NinjaOne Review
What do you like best about the product?
The various remote access and behind the scenes tools that allow for diagnosing and in some cases effecting resolutions without having to interrupt the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ok, I know you've heard this a million times before, but my most annoying "disklike" about NinjaOne is the lack of a DARK THEME for the overly bright default interface.
Having said that (again) I'm also not overly impressed with the native reporting. It's pretty much just table listing. A more robust reporting engine support ad hoc queries and even table joins would be BETTER.

Ninja is keeping track of all of our monitored issues, and where required, creating tickets in our integrated Autotask PSA. It is also cutting way down on the number of on-premise calls we have to make as it allows for many problem resolutions (not all) to be performed remotely, which saves us time and the customer money!
Great all-in-one!

NinjaOne has redefined how we serve as an MSP
What do you like best about the product?
With NinjaOne we've been able to unlocked more with automations and integrations not otherwise available with our previous RMM tools. It was easy to implement and migrate from our old tool, and it is much easier to use and navigate as compared. It is our number one most used application when servicing our customers. We do nearly everything out of NinjaOne.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we've identified is the reporting features out of NinjaOne. They are not as robust as we hope.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating procedures and quickly resolving issues proactively.
Our two year review ... Ninja is a valuable part of our business
What do you like best about the product?
At BrickHost, we've been using NinjaOne for just over two years, and it has quickly become one of the most reliable and valuable tools in our IT services stack. From the very beginning, the implementation process was smooth and straightforward — a rare and welcome experience in the world of IT platforms. The intuitive interface and thoughtful onboarding resources allowed us to get up and running quickly, with minimal disruption to our workflow and zero surprises.
One of the most significant benefits NinjaOne has brought to our operations is the power of automation. Tasks that once consumed valuable time — from patch management to routine maintenance — are now handled automatically and consistently across all endpoints. This has not only improved our service delivery and responsiveness but has also freed up our technicians to focus on higher-value work, ultimately helping us scale our services more efficiently and effectively.
What really sets NinjaOne apart for us is how seamlessly it integrates with the other tools in our stack. Whether it’s endpoint monitoring, remote support, or backup management, NinjaOne provides a centralized and cohesive environment that ties our systems together and keeps everything running smoothly. As a managed service provider, we rely on dependable platforms that empower our team and deliver value to our clients — and NinjaOne has proven time and again to be exactly that.

What do you dislike about the product?
We did have an issue with Windows patch management, we worked through their support and the issue with patches being improperly reported has been resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us remote access to Windows/Mac and Linux management of systems.
Ninja One Experience
What do you like best about the product?
As an administrator, I’ve found NinjaOne to be a reliable and intuitive platform that has significantly improved our IT management processes. From patch management and remote monitoring to scripting and automation, it has streamlined many of our day-to-day operations.
The interface is user-friendly, support has always been responsive, and the feature set continues to grow in a way that genuinely adds value.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although patch management works well overall, support for third-party applications outside of the common ones could be expanded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has significantly simplified and centralized our IT management tasks. We use it primarily for remote monitoring and management, patching, and automation across a hybrid environment. Before NinjaOne, tasks like deploying updates, monitoring system health, and troubleshooting required multiple tools and manual effort. Now, everything is in one platform, which has greatly reduced downtime and response time.
The automation and scripting features help us proactively address issues before they impact users, and patch management ensures systems stay secure and compliant. Remote access is fast and reliable, which is especially useful for supporting users in different locations without needing additional software.
Overall, Ninja One saves time, improves visibility into our IT environment, and lets us manage endpoints more efficiently with a small team.

NinjaOne review
What do you like best about the product?
Simple dashboard, easy to find things, different products and pricing. easy and fast to implement, customer support is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ticketing system needs to improve. I like the idea but it doesn't work well in the app to get notified. I stopped telling my clients to use it as i wasn't getting any alerts for emergencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Priced right to offer my clients, ease of use to remote into clients systems, Offsite cloud backup works very well, catches bugs pretty quickly with their managed Anti-virus
NinjaOne Great all in one RMM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, nice platform, great remote features
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs more integration for Malware / Antivirus platforms, particularly VIPRE endpoint security, but I can see why they wont do it. As VIPRE has there own patch management platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating everything into one platform
Lightweight, reliable, and built with MSPs in mind
What do you like best about the product?
It’s fast, intuitive, and doesn’t feel overengineered. Remote access, patching, and backups are all easy to configure and maintain. The platform is stable and efficient, and support has been excellent when needed. Our account manager has also been a strong resource and genuinely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the limited macOS support. We still need to run Addigy for proper Apple Business Manager integration, automated enrollment, and full control over configuration profiles on Mac devices. Ninja covers the basics on Mac, but deeper support is still missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us stay on top of endpoint management without wasting time. Tasks like patching, remote access, and backups are handled smoothly, with fewer issues than we had on our previous platform. It reduces friction in day-to-day operations and gives us confidence that devices are being monitored and protected properly. The time saved lets us focus more on supporting clients and less on babysitting tools.
excellent company to work with
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about NinjaOne is its intuitive interface and powerful automation capabilities, which streamline IT management and save time. The remote monitoring and management (RMM) features are especially useful for maintaining efficiency across endpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne is a powerful RMM tool, some users report disliking:
Complex UI: The interface can feel cluttered and overwhelming for new users.
Limited reporting: Custom reporting options are sometimes restrictive.
Pricing: Costs can add up quickly for smaller teams.
Learning curve: Advanced features require significant training to master.
These drawbacks vary based on user needs and experience levels.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves IT management challenges by offering a unified platform for endpoint monitoring, patch management, and remote access. This benefits me by streamlining IT operations, improving efficiency, and reducing manual tasks—allowing me to focus on strategic initiatives rather than routine maintenance.
Making the move to Ninja
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is laid out very cleanly - it's very easy to find / use the functions you want. The move over from a competitor was simple, quick and required very little time on our part. Working with the support / sales team at Ninja has been similarly smooth and enjoyable - great people with a real understanding of the MSP community.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could only be better if it was free. It's not free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't work with clients that don't have Ninja installed and because Ninja integrates so well with our PSA, trouble tickets flow in and resolutions / billing flow out. Super smooth.
