Love Ninja One RMM Software
What do you like best about the product?
Having a single platform to support and manage our customers IT needs. It is very easy to use and integrate. Love having all the needed information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I don't have any feature that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single pane to monitor and manage customers network. Single pane to manage their back-ups and antivirus.
Great product that drastically helped our efficiency!

The MDM could use some additional focus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Addressing cumbersome patching processes.
NinjaOne is the best RMM
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about NinjaOne is that it is constantly under development and they are always adding new and helpful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any complaints about NinjaOne
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne provides a single pane of glass to monitor and support all my customers.
I like NinjaOne a lot so far and i think that Clete Donovan is easy and amaxing to work with

I like how user friendly it is to use NinjaOne and how the ticketing system works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the dashboard had the capability to be more customizable and that the suggestions that I entered in for having a calendar added would be responded to.

NinjaOne is helping me by keeping track of incidents and maintenance work being done throughout the airport
I love the remote access
What do you like best about the product?
OS Patching can be done with ease. I also like how well the remote access works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some features were not limited on macOS

Patching all Windows machines on our campus

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the health tracking of companies as well as the backup features Ninja has to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see improvement on the 2fa system for not needing to provide a code every time logging in and not being kicked out so quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Ninja backup system is easy to utilize, as well as it's fast to check backups and restore data if needed. I also enjoy how we can use the system to run updates or scripts for endpoints without needing to connect to a user's machine and disrupt their system. The organization of the companies and the installation is easy as well.
Use Ninja One for our desktop/laptop side and our server side.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use with keeping our desktop/laptop systems up to date on updates, vulnerabilities and security patching.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs a few more features for timed reboots and better reporting. Speaking more on the server side, but need more control on the server side.

Keeping us consistent and up to date on our end user environment with Laptops and Desktops

The remote connection is always fast and stable. Patch management is reliable and easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ticketing is somewhat clunky but it does the job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often need to remotely install software on user computers and ninja makes it a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
Functionality, ease of use, the number of features it offers, and it is easy to integrate and configure. I use it daily, making life 10x easier for fixing issues remotely and ensuring all my endpoints are healthy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I load in an exe to install it won't go through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several remote sites so it greatly helps me to help other people in those locations when needed. It also helps me during patching cycles and mass software updates. When we need to move to the latest version of a software it allows me to deploy them in one big sweep as opposed to going from machine to machine.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to manage many different challenges in one space effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain roadmap items taking longer than expected to release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest reason we switched to Ninja was WSUS wasn't cutting it for how big our company was. It helped our IT department centralize our point of contact to an end user's workstation.
