Life Changing RMM

What do you like best about the product?
The speed and response time of NinjaOne has improved overall efficiency for our technicians during both proactive and reactive tasks. The ninjaone console is very intuitive and has a short learning curve. We were able to implement on 4000 endpoints in 2 days. Customer support and account management have been fantastic to work with as well. We recommend Ninjaone to any organization that is looking to improve them RMM tool within their stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although we don't have many complaints, we would like to see 3rd part patching improve and better software deployment options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Condition Policies are great as they can check for a certain condition and run a script based on that. The speed of the scripting engine has benefited us. OS Patch management has been a huge improvement over our previous RMM Tool.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been a NinjaOne customer for about 5 years. When we initially adopted NinjaRMM to manage our internal assets. It was a total game changer for us. It ran circles around Intune for asset management, Bomgar for remote connection and support, and SCCM for patch management. The process to get it pushed to our endpoints was simple, the training to get our technicians up to speed was painless. The support has been fantastic and the product has only grown in functionality since we've adopted it. Adding ticketing, backups, mobile device MDM, and a robust, community driven, roadmap means even more feature are being added constantly. The Ninja Dojo and it's script share, tips share and community webinars and collaborative atmosphere have made ninja an indispensable piece of our technology stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides to Ninja in my opinion, it's been easy to maintain and install, any in the moment feedback or issues I communicate to my rep and they take the feedback seriously and generally provide an answer that it's going to be resolved in an upcoming release. Cost is very competitive, features are above and beyond what you get with other RMM's. It's all been upside with Ninja
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja is solving our RMM needs, our Remote access and support needs, our patching and deployment needs, it's a one stop shop to keep us up and running that takes the place of 4+ other tools. Simplifying our tech's lives.

Love NinjaOne and the community, looking forward to the future of the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing community on Discord and in the Dojo forums, Account Managers understand how to manage their partners and not overburden them with pushy high pressure sales tactics. Platform is intuitive, regularly updated, easy to onboard new clients and employees, great integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love a full PSA tool that would handle CRM capabilities and quoting etc, ala Syncro RMM/PSA. Documentation platform feels a bit clunky and difficult to navigate. Other than that, fabulous product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dead simple policy creation and maintenance, intuitive org-level and root policy control

Medium Size Distributed Enterprise That Brought Managed Services Internal

  • May 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The availability of all my asset data, backups, Ticketing and patching in one interface Plus, contractually having Endpoint protection through the same vendor contract made my life easier. I saved substantial money being able to move off my managed services and am now capable of doing much more while spending less. Any time I have an issue my account team is right there for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the navigation could be better. You get used to it. The Dojo is great but voluminous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was spending too much on Managed Services and needed to reduce costs. Ninja did that. However, I also found my level of service dramatically increased. We saw immediate return on investment particulalrly in Patch Management and Backup efficiency which was suffering under my prior vendor

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent product for providing remote access, manage devices and ticketing system for supporting users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being billed for offline devices. Need to be careful in setting up 'update' policies for devices so unnecessary software updates for chrome edge etc do not get installed constantly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote access at all times, Keeping track of 'user' support with ticketing system. Monitoring health of servers

Reliable and Streamlined Patch Management Across Portfolios

  • May 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
In our environment, we are currently leveraging NinjaOne to patch our Non-Domain Joined servers, it simplifies patching across my Windows and Linux servers. The policy-driven automation, and agent-based setup make it easy to manage OS and Third-Party Software patches across multiple environments and portfolios efficiently.
The customer support is incredible, always prompt and accurate in their responses, which has been a huge help throughout my onboarding and day-to-day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The device list isn't always up-to-date after uninstalling the agent, which can lead to duplicate or stale entries. A notification system for agent removal and better cleanup workflows would really enhance the experience. Additionally, the inability to create customized dashboards limits how we visualize patch compliance and server health specific to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helping me solve the challenge of managing and patching Non-Domain Joined servers spread across multiple environments and portfolios,

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne stands out for its user-friendly interface and streamlined IT management features. It simplifies complex tasks like patch management, remote monitoring, and scripting, making day-to-day operations more efficient. The platform is also incredibly responsive, with fast performance and minimal downtime, which boosts overall productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to dislike about NinjaOne. If anything, some advanced features could benefit from deeper customization options, but this is a minor point. The platform is consistently reliable and well-supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps solve the challenge of managing multiple endpoints efficiently by centralizing key IT tasks like monitoring, patching, and remote access. This reduces the time spent on manual processes, minimizes downtime, and ensures devices stay secure and up to date. The result is a smoother IT operation with fewer disruptions and greater peace of mind.

IT Manager first time using Ninja One

  • May 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ninja One has allowed me to be able to view all of my devices from workstations to mobile devices to servers all on one application. From managing our firewalls, to sending patches out to my workstations, I love Ninja One. This is my first time using Ninja One and I can't see myself wanting to replace it with any other application. Help is always just a call or click away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't run into any downsides as of right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple things like making sure the computers are being restarted on a timely bases.

Makes the lift of a sys admin so much easier

  • May 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Software and OS patching, scheduled automations, and compound conditions are just a few of the great features I use daily. Alerting and monitoring through the platform has helped me get in front of issues before they impact business/end users.

Our service desk utilizes the tools daily as well. Remote access and inventory has been made possible by using this tool. We are also able to provide controlled vendor access to specific computers for farming, which was a pain before this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mfa tokens can be dumb some times. Requires MFA resets sometimes once a month,.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching was always a pain (and manual). I no longer have to spend a day a week on patching all 45 servers in our environment.
