and painless!

Great product, great sales, support and service.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer service from sales to setup to ongoing training, they have a lot to offer. The product itself is great out of the box, allowing me to manage my fleet of laptops and desktops no matter where they are. Remote control, app installation, patching, vulnerabilities, software inventory are easy an at my fingertips from pretty much day one. App packaging is very flexible - you can use the default installation methods or create your own scripts easily. There are also plenty of pre-packaged script templates from Ninja, with new scripts delivered frequently. The Ninja community is vibrant too, sharing best practices and scripts in discord and on the ninja site.

They are constantly improving the product, so even if something isn't there now, it probably is in the pipeline. They are very open with suggestions for improvement, so chances are if you find something you need, it will be in a future release.
What do you dislike about the product?
To make it really sing, you need to customize your packaging with scripts. The default methods are great for simple, small items but anything with complexity or error checking needs to be scripted. Not a big deal since the community is so prolific!

Patch reporting needs improvement. Basic reporting is there, but getting granular about what machines are out of date etc is just not there yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solve my remote patching issue perfectly. Allows me to patch applications, OS and firmware on remote machines without me having to get them back in my hands.

Allows me much better control over my application patching process than I had with Intune. Package scripts are far more configurable, and results are immediate. No more wondering when a machine will get software from intune!

Remote options are great, very responsive, helps with deployment and removals a ton.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option to upgrade the splashtop license to include multiple monitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tons, deployment, rmm, mdm, support.

Great for small, but scaling businesses!

What do you like best about the product?
Everything about it is super straightforward, no frills, nothing more than what is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the same hand as before- The lack of complication also means a limit in capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They offer a product that works with little to no headcahes; Many competitors are able to solve the same problems, but with a whole lot more heartburn, or less capabilities.

One of the best and easiest SaaS RMM tools

  • May 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Transparent updates and future features, amazing account managers, great support staff, amazing community of others to share ideas, plethora of scripts, simple and intuitive. Took less than a day to get it fully implemented in our environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as feature rich as other software's, but new features are coming often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to client devices across the world that are headless. Remote support for our end-users. Seamless patch management. NinjaOne replaced our old RMM that wasn't even able to be scripted without using their own "language", I'm just happy that I can write a PowerShell script and actually use it easily within Ninja. Oh, and that code editor, 10/10.

Efficient and so useful

What do you like best about the product?
The management tool, especially the remote CMD/Powershell, how managing a lot of devices is simplified. One you get how to use the tool everything will be a piece of cake. Without forgetting the policies, automatization, remote registry, windows updates, remote file explorer, and ninja remote. The tool is easy to use. And will save you a lot of time when troubleshooting you can connect to users task manager/ registry/ cmd to investigate without stopping waiting for users to be free which is a struggle sometimes
What do you dislike about the product?
Only issue which is not major and I think Ninjaone gonna be able to fix, is all the popups for user comes in the console language rather than computer language for users. So might be something to consider if you are a multinational company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy to use and everything is centralized
